Im so happy with Kadence Healthcare staff. All are so nice and willing to help you with all your needs. I need to reorder my moms supplies once a year and someone will always go over her list to ensure nothing is left out. They are very patient with us and thats great not to feel rush. They also followed up after we received the shipment. Thank you Kadence Healthcare Staff for all your help.

They are good with keeping up with the renewal of the stuff needed to replace every now and then. They offer a choice of what you need and they ship for free. they are quick and its easy to use their website and they are easy to get in touch with. The packaging is good and they would only give the things that you ask for.

Dont fall trap into this fraudulent company. They may provide you good service at start being a new customer but eventually show their colors after sometime.I started with good experience with them but today can tell are the worst CPAP supplies provider I have dealt or know.They will collect upfront cost from you for supplies and later try to cheat you and your insurance company to collect large sum cost.The attitude of the representative in this company is totally unprofessional. They will threaten you for financial responsibility if didnt provide them what they need.They will ask you send your physical devices that contains confidential data for claims process. Never experienced any provider asking for that.I strongly recommend to stay away from Kadence Healthcare unless have strength to handle headaches.

I appreciate dealing with the folks at Kadence. I have been getting my CPAP supplies from them for about a year now. Customer service has been good and they remind me to reorder in time so I always have them. After the order, my supplies arrive on time and the order is always accurate. One time there was a problem, totally my fault, and they fixed it cheerfully without extra charge.I recommend them.

They can do the research for me, if I am confused or curious on anything, as well as research cost and give me the best price. They also gave me the choice to bill through my insurance or not. Moved to Kadence from Apria in 2018. Such a breath of fresh air. I don’t have to call, plead, argue and raise my already high BP. Kadence is the best. My accessories and supplies are delivered to me on time every quarter. Their customer service representatives and warehouse supplies personnel are professional, cordial and a pleasure to deal with.

Exremely poor service. Numerous problems with failed equipment. Their so-called professionally trained technicians lack the necessary experience and knowledge for proper set up and use of equipment for in home care patients. Kadence has ignored and or denied our urgent requests for replacment of defective and failed medically necessary equipment on numerous occasions, sighting company policy which has placed the patient at risk. Customer support says these are policy issues. End result - no resolution for problem at hand

I called because I had a message about not using my cpap machine. I had gone out of town and didn’t take it with me and I didn’t realize it was monitored and mandatory to my insurance. The technician I spoke with was great. She was informed, friendly and helpful in explaining that I can still be monitored while away as long as the machine is plugged in for an hour after waking. Much appreciated information.

Really, really bad customer service experiences.First, when youre on CPAP therapy, they monitor your sleep nightly and call you if youre not meeting minimum usage requirements. But, if you tell them that youre having problems with the equipment, they dont offer you help or alternatives, they just tell you to, keep trying. Well, gosh, if thats the best help you have, then whats the point of calling? The point of calling is so that they can scold you.Second, their communication is HORRIBLE. They outright lie and tell one person one thing and a different person something else entirely. The things that they told me are completely different than what they told my insurance company and, it turns out that both were incorrect as my insurance company was able to determine what the issues really were and assist with resolving them.Finally, they called me and told me that I needed to either return the machine or start paying for it out of pocket (even though thats not the direction of my insurance company). When I returned it, they wrote Patient refused therapy as the reason. I pointed out to them that wasnt the case and the snotty lady at the front desk complained about having to change it. At one point, out of frustration, I rolled my eyes and she said, And DONT roll your eyes at me! LOL - Seriously, they act like theyre your parent rather than like they are the SERVICE PROVIDER that youre PAYING FOR.Find another company to do business with. This one will suck up a ton of your time and, ultimately, be nothing but rude and dishonest with you.

Tonight approximately 8:00 pm my moms oxigen machine broke down. I called Kaydence and it was closed. I got scared and worried sense my mom uses oxigen 24/7. I got thru and spoke with Edward from San Diego. He was very super helpful on the phone. He gave me a two hour window and came in less than an hour. He was very super duper polite very friendly and super helpful. I also explained to him how hard and far it is for me to go get the oxigen travel tanks and I had two empty ones and he offered to take those and give me two full ones. I was super happy and told him he was a God’s sent. Edward deserves an award for being a very polite helpful and super nice guy all around. Thank you Kaydence for having a great employee and Thank You again Edward from San Diego for helping me out with my mom’s machine.

I have had my cpap for three months now. I’ve had nothing but problems with it including it turning on and off all through the night. They have readjusted many times and now I have 48 episodes an hour with the cpap on. I have called several times and no one will return my calls. This company doesn’t care about their patients and no customer service at all.

As bad as telemarketers. They will continue to call you and try to sell you supplies. Insurance didnt pay for them. Do yourself a favor and buy the supplies online. They charge more than double and sell you a bunch of things you dont need.

Sell sell sell! Will not discuss fees for supplies and accusatory when asking for help. Rude on phone with one exception: Kathy, I believe. Sent wrong supplies and accused me of the error (it truly was their error, but it took multiple phone calls and was told a number of conflicting explanations on how to resolve - one person said was impossible and should give away supplies to charity then order more). I felt horrible every time I got off the phone with them. Very upsetting. I feel bad for people who don’t have an advocate to deal with this company for them. ☹️
