I was impressed by the thorough evaluation of my hearing. I saw a long list of companies that the audiologist is affiliated with, which was precisely what I was looking for. Most hearing aid outfits do a minimal evaluation and then sell only their products. I needed the latest in technology that assists with word recognition and was immediately offered three possibilities from the best and most expensive, to the least expensive. My insurance company had already been contacted so I knew instantly how much would be covered.

Cindy does a great job making sure all my concerns are met. She takes the time to answers all my questions. I highly recommend this Center.

World class service. Friendly staffs. They took good care of me from the beginning when I first got the hearing test, help me with the insurance claim when I purchased hearing aid device. They took the time to explain all of my options help me to select the hearing aid that fit my needs then the follow up (almost 3 years now), made adjustment, reprogram the device to work with my iPhone. They took the time to explain everything to me step by step how to use the devices. Very knowledgeable regarding hearing aid technology. Free battery and filters , free clean up each time I visit them. During COVID-19 last year, they sent the battery and filter to my house since I couldn’t go out. Never seen such incredible services at other places I went to in the past.

Excellent service, as always. A repair job, sent back to the production company, had led to a misadjustment of the amplification contour. In short order, the problem was found and fixed. Hearing is restored once again; much appreciated.

I had a hearing test done by my doctor and it determined that I had to go to a Hearing Specialist I was directed to go to HEARWELL AUDIOLOGY in San Jose they made me an appointment to come in very Friendly Staff Filled out some paperwork called in to the Hearing Test area given test resulting in loss of Hearing in my Right ear then was shown a variety of Ear pieces that I was suitable for and what was also best for I chose style I liked then my ear was molded for the HEARING AID also tested the Volume best for me to hear in my Right Ear retuned a fee weeks later refitted to see how mold was double checked volume was shown Care of the Hearing AID scheduled next appointment and off I went

What a great place to take loved ones who need hearing aids! The staff is friendly, helpful and all around the best! My father bought hearing aids from Hearwell and we thank them everyday! No more huh! They may be a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for since they are comfortable and work amazing. I know too many people who bought Costcos brand and they end up not wearing them. And remember....the Customer Service/Support is the best!

Judy really knows her stuff ! She is thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great listener. She sincerely cares about her clients, and it shows. All the ladies there are just great.Update - Judy left and clients had no idea she was going - at least I sure didn’t. The place has changed a lot , attitude included. I found another audiology office and it’s a lot longer drive to get there but I’ll never go back to HearingLife .

I have been going to the Center for Better Hearing for many years and they have helped me with at least a few sets of hearing aids. I cant speak highly enough about the service and support I have received! They are knowledgeable, patient, helpful and genuinely interested in ensuring that my quality of life with hearing aids is the best it can be!
