We have had them fix our x-ray unit multiple times previously. This week we a have called them 4-5 times, being told each time wed get a call back in a minute from the tech. All but once there was NO call. The one time we did get a call they setup a time the following morning to call in and remotely work on the problem. They didnt call or text. The tech gave us his number which we called and texted with no response. The customer service/operator never even acknowledged this; just said each time wed get a call. Horrible experience.
