Fun staff and very nice location. I don’t live in the area but if I did, I would be very happy to visit this location.

This was my first time at the Drybar. I contacted Drybar to let them know I was running 15 minutes behind. My appt was at 7:45am and I arrived at 7:59 at the door with my text to confirm check in at that time. The front desk girl took her time checking me in and at 8:01 she told me my appt has been cancelled. Turns out they didn’t even have a stylist for me!!! There was only 3 stylist and 2 stylist were on 1 client. Extremely unprofessional. I am a salon owner myself and this would never be our policy when a guest is standing outside with a confirmation text message showing that they were within the 15 minutes of checking in.

Expert blow outs, products smell great, stylist are knowledgeable.

Fast, cheap, and good. I guess you really can have all three! I relied on DryBar all month as I was going through job interviews, and they never failed me. Always available for a last-minute appointment, super fast, and I always leave looking great. Oh, and my job hunt was a resounding success!The only thing I would change about them is the uncomfortable seats that force you to slouch. Otherwise, top notch!

Amazing place to go for a special occasion or just an everyday treat! Owner and staff are so nice and professional at DryBar. Price is definitely reasonable- you get a wash with a massage and a style of your choice (you choose from a menu book!). Order a lemon water, tea, champagne, or other tasty beverage while you sit. Salon is clean and well decorated too :)

The hair stylist was good. Shampoo with massage was awesome. All the products smelled amazing.

I went there for a messy beah hair blow out. The first girl didn’t really get it right and I was quite disappointed, but they quickly got me a different stylist to fix it and get it exactly what I was looking for. Customer service is 10!

I rarely make any negative posts but in this case, I find it’s warranted.My visit for a dry style blowout took an hour and a half. When I arrived, there were no chairs open so I had to wait even though my stylist was ready and available. I was not offered any drink while I waited and was only provided one halfway through my appointment after I asked. My stylist was not able to successfully complete my request for a no-frills ‘old fashioned’.A second stylist had to come in behind my stylist as “back-up” to fix and redo my hair. This entire ordeal caused additional heat styling and an excessive amount of product to be used on my hair. The end result looked ok but has left my hair extremely dry. The ends of my hair after washing were so dry and tangled that I could not get a wide tooth comb through the knots.This was by far, the worst blowout I’ve ever received. I’ve been to multiple Drybars and had numerous blowouts from stylebars across the country. The length of the visit was unacceptable. Two friends had an appointment here on the same day 45 minutes after my appointment and were both done before my hair was “fixed”. This was not only the worst experience I’ve had, it also caused me to be delayed in my evening plans. I will likely also need to have a conditioning treatment or trim to try to fix the damage on my hair.The stylists were friendly and the establishment was clean. However, these details are rather meaningless after my experience and unsatisfactory service. I will not recommend this Drybar to ANYONE and definitely will NEVER go here again.

I LOVE the drybar! All of the stylist are amazing. I really like the decor and style of the store. I would go here everyday if I could! Check out the bartabs if you go a lot, its a great deal.

I’ve been a huge fan of this company for years. I’ve listened to interviews of the owner and just been a fan of the branding and business model for so long. My husband bought me a gift card for my birthday and I was going to use it today to get my hair done for my maternity photo shoot. I was running late and called the store only to find that they outsourced their answering service to another country. She said that I might lose my appt but that I might not. So I went ahead and drove the :30 minutes to get there and I was :20 late for the appt, which is exactly what I told her I would be. When I arrived the front desk person was extremely short and rude with me stating that there was a strict :15 no show policy, something I did see in any of the confirmation emails. I would have stayed home. I just figured it was the usual with any appt, it might have to be rescheduled. She was not accommodating in the lease and just simply rude. Exit crying pregnant woman. I ripped up the gift certificate and I will never even think about getting my hair done here again. Customer service is everything to me and all the branding in the world can’t convince me to patron a company like this again. #disappointedUpdate: you’ll see a post below asking me to contact them but I never heard back once I did... a failed attempt to make it look like they fixed the problem...

This place is so rude. They didnt even acknowlege me at the desk. I stood there a good few minutes with no one coming to talk to me. I have shorter hair than the other girls but I really wanted to try something different and didnt get a chance. Too bad!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. Chelsea is great too.
