With all honestly save your time and money. Worst practice I’ve ever been to. Nothing gets taken care of properly and you can expect to wait over an hour just to be seen even with an appointment. After waiting that long the dr called me in just to talk and text on her phone while I was in her office and as if that wasn’t enough she stepped out to talk about other patients. I was I was only there for a referral and it took almost 2 hrs just for that. Only to find out that they provided the wrong information.I overheard multiple other patients complain about the same issue.Just be aware. Not worth going through that hassle.

I went to this doctor’s office for the first time yesterday February 17, 2014 after having a very disappointing encounter with another doctor’s office which was my primary physician. Upon arriving to this doctor’s office I was very late due to me trying to locate it, after explaining why I was late I was accepted to see the doctor. I was seen by Dr. Joseph Hortillosa he was a very good doctor he paid attention to my concerns and needs. I have a torn rotator cup in which the previous doctor did not pay attention too and thought I just wanted pain medicine which is not the case. My arm is very injured I feel deformed now due to the minimal movement I have in it. Dr. Hortillosa had me try to move my arm, bringing it forward, trying to bring it backwards, try to lift and then trying to put my hand behind my head. As he also seen I have difficulties doing these thing. The previous doctor only told me to reach over my head and clap. I did with difficulties and then he gave me a prescription. This is not what I wanted I want to know what to do with my arm to get it to start working again by doctors instruction so I would not further injure myself. Dr. Hortillosa did over and beyond just looking at my arm he did blood work, told me to make an appointment to get a mammogram which will be on the 26th decreased my medicine in which I also like due to the fact I don’t like sleeping all day I like to be active. I can say so many positive things about this doctor’s office but I will be writing a book lol. The best doctor I have found yet. If you are looking for a doctor who is going to understand your needs as a patient pay attention to your concerns and not look at your as another person to fill his pockets, this doctor’s office is the one to go to. Patient care is diligently taken care of excellent service and Dr. Hortillosa cares about his patience. Oh and if you don’t have a car he is right on the bus line right across the street. I am more comfortable with women doctors but Dr. Joseph Hortillosa made me feel so comfortable talking to him I am keeping him as my physician in this office.
