When you are hired they promise you the world. They tell others that you will change the culture which makes the seasoned employees feel they are not worthy. They throw you out in the field without telling you that the star rating for this particular portion of the company is not the best. You not only have the stress of trying to get business for a low star rating agency but you are also dealing with a lot of backbiting that goes on between the CEO and the Administrator. It seems they enjoy talking about everyone behind their backs and poke fun of people when they are not producing like they feel they should. In fact even if you are producing you will get talked about. It’s like nothing I had ever seen. What I also find interesting is how a person’s rate of pay gets around to everyone from the higher-ups discussing it with the staff. In return it makes a person feel unworthy while they are trying to get business for this low-star rating agency.Here’s a good one. Many of the marketers get pulled from marketing to not only do walk-ins but to be caregivers on their weekend On-Call shift when caregivers call out. At some point agencies should re-evaluate how they do business instead of having marketers jumping in to do homecare. I haven’t figured out if it’s because they were too busy to restructure or if using salaried employees were less expensive.My advice is to look elsewhere for a marketing job. This agency has a revolving door and they like to poke fun of firing people. Instead of learning digital marketing or hiring a good IT person to advertise on the Internet, they throw people out with popcorn to market and expect them to succeed. This isn’t 1995. Get with the program. A good marketer will see this immediately.I do not need a response from the CEO. I saw enough while I was there. Perhaps start looking from within instead of pointing the finger at others -

The management here is not on the same page. One manager says one thing, another says something else. No one is treated with any dignity or respect and there is gossip about employees to other employees from managers. There is no training and management is demanding, berating and demeaning. Employee favoritism is present. For example one person will get paid to be on call, another person wont be and a third person will never even have to take after hours on call at all The senior people in this unorganized organization can be passive aggressive.

They came out and assessed my mothers condition, accepted the jobCommitted to start a 7 am shift the following day and then never showed up. My mother was left without care and they didnt even have the courtesy to call.

I have an elderly auntie who is in an independent living situation. She needs a little more assistance, so we have had A Better Solution provide caregiver service for her. They have done a wonderful job- they are easy to work with, and the service they provide is efficient, friendly and caring. I would recommend A Better Solution to anyone seeking quality caregiver service.
