Incompetent staff who have seemingly never treated children before. Broken machines. My three year old had to be poked three times to draw blood before they realized they couldn’t draw blood this way and went with a finger poke, so four times total. Immunization shot was also handled strangely, with the nurse jumping and wondering if they had poked her hand in the process. This was due to my child saying ow and touching the area. Couldn’t read her blood pressure numbers. Couldn’t determine body temperature. Is everyone fresh out of school??? Ridiculous

They called me a day before telling me my appointment was at 8:30 am. So then I get there and this lady told me I was late that my appointment was at 8:00 am but how if I had receipts that showed that my appointment was at 8:30 am? Then she started giving me attitude & said that they would NOT attend me so then I proceed to tell her not once or twice but multiple times that my teeth are falling out. She basically said that thats not my problem & I dont know what youre talking about. Of course she wouldnt know because shes NOT a dentist or anything. They have the audacity to give people attitude and let me tell you these front ladies at the desk do not understand us as patient and how long we have to wait. I had to wait 3 months to just do a check up and now I have to wait 5 months. It so embarrassing how this dental place treats there patients. I will NOT be exposing this front lady at the desk because if I was her I would be so disappointed of myself. Plus I am the bigger person and I will not be giving her or anyone that satisfaction.

Doctors SHOULD care, right?! Thats why they chose this profession, right?! So why is it sooooo effing difficult to call your patients back, especially when having a bad reaction to some glorious built-up medication I was practically forced on....Called this place again, 3 times before the weekend & NEVER got a call back....if I do get a call back, its much later & ONLY when they need something. So sick of this place just treating you like youre nothing. Why is it that I have to constantly have to get managers involved so that theyre providers do theyre job, TO PROVIDE.

This is the most unresponsive health center. I was seen on aug. 5 for a knee dislocation and was given 4 referrals for an MRI, orthopedic surgeon consultation, physical therapy and a brace fitting. The orthopedic referral fell through because the center (UCSD) they sent me to was not even accepting new patients. I tried calling the referral specialist, Delilah, after UCSD orthopedics told me they are not accepting patients and that I need to contact my health center to ask for a new referral, I heard nothing back from Delilah. The MRI referral never happened because it was not officially authorized. Myself, and a representative of the MRI facility tried calling San Ysidro Health center’s referral specialist, Delilah, multiple times leaving voice messages and received no response. The brace that was ordered for me by Dr. Csapoczi was the same brace I was wearing (knee immobilizer) when I was first seen by him. It’s now been a month and I still haven’t received proper care nor a call back from their referral specialist Delilah. I had my follow up phone appointment today that was scheduled when I was first seen on Aug 5th. Of course the referral specialist denied ever getting a call from me or messages but I have record of each of my outgoing calls and voicemails to her. If anything, this healthcare’s facility should begin improving their care by improving their communication with patients and the referral specialist department, particularly Delilah, either needs a new team or to learn how to properly respond to patients in need of urgent care in a timely manner. I would like to thank Dr. Csapoczi for hearing me out today during my follow-up appointment and agreeing that this is not right and for instructing me of how to move forward.

The female who answered the line for covid vaccine was utterly useless. I am a paid support staff for persons with intellectual disabilities & I called to get general info for them. It was like pulling teeth! Last week I did the same and had no issues. This woman couldnt give me the address to locations, timeline for appointment availability, NO USEFUL INFORMATION. This of course after a 15 minute hold

I love this clinic. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Wait times can be very long even if you have an appointment but I cant fault the hospital for that. They care for so many patients with different incomes and backgrounds. For the amount of people they serve they are great about booking appointments, taking care of patients, and so much more. All of their services are amazing. For a hospital that serves Medi Cal patients they are probably the best. I love how they have GP, dentists, obgyn, and a lab in one building. No need to travel for different services because they have everything in the same building. I cannot recommend them enough.

If I could give no stars I would. Staff members were verbally fighting at the main entrance while I waiting for labs. It was loud and so embarrassing. That same day I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor, mind you I never saw another patient in the building. Wanted to get in touch with the referrals department, left voice mails and never contacted me back. The medical assistant answer was well you gotta call them every day until they answer. I got to my appointment 15 minutes prior and they tell me its an over the phone appointment so they sent me home, while Im home the doc calls and says she was waiting for me and does not know why they sent me home. These are just a few things among many others. Although the doctors are amazing, they are not worth the headaches cause by the MAs and other staff. I will not be coming back. Fix your staff!

First time call for appointment for my Client. The woman that answered was so rude!! She was in such a rush. I was trying to ask her important information in regards to my clients first time appointment being there. And she rush me off the phone with an aggressive attitude. Not professional at all. Especially if your going to be working with special needs clients.

I had an appointment at 2pm. I arrived at 1 pm. I registered on the first floor where they had me fill out the forms and where they took my ID and insurance information. Once finished, I was instructed to go to the third floor. I was on the third floor at by 1:30pm. 2pm came and my name wasnt called. 230pm and nothing, the lobby was empty except myself. I finally walked up to one of the 4 woman at the reception desk and said i had an appointment at 2pm. She asked for my name and looked me up. She said we dont have an appointment here for you, she mentioned their reception desk was for the dentist but i was there for womens health. She said the window around the corner is womens health. So i proceeded. I told the nurse at the window that my appointment was for 2 pm, I gave her my name and she said my appointment was for 1:55pm. I informed her that I had arrived on time and waited in the lobby for about an hour. She then said I was supposed to sign in but since I didnt I could wait as a walk in. Not only was I on time as instructed and not only did I patiently wait for my name to be called especially after registering on the first floor (which I find pointless if the registration desk and corresponding office do NOT communicate) I was not accommodated. This is the second incident I have encountered with poor customer service. The first encounter was with my son. These people do not acknowledge you nor do they have proper information giving guidance. It may be a nice building, but just like anything that looks good on the outside isnt always true with what lies within. I dont recommend this place, ever.

I give it four stars at first, but now its just downhill. Reason is, I have three drilled tooth 18, 19 and 20. 19 has a root canal finished but 18 was was the most infected. I had to wait for almost 2 months for the specialists to do 19, and now my gums on 18 is puffed up, and did not eat during that period. Again I have to go in and tell then that 18 is infected and is the cause why I can bite down properly and my teeth is on the right side now looking like a Donkey.

Terrible customer service. Nobody knows anything. Disorganized. Inefficient. Shady. This place is another federally funded scam. Waiver con job. It appears DHCS isnt properly monitoring this place as per services for adults with autism and other special needs. And whats up with the press 2 for Arabic?? Really? Cmon. I can understand Press 2 for Spanish, but Arabic? And its a facility next to the Mexican border? Why Arabic? Bizarre. Something is very off with this place and its connection to Home Based Community Waiver federal funds intended for Americans with developmental disabilities. San Ysidro Health has been assigned by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to provide administrative services and Comprehensive Care Management services, under the Medi-Cal HCBA to San Diego County participants. They claim to provide dental care to adults with special needs. They are also listed as a service provider for San Diego Regional Center, but when asked to confirm this, they werent sure and couldnt provide answers to services available. Another fractured federal fiasco masquerading as autism friendly.

I had an appointment on 12/19/2019 and the day before I was told to come in 15 minutes early. But when I arrived everyone was waiting outside the building and no one was allowed in the building. Reason being staff was having their Xmas party or gift exchange. Some clients are elderly and are unable to stand for a long length of time. This was so tacky process not planning accordingly to clients to at least sit in the 1st floor waiting area.

Scheduled an appointment for a Saturday had no problem at all. However when I went to get my work done which was for emergency service, they thought I was there to get a cosmetic filling. So I get my emergency work done and a few hours later the filling comes out. I go back to get it done and they call me back for a cleaning. WTH! I have to explain once again why Im there and reception is looking at me like Im crazy for now being irritated that #1 my filling came out and #2 their customer service is lacking. I should be a priority being that the work I got done not even 3 hours ago ended up failing. Instead Im waiting as if Im a walk in with a huge hole in my tooth. I used to think very highly of this organization but today set the standards.

I booked a 1:30 appointment with a doctor over a week in advance and was told to arrive an hour early. I get there at 12:30 only to find out the registration department is out to lunch until 1. I finally start the registration process at 1 then I wait another 50 minutes only to be told they were having a problem verifying my insurance. They told me to go up and see the doctor then they tell me its going to be a wait and they dont know how long it will take. Not to mention they said it could cost $100-1000 but I wouldnt know because my insurance had not been verified yet. Obviously I would go somewhere else if it was covered by my insurance. What a waste of 90 minutes in the middle of my work day.

Worst place to come to. I am definitely changing my ppo never coming here again the receptionist are never prepared and send you window to window , there no way professional at all & dont care about helping you but they can be laughing and talking to one another and give you dirty looks. If you cant work the job stay home.

1st off great people clean and caring, thats what I experienced so far I dont usually write a review, but for this and what I read about this place from other people reviews I thought I should throw in my opinion as well.2nd these people are doing a great service and seeing a lot people cant keep every single one happy but Im sure they are doing the best they can.As far as my experience there I thank each and every one of them there and keep up the good work.DR. Dorin she is great gentle hands and caring for people 10/10.

Look, the place is clean and front desk and nurses are helpful but doctor assistant who I was seen by 2 times has a chip on his shoulder. At the start he said that, lets hurry up because I have other patients to see, he asked me a question then he said stop talking. He took 5 to 10 minutes to see me. He prescribed some BS medication. I am still sick and suffering. Shame on you guys by getting a grant and pocketing money but not helping people.I am not going to go there anymore but my fight will not stop here I am going to find our what is really going on in this Health Center I am sure there are good people are working here but gosh there are some at least one who dont deserve to be there.

The employees are nice, but the lack of communication between departments and the culture of not being proactive with giving important information is substandard. It seems they assume that you are a knowledgeable professional. I have had to return again and again to just accomplish the simplest of things because of their inability to keep me informed. Very frustrating. They need to retrain their people. Ive had better experiences at the DMV.

The dentist at this place they are behind. Probably they need more staff. I am not feeling satisfied. It is good nice clean environment but they usually run behind. Meanwhile they should track their patients back and find out if they need something else for extra care.

Dr. Assadian is a chiropractor which she is the best. Your medical insurance can cover it. You do not have to worry. Dr. Assadian does care about her patients. The wait time is perfect that do not have to wait long at all. Dr. Assadian is really thorough and helpful. Dr. Assadian has truly helped me that you not could possible imagine.

Dr. Assadin, has been my Chiropractor for the last 3 months. For a long time I have suffered from severe back, shoulder, neuropathy in feet and legs. I use to go to a chiropractor for 2o years. and she, Dr. Limon is a very good chiropractor. When I found that your location was getting a Chiropractor, I was excited to hear it. After, my first visit with Dr. Assadin, I knew I wanted her to be my new Chiropractor. Since, I have been getting treatment from her, my health has improve 50%-80%. She has done a remarkable job in getting my health much better and I really need the help to continue having good health. Dr. Assadin is a great Chiropractor and she show how much she cares by given treatment that makes me feel like a Million bucks. I feel Great, thanks to Dr. Assadin.

Very bad service. The worst experience I ever had. I was very sick and they didnt give me any medicine, and made me wait months to see me. Then, They sent me to do some exams. They found I was sick, but they never sent me the result or called me. They did this three times. They said that they were going to send me with a specialist for what I have, but they forgot about me and never called me to let me know what Doctor. Worst service I could die and they dont care. Thank God I went to Mexico were they helped me.Que mal Servicio. Te hacen esperar una eternidad para atenderte y no te dan los resultados de los examenes

The doctors are excellent, they treat you as friends, not as patients. Dr. Ritter and Dr. Wyatt are very good. The others I have not treated but I think they are equally good. The staff are also very friendly.

Beautiful and dedicated hospital, with a very human staff. The hospital coordinator, Mr. Roberto Rios received me personally and accompanied me throughout the hospital to receive the best medical care. I am very grateful to all the wonderful hospital staff and to the State of California for helping people with few resources with such a vocation for service and humanity. This clinic always makes appointments and they never attend you at the time that you cite me and I had about 3 of these people the last kiss my site was at 3:15 and it was 4:40 and I was still in the room because they did not even know when to go without an appointment they have you waiting all day😰😰
