Donna who is handling the billing for Dr. Steven Emmet is extremely rude. She is not nice and helpful. Even if Dr. Emmet is a good doctor I would not want to deal with this billing person for anything.
Dr. Emmet is the best and I have been seeing him for 30 years. However, the low rating is in the new office location as the receptionist was extremely RUDE, construction workers parked in Handicap parking refusing to move, and no working facet in the womens bathroom. Location is confusing to figure out.
Always easy to get an appointment. Knowledgable, experienced compassionate care delivered with hilarious shtick.I love this guy!
Excellent. Dr. Emmet is thorough, skilled and very competent. Easy to communicate with and very helpful in explaining medical issues.
