Dr Ertl is a delight and the staff are helpful and courteous. I’ve been seeing Dr Ertl for years and have always felt taken care of and she listens . Really what you need in a Doctor. Thank you for being awesome.

Took my teenage daughter today for a check up and Dr. Ertl was simply wonderful, took her time to listen and ask about any and all ailments she may have right now. Being a military family, its hard to constantly find someone who you trust, and I feel that we have found that here. The whole staff is kind and welcoming. So happy to have found her!

They told me my test results over the phone and then had me come in anyways. That resulted in a $100+ charge because it was considered a visit. Then, they ran tests that were not covered for my pap smear ($100+) and then fully charged me for the pap smear and the visit ($200+). This is in spite of pap smears and preventative care being covered under WellWomen. They claimed to have recoded it so that I wouldnt be charged for the pap smear, but instead they have it so that I get charged completely for my pap smear appointment.Ive been trying to get this issue resolved and Ive waited 40 days since the last call for the changes to be made like they told me to wait, but nothing has changed and they keep stringing me along by telling me that someone will reach out to me. They also get incredibly angry when you call about billing.

Dr Ertl is a wonderful doctor she has been my dr for at least 20 yrs now and i wouldnt want to see anyone but her- kind and caring, and compassionate. I hope she never retires.......

I’ve been going to Dr Ertl for a few years now. I have a large range of medical conditions and not many of them have answers. I see plenty of doctors yearly and she is one of the only ones I feel completely cared for. She takes her time, doesn’t rush, is interesting in your input (even if you don’t have a medical degree) and takes your worries and fixes them. An absolutely amazing doctor. The staff there is also always super kind, understanding, and helpful. I’m very glad to have her as my doctor! I would recommend her to anyone who needs a compassionate and patient doctor.

Dr. Ert’l is such an amazing Doctor. She is personable, intuitive and truly cares for her patients. Her staff is always kind and will fit you in whenever they can sometimes same day or next day. I love how they answer all my questions and they make sure you leave their office better than how you came.

Dr. Ertl - I considered her as Family- she is my BEST Doctor ever and a wonderful Friend. She and her staff always pleasant and caring.Thanks for always taking the time to listen to my problems, explaining so I can understand, talking with me and taking the best care of me!!
