The best Dr. on the face of the planet. He is the sweetest, most caring, best doctor I have ever had. He was so supportive of everything I wanted during my pregnancy and listened to my concerns. He gave me his professional opinion but I always had the final say. He truly cares about each of his patients and his nurses are just as amazing! You are in the best hands with Dr. D and his staff.

Honestly the best Dr I know. He recently delivered my 2nd surro baby and I had a pleasant experience not just with him but with all the nurses at La Jolla scripps. Thank you for everything!

Dr Daneshmand is an amazing Doctor his love, empathy and care for his patients is something you don’t see in every doctor. He was our doctor for both births of our children and I highly recommend Dr Daneshmand for the care he provides now in his new adventure with Scripps Health and the outstanding service to his patients he has provided in the past.Founding an Organization (Miracle Babies) that supports family’s in the NICU that need help during there very long stays in the NICU. The Dr. D experienceDr. D is a wonderful person and brilliant doctor. I had twins recently. My pregnancy went well with little to no problems. During my emergency c section Dr. D took the twins out perfectly. My uterus was not contracting and my bleeding wouldn’t stop. Dr. D and the rest of the surgery team took care of me and made sure my uterus went back to normal. Love this doctor and if I ever have another baby he is my doctor.

I love this guy!! He delivered my daughter. I have sickle cell & a clotting factor and was in the hospital from 23 weeks up until I delivered. He came to see me almost everyday and even called to see how I was doing!! When it was finally time to deliver he made the process quick and easy, and fun I swear I laughed the entire time I was in labor! 6 hours and 2 pushes and she was out! Thank you Dr. D! You are the best!!❤️✊🏾

Being a patient of Dr Daneshmand was a wonderful experience. He treats all of his patients as if they are family. Pregnancy can be a wonderful experience but it can also be a very scary experience. Throughout my entire pregnancy I felt safe, comfortable, and confident with Dr. Daneshmand by my side. He always addressed all of my concerns and fears each time I saw him. I never felt rushed and I never felt like I was just another patient. His care for his patients is truly incredible!

Dr. Daneshmand has an amazing soul. In my lifetime with working with doctors in my profession, he is the most caring, knowledgeable, down to earth human being Ive encountered. As a first-time mom who was new to San Diego, I was especially nervous about the quality of care I would receive while pregnant. Maybe it was because I was a high-risk pregnancy or the fact that I have a complicated medical history. It may have been past experiences with doctors who treated me more like a number than a patient. Therefore, (like most new moms) I wanted a different more positive experience with whoever delivered my little one. During my search, Dr. Daneshmand was repeatedly recommended by his peers (who were suggesting him for my perinatal care). I cannot state enough how much their recommendations were understated. From the very beginning, Dr. Daneshmand put my concerns and fears to rest. He was both attentive and experienced as he advised on any concern I had. Yet it was his warm bedside manner that made my pregnancy experience a relaxed one. By the time I was due to deliver I fully believed that Dr. Daneshmand was taking care of me as if I was a member of his own family. I am and was truly blessed to have him as a doctor. I can say with confidence that if you are lucky enough to have him as your doctor; you will come to the same conclusion.

10 years ago, Dr Daneshmand was the doctor on call when my wife decided to go into Mary Birch for delivery instead of Scripps. She suffered an AFE and he saved her life. If she had gone somewhere else where the person treating her might not have known what it was or how to deal with it in the very short amount of time one has to act on it, she wouldnt have made it. I dont think better care exists than what was provided by Dr Daneshmand.

Dr. Daneshmand is the best doctor in the whole wide world. He shows so much love for not only his patients but the whole community. He does so much good outside of his work and really gives back any chance he can. His staff at Scripps La Jolla are excellent in their job. Cara at Labor and Delivery is an awesome person who cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Becky who does the scheduling is excellent and is very understanding with your schedule. The nurses at Scripps is outstanding and really do care about the babies and patients. I would highly recommend this hospital and staff any day.
