The Doctors (Dr. Sun) Ive seen here have been technically qualified. However, The level of service from a scheduling, policy, and clientele perspective is atrocious. It is impossible to get an appointment, they are booked for 6+ months, and only see clients on certain days (Wednesdays). When you do show up ontime, you have to wait to be seen exorbitantly long. Today, I showed up 15 minutes late because I had made an honest mistake and wrote the wrong time in my calendar. They refused to see me, and said I wouldnt have been seen even if I was one minute late. I have 3 children, and a pregnant wife. We both had to take work off today to accommodate their lack of schedule availability. To then be given no leeway over 15 minutes is terrible customer service and bedside manner. I requested to speak to a manager to file a complaint, and was blown off. I will never return to this UCSD Office. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

OMG did this really just happen? I asked for a 2 pm appointment this morning and got it right away and at 1:59, Dr. Rudy was on the line. He was ready, professional, asked the right questions and had taken care of refilling my scripts in 7 minutes!!! Right from my home, no trip to the Dr. Office, no waiting an hour with sick people!!! Sure wish I knew about this years ago. I am going to tell everyone I know about this service. What a great experience!

Dr.Jeremy Schneider was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and caring. I especially appreciate his thoroughness and kindness. He fit in a topic that wasnt the main concern because he knew I drove so far to see him. Fantastic Doctor!

I have never had such a bad experience with billing. They lost my referral multiple times. Then they lost my insurance info (which I I gave them when I went in and it should have from previous appointments). They even called me to ask for my insurance, only to realize that if they put my social into their system it popped up or something like that.Six months later theyre still going back and forth with my insurance to figure out if I owe an extra $5.

Dr Ortiz is very knowledgeable and quick. Nice easy visit.

I went in to have a lump removed from my arm and saw Dr. David Cotter. He gave me a full body skin exam and told me he saw something having nothing to do with my lump that was nothing to worry about, but he wanted to take care of it anyway. He froze the area and without letting me know it wasnt covered under insurance I later paid over $200 for something that required no treatment. He also recommended me to a surgeon to have my Dermatofibromas cyst removed, and when I later went in to have it cut out the surgeon told me its likely to come back and I shouldnt bother removing it. This is something that he should have mentioned to save me additional time and money.

Dr. Orme is amazing! Very compassionate, kind and thorough. She found a spot on me and it came back melanoma! I had surgery 2 weeks later. Thank goodness for her, it was found very early and I am clear from melanoma! I highly recommend Dr. Orme!

I see Dr Riedl in the Angioedema allergy clinic and if not for his amazing work ethic I would not be alive. He studies his field more then any doctor Ive ever come in contact with. And he had the best beside manner. I over sees all of my care and he doesnt have to do that, but he goes well above most for some of his patients. I wouldnt want another doctor dealing with my rare condition but UCSD and Dr. Marc Riedl
