My stylist Elizabeth is AMAZING, super nice and professional. I leave her chair quite happy and satisfied. 😁

I have been going to hair club for the past 12 years. the staff are very friendly and professional. They pay close attention to details and privacy. My stylist, Elisabeth is tentative, smart, and a very good stylist. She makes the visit easy and fun. I highly recommend her.

I was treated in a very clean and very well structured salon by a team of well versed and experienced hair stylists. The salon was very clean with single rooms for the treatments of the patients. The wait was very small and I was greeted with a smile at all times. I highly encourage going to the Hair Club for treatment and haircuts.

My experience with Hair Club over the past 7 months have been beyond terrible. I was seen for a consultation in September where I put a deposit of $500 down. I was told my procedure will take place no later than November. With the COVID-19 pandemic I understand there can be sudden unfortunate issues. My problem is the lack of professionalism and communication from Hair Club. I was left completely in the dark about when I can potentially expect to receive my procedure. Not an email or phone call was made to me for months. After numerous of complaints I finally received a phone call from one of the supervisors. This was in January. I was told I will be contacted on a month to month basis to update me on their availability. I received nothing in February, nothing in March. Now as we are approaching April I reached out for an update. What I got in return was “EXPECT” June/July. If I had never reached out I would have been left in the dark once again. With the pattern that was developing I can only assume this would have been an on going process that may have went up to and/or exceeded a full year since my deposit. This is completely unacceptable as I have exercised nothing but patience with this company. Now I’m in the refund process which I can only hope doesn’t become another on going issue. I know other gentlemen that had zero issues with other companies but I was given the treatment of a fool here at Hair Club San Diego. I would never recommend Hair Club to anyone.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. I have been a steady client of Elizabeth’s for almost a year and I adore her. All the stylists I have seen (Tracy, Suki, and Juliette) always gave me exactly what I wanted (or better!) every visit. I transferred from HC San Antonio and had considered leaving HC prior to getting serviced here due to issues in the SA office. The new facility has easy to access parking, is extremely modern, and immaculate. The customer service at this SD location is above and beyond and the stylists are always up-to-date with current hair trends. I am beyond happy with my services and will continue to be a HC client!

Elizabeth always takes such great care of me and always has me leaving with exactly what I wanted. I always request my appointments with her and try to book her in advance-she is in demand because she’s just that awesome. She’s very empathetic and listens to what you want out of your hair. Highly recommend!!

Ive been a Hair Club for Men client since 1998. During my time as a client, Ive been constantly impressed with the technology of their product and the professionalism of their staff and stylists. They make a rather sensitive situation for many men a very comfortable, absolutely painless process.The thing Ive been impressed with the most is the accommodation in both the product and the level of service. My stylist, Kim, is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the upkeep and maintenance of my hair. She always gives me the best advice and answers all my questions. And she always provides me with a haircut that suits my needs as an active individual.Another great accommodation is their scheduling process. There are many stylists available to serve the client, so getting an appointment to fit your schedule is very easy as well.Anyone who is thinking of making a move toward regaining a nice, full head of hair again should definitely call their local Hair Club to receive a consultation.

I have been a member of Hair Club for about one year now and absolutely love my hair and the people who have helped me look so good for that year. Kim is my hair stylist and listens so well to how I want my hair to look. I feel like Kim and I work as a team to give me the look I want. She always will explain what a product will do for my hair appliance. This makes it easy for me to keep myself looking GREAT. One year ago I was looking at my scalp in the mirror. Now and for the last year I have been looking at a full gorgeous head of hair. I cant fully explain just how much the ladies who work at my Hair Club have made me feel, or be able to thank them enough for the new me. The receptionists are very helpful getting appointment times I need. THANKS LADIES!!!

Absolute rip off. They used a bunch of fancy terms and danced around the fact that at the end of the day, they just GLUE A WIG ON YOUR HEAD. Literally. They eventually just give YOU the glue so you can do it yourself. I asked several times about how I am a musician and sweat a lot on stage. They assured me it would hold. It didnt. This place is very full of itself. So again... If youre looking for a legitimate surgical option or anything besides a wig and some glue... DONT go here.

I have been going to HC- SD location or last 4 years and all I can say..I am extremely happy!. Staff is very pleasant and courteous. I started with Suki..one of the best stylist they have.In between I tried out different stylists, was not happy.Since last One year+ my stylist is Juliet..she is very good and I am so happy with her. She is very knowledgeable and understands your styles.I appreciate HC-SD or this service and will recommend to all..

I have been a member with this organization (HC), since early 1998 and I have always been treated with Professionalism, Kindness and Open Arms.I have used different stylists over the years of course, but I just thought it was time to acknowledge the performance, attitude and care that I have been receiving from my personal stylist (Erin Ford).First of all, I not only consider Erin as my personal stylist but also, as a personal friend because of the customer service that she provides. She is careful to listen to how you want your style on every appointment; she is there to satisfy the needs of her customers!!I gave 4 Stars and not 5 Stars because I see Erins zeal to continue to grow and excel therefore, I am saving that last Star for her as she strives for her advancement........Unfortunately, I cant say anything positive about the present management Director, at (HC) in San Diego. It seems they just want your money 💰 and forget you are the customers who pay their salary, with no regards to the customers needs; especially during the most recent move/relocation to the downtown location at 501 A Street!!! I will let you form your very own opinions regarding this!!!

I have been a client of the hairclub for over 20 years and I have never regretted a day. For the last few years my stylist Leeanne has been so amazing and consistent with my cuts and styles. Having lived in France I also am very happy that Hair Club hired a wonderful manager named Melody (who is French) and I invite everyone to ask for her when they come in as she will always make sure you leave a happy client.

Been coming here for well over 6 years and couldn’t be happier. I don’t know what I’d do with out Hair Club and stylist Elizabeth. The front office staff is always very friendly. If anything ever comes up they always make sure to get me in. So happy with the service I receive from my stylist.

I started with hair replacement back in 1989 with a small company in New York. After 10 years of hassles and people staring at my hairline instead of my eyes, I went au natural. In 2008, my wife informed me that she thought I looked better with hair and asked if I would consider going back. I told her I would only if I was convinced that there was a way to look natural without constantly worrying about it. I went to Hair Club for a consultation and was impressed with the new replacement systems, the technology, and the natural look. I signed up and have never looked back. If you go, you need to request Kim. She is the most talented stylist and never screws up a new application. As the only person that ever sees me without my hair, I feel a special bond with her and enoy chatting with her at my appointments. I highly recommend both Hair Club and Kim.

Elizabeth is the best when im go see her shes alway in a grate mood shes always aking ? About how to what shen can do to make my hair look better and last longer.. And the other thing i do love about her is that when she cuts my hair she cleansing up real good she trys to ger all the hairs on my sholder and my shirt to me shes the best

The staff is amazing! I have an 11-year old with Alopecia Universalis. She has no hair on her head. Everyone from the shop manager, Melody to the front desk staff to the stylists have been so wonderful to my daughter! They treat her like a Princess! It is not easy going through Elementary School and now Middle School being bald. My daughter was getting bullied and teased. With her new system, she has so much confidence and it shows through in everything she does. Hair Club has been a blessing to all of us!

I like the way that she is doing my hair.I was recomend to this hair club by a friend and it has been a great experience, I like the way that they are doing my hair, they are very very compassion.

I had my hair done on Saturday, which was done by LeAnn and what a wonderful job she did. LeAnn you made me look like a princess, thank you for a job well done, and thank you Hair Club for having qualified people on your staff. I always leave the club better than I did when I came in. All the staff there are great, women if you are looking for a great place to get your hair done with the challenges that we face try Hair Club you wont be disappointed.

Hair Club did not just give me my hair back they gave me my life back. I now look younger then my age, and gives me the confidence that I was lacking due to my hair loss. The service is up and above and beyond of what I expected.
