Super knowledgeable and helpful! The trainers are all fantastic and super patient. We’ve only done the basic obedience class so far and can’t wait to come back for other classes

I adopted my pup when he was 3 months old from a shelter and just like many adopted dogs he had quite a bit of anxiety and fears that I knew we’d have to work on. I started doing puppy play groups right away with Pack Method Prep followed by a basic introductory obedience class and now in his second round of Prep School where he goes 3 days a week and has a combination of socialization, obedience training, and desensitization. He is now 9 months old and the difference in his behavior is amazing. His anxiety is way better and it makes me much more at ease seeing how happy and confident he has become. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with making their dog into a calm, confident, and happy pup!

The team at Pack Method is amazing! They do a great job with both their weekly classes and their daycare doggie school. You can tell that the staff all love spending time with dogs but also adhere to evidence-based guidelines that will help shape pups into really well-behaved dogs. They were also really responsive about specific questions I had. I highly recommend them!

Working with Pack Method Prep is absolutely amazing. They work with every breed and every age. The trainers are absolutely the sweetest and extremely knowledgeable. I had the best experience with my rescue pitbull here. I would recommend this business to anyone who has a four legged fur child.

My 8 month old pup has been a student at PMP for the 3 months (with 3 more to go) and it has exceeded all expectations. The trainers and staff are very knowledge, super nice and always patient. Weve seen a huge difference in our pups behavior and obedience since she has been at PMP. And she gets great socialization, pack walks, agility training and shes exhausted when she gets home. PMP hits all marks! We will definitely enroll future pets.

I cant say enough here. PMP becomes your family, even after your pup graduates. Every member takes their time explaining everything and answers allllll of the questions that come up along the way. While any dog owner COULD teach everything PMP teaches, who has the time? Our puppy is happy, stimulated, socialized, and educated beyond what we could have done during the same amount of time. Were going to get our pup enrolled again for a re-fresher soon :)

I have used Pack Method Prep for years. They have trained both my ridgeback puppy (into adulthood) and my nervous cavachon. The staff is incredibly caring, professional and knowledgeable. I am not a doggy day care type of client, but PMP is different. My dog was stimulated and happy and receiving training while there. I felt the cost was very reasonable particularly for the value received. I have recommended PMP to several friends and will continue to give them my highest recommendation.

First off, I wanted to start this review off by saying how incredibly helpful and insightful their team has been! I had originally reached out to inquire about the prep school for my dog, and hopped on the phone with Zoe who so kindly gave me some more information about what they do. After giving her some more background about my dog, we came to the conclusion that the prep school wouldn’t be the best option for her and suggested a few other options. To give you some background, my dog is a GSD and her main issues were resource guarding and growling at puppies. Zoe was incredibly sweet, and took time to explain to me why my dog behaves the way she does and gave me so much insight onto the situation. As someone who has spent a lot of money on previous trainers (that didn’t help our situation) I was so relieved that Zoe was completely upfront and honest with me and didn’t try to sell me on their services knowing that my dog wouldn’t be a great fit. We have friends who are enrolled in their prep school who are loving it, and even though I personally didn’t enroll my dog, I would still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great training facility just based off of their knowledge and helpfulness in my situation!

I cant say enough good things about Pack Method Prep (PMP). My dog Walter started training there around the time they opened and would still be there if we hadnt moved to another city. Walter learned everything from basic obedience to a ton of amazing tricks and couldnt wait to jump into the car on PMP school days. PMP trainers are amazing, attentive, and I really felt I was leaving Walter with people who love him like I do. But what really made them amazing is they helped us overcome some big obstacles. Walter hated to be brushed, it was really a 2 person job before they spent time with him every day to make him comfortable with the process and then taught me how to continue that process and make brushing easy at home. Walter would get scared sometimes on walks and on occasion lunge at people and dogs. They taught me how to overcome this and now Walt walks like a champ. The trainers took time to hear whatever concerns I had and created a specific plan to help Walter become the best and happiest canine citizen he could be. Also when I say trainers I really mean all of them. When we packed up to move to San Francisco it broke my heart to take Walter away from our PMP family. We cant thank them enough for everything and recommend them to anyone looking for help with training or for the best doggy day care in the world.
