My husband and I have been patients at Adams Avenue Integrative health, now Community Wellness Collaborative for around 5 years. We receive regular acupuncture, and in the same time frame have received massage and chiropractic care. We have appreciated the relationships developed over the duration. Each practitioner has met our expectations; warm, personable and healing and the open treatment model works perfectly fine for us. We absolutely love Maile. My experience has been nothing but positive. Ive had acupuncture and a massage, and both were very helpful in getting me recalibrated. The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is chill, and being there makes you feel that real, lasting wellness is possible!

I had booked an appointment which they called to confirm the day before. When I arrived early as instructed the office was closed. I left a few voicemails and waited 30 mins at a nearby restaurant then went home.Someone got back to me after the weekend, noting they had a power outage. They were very nice and apologetic. However, they definitely didnt call me, leave a sign on the door, or change their voicemail message to indicate they had to close due to the outage.

I have been going here for quite a few years now. Have been for chiropractic help as well as acupuncture with great results from both. Small facility but still relaxing and the staff is very easy going. Easy to relax here and get the alternative help that you need. If you are uninsured or under-insured, their sliding pay scale and special packages make it very affordable.I have not had a migraine in 2 years thanks to Dr Dave (chiropractor) and that is not even the reason I went to see him in the first place! Life without migraines is great

STAY AWAY! This place is a total joke. There is zero privacy. When you speak, everyone in the entire place hears your conversation. This place is not professional. The chiropractor Dr. Dave has zero personality and was combative right off the bat. This was my first visit and meeting, and as I told Dr. Dave my personal medical history, I realized that everyone sitting in the waiting room could clearly hear everything I was saying.....because drum roll his room has no door, as a matter of fact its pretty much in the waiting room. When I asked for a little privacy, he immediately looked annoyed, but complied and took me to another room. Raise your hand if you want total strangers in the waiting room listening to your personal medical history and personal information? Exactly, I didnt think so.Once in the new room, and in the middle of telling him my history, there was knock on the door interrupting our conversation, it was the secretary saying we were being too loud, the people next door were complaining? I was just speaking to the doctor about my history with a calm normal voice. This is totally nuts! First everyone was listening to my personal medical history, now we have to whisper because the walls are so thin, and everyone is on top of each other, that it bothers others? CRAZY!I shook my head in disbelief.....Dr. Dave then just stared at me......for like 30 seconds, with a creepy stare, I mean really creepy......And then after an awkward silence he says this isnt the place for you I refuse to work on you I kid you not. I said why? Because I wanted privacy? He said no. LOL! Okay!Then as I left, some other guy, I assume is another practitioner, runs out and says this is a community office, this is how we do it here, its a concept that is spreading all across the country. LMAO. Sure! This is a new concept.....having total strangers listen to your personal medical history.........You have to be kidding me!Anyway, its beyond unprofessional, if this is how they do business, why not just have a huge sign outside that states YOU WILL HAVE NO PRIVACY! YOUR PRIVATE MEDICAL CONSOLATION WILL BE HEARD BY EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE. YOU MUST WHISPER, OTHERWISE IT WILL ANY OTHERS IN THE OTHER ROOM NEXT DOOR! That way people will not waste their time. I have never seen something like this in my entire life, WOW! STAY AWAY! BELIEVE ME!

I was initially skeptical about holistic treatment for my medical condition. When I finally started going to Dr. Fowl, I was very surprised at how thorough her questions were, and it was not cookie cutter treatment. Her recommendations and lab tests definitely helped me in a way that traditional medicine never has, and without the intimidation of a regular doctors office (its in a very tranquil environment). I will definitely continue to go to Adams Ave Integrative Health.

This place is phenomenal in the treatment of whatever ails you due to the many modalities offered. Treat an issue with one modality or come at it from all sides. The treatments I have received here have been calming and beneficial, I would highly recommend you check them out.

I love the chiropractor, acupuncture... All of their services actually. I have improved a lot with their help from chronic pain caused by sports injuries and scoliosis...not to mention the toll it takes on mental health. Overall I love that they have a sliding scale and even free services for those in need.

I appreciate Dr. Daves knowledge, expertise and manner in treating me at Adams Avenue Integrative Health. I am highly suspect of medical opinions, however very open to simple analysis and alternative treatment options. I find my needs met there.

I have been using AAIH for the past 2&1/2 years for acupuncture services mostly, but have sprinkled other services over that time as well, and can recommend with completely certainty the high care and value of the services I have received. I cannot count the amount of people I recommended to support and use this service. Many of family members are now cared for also!

Adams Ave. Integrative Health is amazing! I have had great experiences with chiropractic treatment, acupuncture and massage. I go for chiropractic treatment the most. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. Since going Ive learned more about how my eating and sleeping affect my body. Ive changed my habits as a result of what Ive learned and I can feel the results! Ive also had very good results in terms of pain relief from acupuncture and massage as well. I recommend this place to everyone I know whos in pain.

Ive only been a handful of times, yet, surprisingly, the front desk attendants recognize me. Im a poor, college student so the sliding scale allows me to receive treatments when Im ailing. The practitioners are super kind and have a thorough knowledge in there practice; they make me feel warm, welcome and as if they actually care about my ailments.Unfortunately, Ive moved to the Bay Area but whenever Im home, I like to stop in for preventative treatment!

I have been going to AAIH for over 3.5 years and I absolutely recommend it to anyone. I have had great experiences with chiropractic treatment with Dr.Dave and acupuncture with Robin. Dr. Dave always provides me with great knowledge on how to care for my body. Robin is just amazing for acupuncture; not only does she help me with body aches but also get a good flowing chi to help with my emotional wellbeing. Overall, I recommend AAIH to everyone I know not only for the affordable prices but the great staff.

The Chiropractor gave me mostly good advice and helped relieve my pain. She did however, refer a naturopathic doctor there for me to have a consultation. I found the Naturopath to be aloof and cold. She said she could not really help me unless I ate meat and she spoke to me in a disrespecting condescending way. I have never returned after that experience and it was a complete waste of money.

Dr. Fowl is amazing.....great acupuncture! Great pain relief!
