It was 4:52pm which is 8 whole mins before closing time, and the receptionists stopped answering phones. This happened a few times. I have been a loyal patient to my dr through the years despite all the changes to my insurances. Seems like this practice neither cares to provide decent services to their loyal existing patients nor wanting new patients. May be its about time to look for another medical office.08/20/2020 Update: I called again this afternoon at 450pm (right before my last meeting was expected to end). Got the recording All of our medical receptionists are currently assisting other patients. Your call is very important to us. Please continue to hold for the next available medical receptionist. It is now 5:26pm so I waited for 36 minutes on the call. It appears that receptionists decided to leave the recording on, and went home....Changing rating down to 2 for not providing the service your customers need and not holding your employees accountable for their service.

It is a small office with friendly staff. Dr. Tarpe was thoughtful and thorough. She also emphasized lifestyle interventions, along with traditional medical approaches (e.g., medication).
