Perfect Smile has exclusively been my lab for all of my crowns, bridges, veneers and implants since 2002. Time and time again they have created “Perfect Smiles” for my patients. Recently I had a married couple who wanted to have ideal natural looking teeth. The wife lost her front teeth from a bike accident 30 years ago and the husband never liked the teeth he was born with. Once they saw the diagnostic wax ups of what Perfect Smile could create for them they were both eager for their appointments. The day I delivered their new crowns they both smiled at each other for the very first time with their new teeth. They cried tears of joy because they finally had the smiles of their dreams. I cried with them as well because those are the special moments I treasure that I became a dentist. I can always call or visit the lab to speak with Charles, the technical office manager, to go over cases. He oversees that my cases are easy to deliver with minimal adjustments and that my patients always leave my office with beautiful new restorations with their new “perfect smiles.” Thank you!!!

Came in for a custom shade after being referred from my doctor. There was no wait time, my technician was ready for me when i arrived. They color match my teeth indoors and outdoors to make sure i was happy with my teeth in different lighting. I was also able to show pictures to my technician of the “style” i wanted for my teeth (i just looked up celebrities smiles) overall, i was extremely happy with the outcome. The technician who takes your shade is the technician who will work on your crown so I was happy i was able to communicate my concerns to the tech.

I was able to show my technician reference photos of smiles I liked so they can get the esthetics right. Loved my veneers at the end!

My dental office uses this lab to send our STL files. I like how they are up to date in the cad/cam department and work with many scanners. We work with Sirona at the moment. We have models printed for our cases and request for Straumann or Atlantis custom abutments depending on the implant system we provide to the patient. They have a large selection on custom abutments. We always request screw retain and they can even make an angled custom abutment if the case requires it. I like that the office will call and communicate with us after their tech has evaluated the case

The Worst Customer Service Ever. This company failed to send back a partial with a crown that was made especially for the partial. Waited over 2 hours! for their driver to deliver it when they said the maximum wait would be 30 minutes.
