I have been a patient at Allergy Partners of San Diego since 2018, and service has always been exceptional. There are some the employees that are consistently exceeding my expectations, and thier names are: Cristina, Joanna and Jessica. These ladies are always smiling and always very pleasant. Awesome customer service! Love this place! Thanks for everything!

I’ve never written a review of a doctor’s office before but I wanted to warn people about this office. Even the ENT doctor who referred me said they’re a nightmare to work with and has stopped referring them. We both agreed that they almost never answer their phone, their voice mail is usually full and they don’t return calls if you’re lucky enough to leave a message. After trying many, many, many times to get through over the course of a month, I was able to connect 4 times. I either spoke to someone or left messages asking to get a list of allergies they test for and if they could get things that might not be on the list. I was told it was no problem and they’d email it to me. I’ve still never heard from them.

Doctor is great but office/office staff needs improvement. Waiting over 3 weeks since allergy testing was done. Nothing has been submitted to my insurance company for approval. You call and inquire and no one can tell you anything. Someone will always call you back and then they never do. Always state the computers are down or they dont have a fax machine. I really liked the doctor I saw here but avoid this office at all cost.

Ive found the quality of care to be all over the place here when you need anything other than injections at their shot clinic. Trying to get them to submit anything through insurance drags on and on for months. I dont feel better after a year and a half of shots. I dont feel that Dr Alkatib wants to think outside the box when trying to prescribe you something. Ive been on 6-7 sprays and every over the counter pill plus shots and I havent found relief of simple post nasal drip. Then they want another $460 for viles and Im the one who has to call insurance to ask if its covered. I shouldnt have to advocate for my own care THIS much. Im going to be switching providers, Im out over $1200.

I have called four separate times. You can not get to a live person. I have left four messages to speak to someone in the office regarding medical records and no one will call back.

My visit was a very pleasant experience. I have always avoided going into Dr offices as much as possible but this was a Dr I should have gone to when I was a young kid and I could have been helped at a young age from suffering my entire life with very bad allergies. The staff is very welcoming and the Dr treated me as if I was a friend or someone he really wanted to help. They answered all my questions and helped me with a referral I have been needing to a different Dr that he highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed in this office.

Excellent and very streamlined. I appreciate not only my health being looked after but my time spent in addressing it. No waits in the office after making an appointment and quick check-in. The staff are all very nice.

I can not recommend them. Its been over a month and I have not received my test results. What has been frustrating is they wont return a phone call, I have to call them. And I have been given a different excuse (lie) with each phone call.

BEWARE DONT COME HERE JENNIFER IS A BAD ALLERGIST AND THEY DONT CALL WHEN YOUR SHOTS ARE IN THEY IGNORE YOUR CONCERNS AND JESSICA THE RECEPTIONIST IS EXTREMELY RUDE. RONDA THE ONE IN CHARGE IS JUST AS DUMB AS THE WORKERS. THEY NEGLECTED MY ALLERGIES AND VILES. JENNIFER TALKS TO FAST AND IS ALL OVER THE PLACE THE ONLY GOOD ONE THERE IS PATTY SHE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CARES. GO SEEK AN ALLERGIST WHO CARES THIS PLACE WILL LET YOU DOWN.

Dr Prenner is awesome and really knows how to take care of his patients. Although with the staff it feels like you are being processed especially since they became a part of Allergy Partners and had some staff turnover. I miss the old Allergy Associates days!
