Please do not believe this services, I was so stupid to try it and there are no way to even get your money back. I got no phone call and the entire process doesnt even make sense. Do not believe the automatic reply also.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment this morning (and paid $249 out of pocket to secure the appointment) for my husband who was having such bad back spasms and pain that I couldnt get him into the car to urgent care or ER. When I saw this service advertised, I was so relieved, as I figured he could be seen from bed, since he couldnt move. After paying a pricey fee, I waited and waited for the Dr. to call. Our appointment came and went with me calling the office number (no one answered- it was a recording), using the live chat feature on the website (no one ever responded), as well as emailing (you guessed it...no one responded). I was never contacted and my husband didnt get help. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. As annoying as it was to have no response, especially after paying, the worst part was the disappointment for my husband, as I thought this Dr. was going to be able to help in such a convenient way.

It was quick and easy. The doctor was respectful and inquisitive about my health concerns. I would highly recommend and will be returning as well.

Answered my early call (6:50 something) right away, no robots no automated services. A real doctor answered me immediately. Was an embarrassing but scary ordeal and now I can go to work knowing for now Im not in danger.Doctor treated me with respect despite some embarrassing information I had to disclose. Highly recommend.Price is reasonable.I only wish we had the option to run our insurance beforehand. Its ok, I can still try to file and see if it can get covered post payment or reimbursed.
