Dr. Natalie is very helpful. I saw her only once for my first visit to Sharp after my insurance changed and she was very cooperative. She updated my chart with my medical history, put refills, and referral all in one visit and she even followed up with me via email the same day when my X-ray results are up. I am definitely will make her my PCP doctor.

The services that I receive from Dr Hoffman is excellent. Dr. Hoffman ensures that I am properly informed about my health and care. Not only has she taken great care of my health all these years, Dr. Hoffman combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss to my concerns and gives very excellent advices. Dr. Hoffman is a great doctor! I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Dr. Hoffman was kind and professional. She addressed my concerns and went above and beyond most doctors to find the root cause of my issue. When my results were ready she called me personally to let me know what was going on and discussed a plan of action with me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking a primary treating physician.

I had been with Kaiser for 25 years prior to switching Health Care plans due to Pandemic and lay offs etc. So when I had to meet my new Sharp Doctor for the first time, I was a little nervous. Dr. Hoffman was so responsive in my messaging her about a bump I found and got me in quickly to look at it at the SRS Medical Center on Wexford St. in Scripps Ranch. All Covid procedures were in place. Upon meeting Dr. Hoffman, I was quickly set at ease. She was so thorough about organizing my prescriptions, scheduling my vaccinations, and assuring me about the bump. I walked out of the very clean, professional center and even snapped a picture as the views from up there are tremendous!

Dr. Natalie Hoffman is excellent. She actively listens and answers my questions thoughtfully. She is kind and compassionate and she clearly explains her thinking and my options. I highly recommend her if you are looking for GP.

Super thorough!!! Took a lot of tests and really helped me out. She didnt seem to just shove me out the door like most doctors. I had been feeling dizzy and she ruled everything out, thyroid tests, heart tests, etc. I love her. Seems to really care about her patients. Thank you natalie!

Ive seen Dr. Hoffman a few times over the last several years and each time has been a great experience. Dr. Hoffman listens to my concerns, then explains what she is doing. I hurt my shoulder really bad and she gave the perfect treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman.

Dr Hoffman shouldnt be practicing medicine at all. I wish I could sue her for malpractice. She pretends to listen but comes to her own conclusion without running tests. i have gone to her for more than 2 years, crying about stomach pain. Her conclusion was gas. I have told her that I never had this issues before. At hemoglobin 7, she sent me home with iron tablets and no follow up appt. When the pain became as bad as being stabbed, and hemoglobin at 4, she called me nonchanantly to talk about it might be a good idea to visit ER. When I asked what do you think about iron tablets, she said great isea and to check blood count in 2 weeks. The pain was so severe, i ended up at the ER, got admitted to find out Stage 3C metastisized colon cancer. I have asked her, emailed her over and over why I felt this way. I just got a divorce, single mother of 2 kids and why doesnt the pain go away!!! Her answer was always gas, eat conjee etc. I can barely work having to go through 12 cycles of chemo, but being sole provider, i have no option.So, please go to her for simple matters but dont depend on her with your life. I am suffeting so much. I will wait for karma to bite her in her sweet ass.Best of luck ...

I made an appointment with her only because I needed a referral. I was in excruciating and unbearable pain. She refused to even address the entire purpose of the appointment (which was only to get a referral) and instead she tried to coerce me into a pap smear, a mammogram, a colonoscopy and a flu shot. I was nearly in tears out of pain and frustration and she couldnt have cared less. I will never see her again and I am done with Sharp healthcare after this single experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman. She is always patient and listens to my concerns. She does a great job explaining medical items to me and helping me find the right treatment. She is very responsive when I have questions which has been a tremendous help to me. Shes a great doctor, who cares about her patients and balance that compassion with sound medical advice.
