Excellent health coach! My kids loved to learn about nutrition from Alegra. She used very accessible methods to teach the kids to make good food choices (books, physical activities, tasting activities, and crafts).More importantly she taught me how to talk to my kids about making healthy choices. Reinforcement of the material at home is really important to make those choices stick for their lives.I really recommend working with Alegra for parents of small kids that are learning about food and keeping your whole self healthy!
