My initial appointment with Dr Roth was less than 10 minutes of him questioning me. He focused on my weight immediately, which is higher than I want right now, yes..but not to obesity. I informed him what I was doing to get back on track. And then let him know my main issue at time was to get an endocrinologist referral after moving cross country just months before. I never got the referral for that, but got one for a weight management doctor. How insulting can you be after one appointment when I’ve stated I’m working hard on it. That moving cross country, covid, and the rest of life hasn’t set me back a bit. And you won’t even get me the referral I ASKED for! This guy is a jerk!

Lea at the front desk is always courteous, professional and extremely helpful. My mom has been to this clinic for many years and shes very satisfied with the medical service shes received here. Thank you to all the staff!

Dr. Roth has been my primary care physician for over 22 years and has provided wonderful medical care for me and my family. His staff is always pleasant and the office is very efficient. The appointments are always on time and he can always squeeze me in if something comes up. I love the quick appointments because I can be in and out of his office in less than an hour but Dr. Roth will always make time for me if I need a longer visit. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Roth as our physician.

Worse customer service ever! They cancelled my appointment several times. After I was able to get in, they gave me an appointment for a lab work. Today, I got a message on my email saying to log in to the website because there was a change on my appointments. Guess what: They CANCELLED the appointment again! No call, to provide explanation. No call to re-schedule. When I go to the website there is NO explanation! This is the worse place ever. Dont go there! (Well, you can try- but they probably do not want your business- they will keep cancelling your appointments.)

Cant get through on the phone to even get an appt Im calling my ins.time to find another Dr office service is good when there but God forbid you need to call and make an appt I held do 30 min multiple times I Give up on these guys
