Look no further, Dr. Teresa and Trevor are AMAZING. I was a chiropractic non believer, but I was pregnant and my baby was in a hammock position. She helped adjust my body and what do you know? ONE day after the adjustment, baby is head down- definitely not a coincidence. Dr Teresa goes above and beyond to ensure that I have an amazing appointment and really supported me postpartum (not in adjustments but as a new mom). I live just close enough to walk there and Ill be practically dragging my body into their office and Ill walk out with a pep in my step. Genuine community oriented people. I cant say enough good things!!!

A friend recommended Dr. Teresa to me and I am so thankful she did. We began taking our son to her when he was just 5 months old. Dr. Teresa helped us create a plan for him. She took the time to hear my concerns about his mobility. She then explained her recommendations in depth. She took the time to provide us resources and regularly checked in. My only regret is we did not find this place sooner.

Dr. Teresa was absolutely fabulous. My husband and I were re-located to San Diego for a few years and meanwhile I got pregnant. Both my brother-in-law and his wife are chiropractors in Montana and recommended LiveSmart. I was very impressed the entire length of my pregnancy by the care I received and was so thankful for my adjustments. They made a world of a difference. I have been seeing Dr. Trevor for a year and a half, and it has been a great experience. The treatments are thorough and effective. Theyre a welcome mixture of massage, exercises, machine assisted stretching and good ole crack-crack-crack chiropractics.They always find a way to work me in when I need it. They have fought my insurance company for me (and won). Theyre available via text and other convenient communication methods and are always willing to answer questions. They give good exercises to do at home (and they dont guilt trip you if you forget to do them).This sounds cheesy, but Im going to say it anyway because its true: When youre treated by this husband and wife team, youre treated like family.

I went in to see Dr. Trevor for a sports injury I suffered from. Dr. Trevor was friendly and very knowledgeable about the situation at hand. He gave me an excellent examination and treatment. The treatment was not rushed and I felt the doctor care genuinely for the patient. Im surprised at how much treatment the doctors provide at their clinic here and I say that these doctors truly care for their patients. At the end of a first treatment I felt instant relief. Within a few visits I felt back to normal and ready to continue working out and sports again. With so many chiropractors to choose from, it was tough to decide on one. After I spent time researching, I chose LiveSmart and feel extremely lucky to have picked them. They had great reviews and seemed genuine. Ive been to other chiropractors before, but Trevor and Teresa are unlike all of them. Their office feels like a home, I can tell they actually cared about me, they actually listened, and spent time with me! Im used to 5 minutes in and out, and they spent an hour assessing and treating me. The best part, though, is that they didnt try to sell me a huge package of treatments like Ive experienced before! They pinpointed what was causing my pain and gave me some home exercises to help prevent my shoulder pain. They just said to contact them if I ever needed anything. I will definitely come back!

The doctors at LiveSmart Chiropractic are great. They are very thorough with their exams and treatments. I am very active and recently injured my back playing basketball. Dr. Trevor was great at helping me recover from my injury. He took the time to explain what was going on, and how long he thought it would take before I could get back in the court. Dr. Trevor Crossley is an awesome Chiropractor! I suffer from chronic tension headaches and his treatments seem to be the only thing that brings me relief. The office has a very welcoming vibe, more therapeutic than clinical. And they truly do it all! Cupping, ART, adjustments, KT Tape... I highly recommend this practice, especially if you have any reservations or fears about chiropractic treatment; Trevor is the best at calming nerve and providing a gentle adjustment.

I have worked with both Dr. Trevor and Dr. Teresa and they are amazing. I am a personal trainer and amateur bodybuilder and I am constantly coming to them for not only chiropractic work/ adjustments but for practical fixes for muscle and joint issues. I only have great things to say about this chiropractic office. Both Trevor and Teresa provide a fostering environment for relaxation and rehabilitation. They both have unique qualities and expertise that provide care for a wide variety of patients. When I first went there I was skeptical of chiropractics and how the whole thing worked. However, ever since the first appointment I was hooked. Id walk in the office with shoulder pain and a stiff back and walk out feeling like a new man. I highly suggest giving this place a try. They dont sucker you into buying a plan like other people for thousands of dollars. They work on a come in when needed basis. For all of those who havent tried chiropractics, this is an excellent place to start.

I have never had a positive image of chiropractics and the work they do. I was very nervous as I just assumed all things they did were not good for the body. Boy, was I sure wrong.From the moment I walked in I felt so comfortable. I was greeted in the lobby by Teresa and Trevor. After a short tour of their offices Dr. Crossley took me into the room to begin our consultation. He could tell that I was very nervous and helped me take a few deep breaths. He was very patient and kind. He walked me through the process and made my visit amazing. As someone who sits a lot at work and bikes frequently, he took that into consideration when he gave me tips on how to keep a good alignment. I will definitely be back soon.

My wife has chronic shoulder pain, even after one visit she felt relief for the first time in a while. They are very flexible with their schedule and will accommodate you so you can be seen asap!

Dr. Trevor has been treating my neck pain for years. I had terrible neck pain after starting college. He helped me out of my pain and even explained to me why I was having neck pain and headaches. He used rock tape, a tool called graston, and gave me rehabilitation exercises. I came back later with eight wrist pain. It was terrible anytime I moved my wrist. He treated it and the pain went away. Hes extremely professional and makes me feel extremely comfortable. Dont live with the pain, go see Dr. Trevor!

These guys are truly fantastic! And definitely a breath of fresh air! Ive been going to chiropractors on and off since I was 10 yrs old but had been very disappointed in recent years with the apparent common shift in chiropractic care to focus on pressure sales, buying big treatment packages, unnecessary treatments, questionable diagnostic tools, and being treated like youre on an assembly line. These guys are the exception. Thankfully they dont share that philosophy. Both Trevor and Theresa TRULY CARE about each of their patients and spend a great deal of time on each visit to make sure you leave feeling better than when you came in. They use multiple modalities...not just the classic adjustment...to promote healing and relief. Soft tissue work, TENS, ultrasound, taping, cupping, stretching...whatever it takes to get you feeling better! So thankful to have found them and highly endorse them!

I suffer from chronic knee pain and was told that I have arthritis and degeneration from previous doctors. When I came here for another opinion, they looked at my X-Rays told me I was just fine and in great health! They treated me with muscle work, adjusted me, and helped alleviate my knee pain. Then they gave me exercises and educated me on how I can better take care of myself. They didnt try to sell me on anything and told me to come back whenever I felt it necessary and on my terms. I appreciated this the most. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Dr. Teresas evaluation was so thorough, and she explained everything so I could understand the issues. I have a few lingering injuries from college. She not only treated those, but also treated the issues that may have caused them. The entire experience seemed very positive and personalized to my needs. Needless to say I am recommending Teresa to everyone I know.

We love Dr Teresa and Dr Trevor!!! They really spend time with their patients and not just another in and out adjustments in 5 mins type of practice. They really care and listen to their patients and will even suggest stretching or use other methods like cupping to release your pain. Dr Teresa is awesome for pregnant moms and children. This is one of the nicest chiropractic offices Ive been in. The building is a bit dated, but the location is great, right off the 15 freeway and Miramar Rd, and only 2 lights down. Once you step into the office, it feels like a home and its very inviting. Dr. Trevor and Teresa are awesome Chiropractors and straight up cool people. Dr. Trevor treated my knee pain, which was the biggest problem, but also addressed my headaches and hip pain. I have been able to go back to crossfit :D I honestly never knew all the stuff Chiropractors could do and help with. Ill definitely be coming back and highly recommend LiveSmart Chiropractic! I highly recommend them! I had been suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome, neck and upper back pain for the past 8 months and had visited from general practicioners to a neuroligist and then an orthopedist who basically told me that if the steroid shot didnt work (and it didnt, it made things worse) I would have to have surgery...Thankfully I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Teresa, it was the best decision I could have ever made. She is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She always explais everything shes doing with great detail which is good if youre a little tense about the procedures.I felt an improvement in my symptoms after the first session (not joking) and now after about 7 sessions I can say that I feel no pain at all. It is such a relief to know that there is an option to control my carpal tunnel syndrome that doesnt require surgical intervention.I am really really thankful.

Dr. Trevor did a fantastic job working on my shoulder, explaining why I was feeling the pain I felt and what I can do at home to help strengthen it.

Let me start my review by telling you that my husband was diagnosed with shingles, three times in one year, the sores left, the pain never did. The formal name is Postherpetic Neuralgia (PHN) and this chronic disease has big knarly teeth. His normal pain level was between a 5 and 7, his bad days when it flared up, you dont even want to know. This is an unimaginable experience to watch your partner go through, let alone watch your two young children modified their lives to accommodate this insanity. After three years of this, my husband now completely hook on opiates, the mg count only increasing, we are getting no where. The pain slows for nothing, and he is not getting better.Finding Dr. Teresa was the single ray of light in this dark time. From our first appointment she tells us that this situation is definitely unique and that shed give us everything she had to try and help his body heal. For a solid year we were in her office, nearly every day (not a joke), she researched and put us in touch with a range of different things to explore. She put us in touch with the most brilliant acupuncturist and, would come in on her days off to give him chiropractic before acupuncture. Then one day I got the call, crying husband, I dont feel any pain!. He came home, my son looked at his face and said Dad!! Is that you?. It only lasted four hours, but this was the most amazing moment, something worked. Some combination of all these therapies Dr T guided us through worked.Dr. T then put us in touch with another Dr who has a hyperbaric chamber, and with this, we were there four days a week for two to three hours at a time, on top of the other treatments, my husband went on leave of absence because he couldnt stay away, he slept for 20 hours a day. Soon he could go two weeks with no pain. Two weeks!!When Dr. T told me she was moving to San Diego, I couldnt even talk. My heart was completely broken, but she had put everything in place that needed to be done for our future. She kept walking me though my days and though now I havent spoken to her in quite a while, she should know, after two years tapering down from those stupid pain meds, he took his last opiate this morning. While Im sure some really horrible days are ahead for that final withdrawal, nothing like weve been through.Its been nearly a year now since hes felt any pain, as long as he keeps going to nominal treatments.I cant say enough about Dr. T, cant put into words the impact one person can have on a life. I cant thank her enough or give a big enough rave of a review. You are in the best hands with her.

I went to see Dr Trevor for a persistent tennis elbow. The treatment I was receiving previously was not helping. Dr Trevor tried various technics on me and the elbow pain has been slowly leaving. I had read about the technics he was using but my previous Dr. was uninformed. Having Dr Trevor up on the latest techniques is one of the reasons I am switching Doctors. Thanks Doc.John C
