Leslie is very sweet and personable! This was my first appointment with her, and my first full Brazilian Blowout. I have very thick, big frizzy hair. She did a great job informing me of the process and considerations. She made great conversation during the 2 hour service, and I am very pleased with the results. I also appreciated that she opened a side door and directed fans to ventilate the area. The salon itself is very nice with a lot of natura light. I would highly recommend Leslie.

First time to come here. My cut was done by my husband due to covid. Alexis did a great job of fixing it. She took the time and care required to give me a really cute haircut.

LOVE love love Jeslin! Jenny is the third stylist Ive seen there (previous two moved away) and I told her she cant go anywhere because she is the absolute best! Always listens to what I want and tells me when something is totally unrealistic. Im ALWAYS happy with my hair. I drive all the way down from Escondido so that tells you how great this place is!

I love this salon. It is so cozy inside and they always make me feel at home with water or tea when I arrive. They spend a couple of extra minutes doing a head massage during the shampooing which I love. I have been getting my haircut here by Lindsey and Jessica and they have been phenomenal. The boutique has super cute stuff as well if you are in the mood to shop! I always look forward to my appointments and hope to be coming back for many years to come.

I had a hair emergency, called these guys 15 minutes before closing and they were able to fit me in!They gave me a glass of wine, and a scalp massage. And they have jewelry and outfits to buy in the front if you need to change from sweats to meeting your in-laws real quick!Thank you for fixing my day!

Kind of disappointed because I made an appt online for a sunday and then got here and theyre closed on sunday! Partially my fault for not checking actual hours but why can I make an online appt for a sunday if yall arent open on sundays. That being said, my best friend raved about this salon so Ill book a different appt and update this later.

My son got his hair colored blue and Genevieve did a great job with the cut, bleach and color. My daughter got a great haircut with Jenny. We have been going here for years and always happy. Very professional and reasonably priced. This is a fantastic Point Loma salon -- highly recommend!

I love this trendy little salon tucked away in Point Loma! Jovan was my stylist and I had to come on here to write a rave review about her! She is an artist when it comes to doing hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched it perfectly!! She was so easy to talk to and has a great personality! I love the way she styled it, I feel like I have a whole new trendy look!!! I had seen some reviews about the cost so I was a little nervous, but I thought it was totally comparable to anywhere else I have been.

Well, I cant say that I really had an experience with the salon. I contacted the salon through their website in August of 2013 because I was getting married at the Island Palms on Shelter Island. It was on a list of recommended vendors to use. I wrote an inquiry email asking informantion about their services and NEVER got a response. Now I am receiving like 2 emails a from them.Very Confusing and slightly annoyed.

I have been bleaching my hair for years and most of the time I go to a salon but other times I have bleached and toned it myself and it has come out perfect. I went to this salon after I bleached half of my roots and it didnt come out the way I wanted to (I like my blonde a level 10 and it came out a yellow/light orange level 7/8, I then toned it to a level 6) I decided to go to a salon to have it re-done and I was paired with the stylist Jenny. I told her I wanted my roots (new growth) done and she told me before she started that it would take a while which I expected since Im not new to getting my hair bleached. When she was shampooing me I noticed that my roots were darker than what I had showed up with and I gave her the benefit of the doubt and wanted to wait until after the blow dry to see if it would get lighter. Sadly, it did not and not only did I not end up with any blonde, I left with muddy transparent beige brown roots which has never happened before when I have gotten my roots done. On top of this, I usually pay no more than $200 including tip when I get my roots done and she charged me a whopping $400 for something not even remotely close to what I had asked for. As a stylist, during the consultation I should have known how much I was going to be spending before she started the process. I am not positive if she deemed my hair as a color correction or an all over root touch-up because I know that color corrections can be fairly expensive (even though the color I showed up with would not even be close to a color correction) but if anything I should have been told during the consultation what she was going to do and how much it was projected to cost. I am unhappy with both the color I left with and the unexpected price of the service.
