Terrible experience, multiple times I have called and ask them to update my payment info, they verified that they have done it and auto payment is going to go through, and guess what, I realize that it has not happened. That is extremely bad and is very unprofessional.

I sent an email on Saturday morning to Salar Baktash of “Lets Insure” and asked him to add my newly purchased 35 foot yacht to a policy when he returned to the office on Monday. I was shocked when Salar responded to my e-mail within five minutes. He asked me for the information on the yacht like the color, size, engine and vessel number.
