Welcoming environment. Facility was very clean. The pool was a bit too chlorinated, but it was clean and in good repair. I have enjoyed my visits there.

I have had wonderful interaction with the staff. The area is clean and my daughter loves the swimming pool. I just wish the membership plans were more affordable. My daughter is signed up for swimming there but we have become members due to height pricing.

Ive had the privilege of working for Rancho and its facilities for several months now and it has been a pleasure helping manage the pool and its staff members. Through careful attentiveness to members and their needs, this staff (especially the aquatics staff) go above and beyond what many swim-&-gyms require with their customer engagement.The lifeguards and swim instructors will never hesitate to lend a hand to someone in need, and encourage our members to grow, in more ways than just their swimming abilities.I would strongly recommend Rancho Family YMCA to anyone considering furthering their aquatics skills or improving their lifestyle and self-esteem. The words Rancho Family are included in its title for a reason. Its more than just a gym-- you will come away with some lifelong friends.

Building too old, you go inside the building and smells too old and the bathroom everything is broken and looks dirty.

Great swimming teachers but the classes are always overbooked. The Feb class registration for our LOs regular session came out on Jan 15 and ran out of space within a couple of hours. Called and asked for a private lesson and got on the waitlist instead. The staff explained its based on teacher availability. But why not hire more if its in such high demand? The class registration is on a monthly basis. And we have put calendar reminder on the 15th every month to make sure we register right away. Still its not enough and we lost our spot. We pay $69 month for membership and extra fees for every class we register. Couldnt understand why its always like a competition when its supposed to be a community place.———————————————UpdateWe contacted the swimming director and she was very responsive to our questions. Based on the high demands they opened another class and we were able to register.

The trainers and staff are terrific. The place is very clean. The equipment is always kept in good condition, no torn seats, etc. Everyone is very friendly, and theres a true sense of community here.

Very nice gym and facilities. I love the kids pool play area and so do my daughters. Quick and easy to sign up too.Quick follow up: My daughter has learned more in her first private swim lesson than all her previous swim lessons.

Clean facility, friendly staff and great child watch staff on the weekdays. It is a little small and can get quite crowded at times but they upgrade and improve their site and equipment often. They offer a lot of class options and other activities as well.

Im sorry. But this YMCA took their personal drama professional and public. If you work with a Sarah Trujillo, please guide her towards safety and refugee. She is the reason why I have anxiety and Im honestly not suicidal but with her in my life, she makes me want to hurt myself for no good reason.

In the past year there have been some nice upgrades to the cardio and stretching area, with both new equipment and decor. While this place is family-friendly, when the parents dont have the courtesy to keep kids under control, I wish staff would clamp down on the kids who play on and occupy treadmills and other equipment.

Awesome pool, lifeguards are very friendly, Head Guard Will is a very helpful individual and I appreciate that.

Staff not very helpful.Very rule oriented -- and the rules keep piling up. When we started coming here, the place was friendly. Not any more.Pretty soon, they will only allow over 30s to go down the water slide. After all, 29 year olds could slip and drown -- we cant take that risk!Ridiculous!

Great facilities, but no parking. Street parking with little kids is a hassle. Facilities are good though.
