Very careful and explained procedure before beginning

I had my first meeting with DR. Abola and I was NOT disappointed. She made me feel so comfortable from the first minute she walked in. Even though I was just there for a meet & greet consultation, she took the time and went over my medical records and answered all of my questions.She is very professional but very compassionate as well. Dr. Abola is an excellent doctor and answers all my concerns. She follows through on her recommendations. The less than perfect score is due to punctuality. Today I waited in the exam room for close to 45 minutes. That is not acceptable. Tardiness is usual for her but today was the worst.

Dr. Abola was sympathetic and caring, took the time to listen to my long-winded details of my situation and took actions to help me including a same-day xray and referral to a specialist.

The testing process was fairly smooth and the actual call was fairly quick. However the audio and visuals would sometimes lag to the point that I couldn’t understand my provider. This was regardless of whether I used a personal hotspot or wifi.

Dr. Abola was fantastic. She responded very quickly to my needs and was able to get me on the mend. She listens and cares. I am very grateful.
