The only reason this clinic gets any stars is because of a doctor who no longer works there. Otherwise, the clinic failed to let me know my doctor was no longer working there until months later only when I contacted them for refills of my medication. Because of a change in location I was forced to find a new doctor at a different practice (even though only telemedicine visits were allowed) and because of needing a referral this was not a streamlined process. Explaining all of this to the clinic they begrudgingly decided to give me a 14 day supply of medication to tide me over. When they sent me the wrong dosing that would only last me 7 days I asked for the correct amount and was met with a rude and condescending response. For a clinic that failed to inform patients their doctor no longer worked there to act like that when a lack of medication was in question is pretty disturbing. Clearly care for the patient is NOT their priority. Try working on your tone and attitude in communication, Natasha.
