Very nice. I had never been there before so they knocked 10 percent off of my total bill! Awesome! I guess this place is actually one of the few legal places to by Cannibis. Its very clean. The Budtenders are very knowledgeable regarding their products. All and all I will return here.

This place is always solid but i was thoroughly impressed with GG, one of the newer sales people. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had hustle. Keep it up

I ve been here over 10 times and have brought many friends and co workers here since Ive had great experiences.... but today I encountered the most unprofessional and rude security guard... and when I called him out on it he told me if I didnt like it to go somewhere else.... and I will and left.... terrible experience!!

This place re-packages there weed. They wont let you see any packaging before you buy....Buyer beware!! this place looks fancy but is paid for by the un-informed patron.

Will definitely revisit this business. The staff are awesome, the menu is fanatical, great atmosphere and all around great service.

Bogus! I went in and ordered a DISPOSABLE vape. The girl sold me a cartridge instead. I got out to the car, opened the bag, saw it (didn’t even touch it) and then walked back in. I was told “no refunds or exchanges” wasn’t given a reason and then was given a battery.The problem with this solution is I needed a disposable for my dad, who due to health reasons needs his own. When I complained that the battery was too long and wasn’t manageable due to his arthritis because he has trouble holding and pushing the button this place gave THE WORST response. They lied to my face and told me they were the same size (I have them both in my hand - they are NOT the same) and told me in the store I should be happy that the cartridge was so cheap.Guys. How much money do you think this place makes? You don’t think they could afford to eat the cost of ONE cartridge- especially since it’s their fault they sold me the wrong product? Or? If they’re not going to exchange it, what about a proper apology? Something like , “hey, I’m so sorry this happend, that must have been really frustrating for you and your father, while we can’t exchange we will take this as an opportunity to go over active listening skills with our staff and show them how to check the products to make sure that you, the customer, are getting the right product next time”. Is that so freaking hard???

This was my very first dispensary experience and Im glad I was able to make it over here and have my experience here. The staff was very helpful and very kind and I had an overall great experience, they do you a solid being a first time customer too so check it out, Cory was the guy assisting me and I spoke to a couple other ladys that I didnt catch their names but none the less a great group of people, do check out if in the San Diego area!

L like the products, and l go all the way from the south, but Customer service its not as professional, security great. But the saler that take care me last night wasnt as nice she was like rushing me to get the product so she can go to the next client,. Not good 😐

The service is wonderful, especially when you’re new to the product and want to start learning. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Their product line is always improving, which can be a bummer sometimes when they phase out some favorite products but that’s just the nature of the business! I highly recommend this location.

Its a great dispensary. The set up was very cute, stylish, organized. I was highly impressed and that doesnt happen with me often. The staff was very hospitable and kind. I really thought it was cool and how easy and quick it was to sign up with them.Many dispensary should take a few notes on this place. I love the location too because its very convenient and close to my home. I like the area in which its located because being surrounded by warehouses it is discreet.I am very impressed with this place that I tipped my very first time here and the products were good. The flower was very good.The wax was pretty good.Really liked place. Im definitely coming back soon!

Great experience if only I didn’t get shorted change. Paid with $40 for a $22 order and got back $2 in change. Granted I should have made sure before I got home but how one confuses $18 with $2 is beyond my comprehension. Guess you have to keep your eyes open. Otherwise experience was cool.

Security guard at golden Bloom had a ego trip with people parking he started yelling at me because of the parking ( my wheels were on the line) and I thought that was totally in appropriate anyways good luck with that.... I recommend your security guard not be so tense and aggressive with customers that are a paying customer and maybe he might need some of that medication to mellow out....

This store is a great representation for cannabis in our community. I was greeted by friendly security personnel and attentive staff who seamlessly facilitated signing me in. It wasnt to busy so I was able to browse the selection right away and what a selection to chose from. The facility was well lit, clean, and it provided a comfortable environment to ask questions about products and knowledgeable staff to answer those questions. Five stars all day Peter!

When I got there, Mike spent so much time with me going over all of the products and what would be right for me. The service was amazing and they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Not much more to say then just straight up garbage product.there service is excellent! But there product is just awful when it comes to flower. Never going here again I can get better flower from a dealer!

Great bud, superb service. I knocked off a star because on my 3rd visit I was charged about 3 bucks just for a bag to exit the store with. I had never got that charge before, and if they have charged me for it they never made me aware of it. Almost paid $50 for a $40 eighth of flower.

The menu is very detailed and explains everything you need to know about the product. Everything looks very organized, and they have everything you could think of. Great daily specials and you can pre order and get a delivery. Great place! Excited to visit!

Went to check out this new dispensary that opened near my house and wow was I impressed! From the moment you walk in the staff is friendly and helpful and completely professional. Way over priced. Poor quality. And poor staff quality. The concentrat that I got was already melted and soaked thru the wax paper. Literally could use any of it due to it now being part paper. If I return Ill ask to see the product Im actually getting. Does waste your time or money. The area its in is also vary shady and unwelcoming. Hope this saves the next sorry sap from spending money here.

The selection they got is amazing!!!! From the bud, the preroll joints, preroll blunts, concentrates, massage oils and bath bomb!!! Tonight the lady checking ID wanted .my passport to have a VISA....like saying if you are not legal you cant enter. That is pure discrimination...so for those reading be aware...FYI.....if this shop requires your passport to have a valid VISA you can actually take them to court for discrimination......and I thought I was a good client....

I live in Los Angeles and am pretty used to high end dispensaries, but this place is setting a new star for both quality and customer service. I have used at least 30 dispensaries in the last 7 years and this was one of the 5 worst! I heard it was much better when it was Urban Leaf. They definitely need new management. My plumber, landscaper, and auto mechanic could all do a better job running this place and they would not leave any customers feeling unappreciated and unsatisfied like I was.

I am a regular costumer at GoldnBloom Dispensary.I believe this is one of the most high-end Dispensaries in San Diego.It is very clean, the lighting is great I have sensitive eyes, it is a very relaxing place. On another note the staff is great better then the rest i have gone too. The staff is super friendly, the managers look very hands on with the staff as well. It just makes it more inviting to stay & browse the selections without feeling rushed was one of my most favorite attributes. They have a great credit system I believe as you buy you accumulate credit that could be used toward your next purchase. I thought that was splendid! This is the spot yall! Everytime I come from New Orleans- this is my spot! Make sure your 21 and over and have your ID for proof.This spot was my FIRST experience ever. I have tried other locations, but they just didnt offer the products like Goldn Bloom! The individuals that work here are very knowledgeable with any questions you may have. I had a million, out felt like, and they treated me with such care! They also have a happy hour specials along with daily specials. Dont be afraid to ask questions. I learned the hard way that I can NOT handle indica by ending up In a horrible place in my head and anxiety for over 6 hours. Be careful with the cartilages! They are 92+% THC. Also, you can ride a scooter to get to the location if your staying around downtown. I hope this is able to help others, and if it is- PLEASE LIKE MY REVIEW!!😇 Thanks yall!
