It was for my first Coronavirus Vaccine. It was nice enough. But the buildings services are still closed really. 🙃

For a U.S. Government facility, nearly everyone I have had contact with are caring, pleasant and capable people. About 15 years experience for me. HOWEVER, some Veterans think they are mind readers. YOU MUST COMMUNICATE YOUR NEEDS! [I am only referring to the healthcare - medical side of VA, not necessarily Pensions and Benefits.]

Parking: parking is horrible and no where near enough for the amount of traffic this place sees. Also, majority of the spots are compact and trucks are sticking out in the lane and block traffic. Street parking is just as bad. Get here at least 30 mins early on anticipation of doing many circles or walking from the street.

I have found my PCM to be very caring, patient, and thorough. The PTSD/Anxiety clinic is also wonderful.
