The waiting period was short. Everyone polite and informative at reception desk. My physician care was quick and thorough. Physician explained her diagnosis and referred me to therapist who promptly showed up and explained his procedure for future sessions. The only problem was they didnt have proper size knee brace for me.

I was with pain in my thoracic and lumbar area of the spine when I arrive to the office in San Carlos. People there were really kind and nice, nurturing all the persons who were coming to the office. The doctor saw me, check, and right away ask for X Ray, i imagine to confirm that was not bone injury. With the result in her hand, and her knowledge, the Doctor prescribe medicine and therapy right away. Next day I have a session with the Chiropractor that was helpful and I appreciate his understanding and perception too. I feel better now, still continue with the treatment until my back recover, but feel grateful that I went to this Office. Thank you all of you to be there for the people!!

I was there for a respirator fit test. The wait in the lobby was almost 2 hours-that is why I didn’t score my visit a 10. Otherwise my experience there was very good. The staff was friendly, capable and professional.

Ive never been treated so poorly by medical staff. I injured my back, physicians assistant told me that her xray shows nothing alarming so I should not be in pain. I explained numerous times that if I walk for more than 5 minutes my back seizes up. Was then told that they use science to diagnose....therefore I must be lying. Was told the boss would review my case and call me....no call. Wasnt given the prescribed meds...they forgot to dispense them. Supposed to have a follow up 2 days later....soonest appointment was 3 weeks away. Arranged a phone appointment for 10 days later and no one called. I called 10 times and the number just rings out.....what a joke of a facility!

I arrived to a lobby full of people waiting. They told me right away that they would not be able to help me, too short staffed. But they would send me someplace else. Still I had to wait 45 minutes for the paperwork to be ready. Finally they handed me directions to the other lab and it was 100% wrong. Sending me in the wrong direction. When I finally found the other lab I had to wait another 40 minutes. The blood draw was uneventful and took less than 5 minutes. But I wasted half a day waiting.

Very friendly staff. Clean facility. Vending machine in the waiting room and a TV too. Once I was called, I was in and out in no time. I was told it was an hour wait, which I didn’t have a problem with but only ended up being about half an hour. Lucky me! I was able to quickly email my pre-employment ePassport with no issues. Overall it went very smoothly. 10/10 would highly recommend.

5 stars for all the staff at the Concentra location. They were all courteous and efficient and the experience was great.ZERO stars to Concentra for not disclosing the results of a drug screen to the person taking the test.I took a drug screen for a promotion at work, and called in to get the results because I work for a large company and things can take a while on their end. When I called Concentra I spoke with a great phone rep who also receives 5 stars, and was told I needed to call the lab where the test was processed. The phone rep for the lab was friendly and also gets 5 stars. She told me that my employer received my results 3 days after taking the tests. However, if I wanted to know my results, I would need to send a letter and $5 to an address in Kansas and wait 5-10 business days after the letter was received.This is my body and if I submit to a test, I believe I have the right to know the results without having to jump through hoops.

The school district sent me to the walk in clinic for a TB test. I called ahead of time to ask about when to come in for my test. I was told I didn’t need an appointment that it was intact unnecessary but I’ll hat j should just be sure to come in M-W or F before 3. So I showed up at 11am. I waited for 2 1/2 hours! The doctor met with me for less than a full minute before signing my form and telling me the test was unnecessary based on the form I filled out. I tried to have him give me one anyways and he insisted all I really needed was his signature.

I had to go in for a random drug test. I was fearing a very long wait before “doing” the test, but I was pleasantly surprised when my wait was less than 30 minutes. Quickest drug test ever. Thanks Concentra!

First of all wearing a mask makes me feel closterfobic and a cant breath. Next the person checking my urine messed that up so another person stuck me not one time but twice and I am terrified of needles. Then after all that drama they wanted to check my blood pressure. And when it came back very high the doctor was clueless as to why that was. Plus i had worked all night and hadnt eaten in as many hours along with no sleep it was clear as to why my blood pressure was so high. Consequently the doctor would only grant me 3 mounths instead of the 2 years for my medical cert. They set me up to fale from the start. Later that evening i took my blood pressure at home and it had come down to what a person my age should be. I have contacted my personal care provider and made an appointment to be seen . I received a level of care you would expect to receive from a 3rd would country.

Everyone there is always very busy, and yet they take time to address everyone with kind patience. I witnessed a woman walk in agitated because she was lost not trying to come to Concentra and the front desk calmly redirected her in the right direction. With a full room of waiting patients. I found that amazing .And they always make me feel comfortable during my visits. 👍

My foot surgeon was outstanding but the staff overall seems unprofessional, even incompetent. Paperwork goes missing, therapy sessions unscheduled.

AVOID!!!! Friendly staff but EXTREMELY slow service. +1 and a half hour of wait for a simple blood draw, even having an appointment. Due to COVID they should look into avoiding having that much people gathered in the waiting room for so long (where you barely could keep enough distance), or offer the option to be called outside. Also, pay attention to the correct use of masks from guests/patients in the waiting room would be important. They do not respect the appointment hours, AVOID this place if possible.

I had to go here for a pre-employment drug test and physical and I was so pleased with my experience. My wait wasnt long and everyone I encountered from the front desk to the nurse and doctor, were so so kind that it actually made this an enjoyable visit. Well, except for having to pee in a cup, but thats not their fault.

I’ve had great people, BUT the wait can be horrific for a SCHEDULED appt! To save money, Concentra overbooks specialists so that they and a few staff have to stay after 6, when they are to close by 5! I once waited 2hours and then Had to leave for another appt elsewhere or get charged for it. I was really ticked. NOT the staff’s fault. Higher level company folks. They spent too much to buy it about a year and a half ago and are trying to recoup by canceling one of two days and squishing the All together in one insane day. They take walk-ins as well. If this weren’t for Worker’s Comp, I wouldn’t go here. Expect to spent a half day minimum.love the immediate staff though!!! You guys rock!

Went in for a 15 min evaluation for lung capacity. Had to wait 2 hours because someone misread my chart and thought it was gonna take longer so they chose to push my chart back behind patients who came in well after me.

Professional and courteous staff. Clean, well-organized facility. Covid protocol in place, of course. Proper and sufficient care received for workmans comp visit. Would be happy to return if ever I had another injury.

I was at Concentra last week for about an hour and a half for my pre employment drug screen the staff was very helpful they let me know how long my wait time was and it was not too long I got called and the process was simple.

This facility was clean. The staff was experienced and friendly and the service was excellent.

Dr. Sonny Young was a terrible doctor that just didn’t listen to me as a patient. He wouldn’t consider my symptoms that I was experiencing and refused to hear me out. It seemed like he was just rushing through patients to get through the large line that day. It was unprofessional and disappointing.

I got there at approximately 11:30am, I checked in and was told to wait in my car for a call. As I was sitting in my car I saw people come and go. So finally at 1:00pm I called in asking how much longer I’d have to wait? I was told I need to come in and fill out another paper and they tried to call me. My phone never rang in that 1 1/2 wait.So there were a few people that had come in after my first check in time at 11:30 who were in and out. They also were there for a drug and TB test. By 2:00pm I asked the front desk girl she does realize I had been waiting since 11:30 and had checked in way before the people she said I was after. She completely disregarded me and said you have 2 people ahead of you. I sat and waited until 2:15. The only positive experience was the young lady who did all my test. She was very kind and professional.I walked out of there at 2:25pm. 3 hours for a 10 minute appointment.

Ive never had todo so much paperwork at any other urgent care clinic before. I believe a lot of the information they ask from you is Irrelevant to a pre-employment drug screening.

I have absolutely no complaints quite honestly... I was there for a TB test , and thank God everything turned out just fine as I returned to view my results. When I arrived initially, it was not crowded whatsoever, and the receptionist was pleasant and courteous, as well as professional. It was not loud or disruptive within the office at all . The check in procedure was quick and easy, and I was not there for an extended amount of time. I’m a travel nurse. My travel company has sent me to Concentra in 5 different states from East Coast to West Coast. The are ALWAYS friendly, efficient and very busy!! I am going for mandatory stuff but they make necessary as painless as possible. Thank you Concentra you are awesome!

Very friendly environment and great staff!! I went there for physical exam and flu shot, they accepted walk-in services so I decided not to schedule another day. It didn’t take much time to fill out forms and wait in line. I received a text message and link from them to complete the medical history form, it seemed that the form didn’t go through so the staff filled out for me. The doctor was very nice and chatted with me during the physical exam, which helped me to relax. Highly recommend this center. Thank you!!

I am very happy with the professionalism and quality of service I received when going for pre-employment physical and drug testing. Kudos to the front desk , the lab tech and to Dr Lopez for a pleasant and efficient experience!

They got me in and out “quickly” considering how hectic it was the morning I went. The staff was friendly despite the craziness so I really appreciated that. A couple people were upset with waiting so please just have some patience and don’t go when you’re low on time.

Helped get me in for a walk-in pre-employment drug screening. Friendly staff who helped me right away, only waited about half and hour following signing of all of the paperwork.

I went in for a drug test and physical. I waited over an hour before they were ready to see me. The drug test was super fast, and they sent me home without doing a physical, telling me I was all done. I wasnt, and went back the next day, but was told no-walkins, even though the place was empty.

The people at the desk were not friendly,, Im sure they violated HIPAA protocol by mentioning different patients when other patients were in the building. Ive asked them to speak clearly and they have not period and Im sure theyre not acting very professional with their dialect it feels like an uncomfortable environment.

Front desk entertained me at once..a big plus for them..Took a little wait b4 I was called..Bt it procedure was fast when It was my turn.Commendable service

Went in to get a drug test/physical and had to wait 3 hours. The time it took to actually get the tests was very fast, roughly 10 minutes but having to wait 3 hours was pretty ridiculous.

Its a clean environment. The staff is great. My therapist is amazing. The nurse gave me a shot on my first visit and it was perfectly painless, I was very impressed.

The Physical Therapy staff was very professional polite. The facility was always clean and sterile .The front office staff was very polite and doctor blackshaer was very professional, helpful and attentive.

Waited 2 Hours and 37 minutes for a 4 minute urine test. I watched my folder not get touched for 2.5 hours when there were assistants just standing around behind the desk.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are incredible. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Dr. Nguyen has been nothing but a professional and always tried to help with each issue that has arisen in between my visits. I’d Highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

I went in for a Covid test that work required I get. My work place I should go there for testing because someone in the building I worked tested positive but the contact tracers failed so they couldn’t tell who had contact with that person. Out of caution, they decided to test everyone. My company has sent me there but unfortunately, when I get to Concentra, there was a sign outside they don’t do testing. It turned out they did, but it took talking to a manager to do so. Then there was a two hour wait. After the wait, they took me into the back where a medtech proceeded to chastise me for not filling out the form correctly. The problem was, the form asked me if I had been exposed within 6 feet of anyone who tested positive and only gave two answers, “yes” or “no”. In my case, I did not know and left it blank. I had hoped they would read it so they would ask me for more information before taking me in back. They did not. They were clearly understaffed and in a hurry. Overall, it was not a good experience

I was concerned because when I walked in one of the workers behind the desk was not wearing a mask at all. In addition, the doctor that I saw was also wearing his mask below his nose. This was very alarming due to the fact that we are dealing with a pandemic.

Everyone is very polite and welcoming. They explain clearly what you need to do. You go inside and there too, everyone is friendly and helpful.

My experience was a positive one. I went in the a new hire physical and drug screening. When I called for an appointment the recptionost told me there were none for 3 weeks, she suggested to arrive as a walk.in.I did that and the wait was tolerable. The Doctor Assistant was friendly, professional and really compassionate. The lobby was full and I could see that it was one of those situations where stress could run high. She was focused on her job and did wonderfully.I hope US health supports helps their staff to continue education. She would make a great EMT, smart, cool under pressure and compassionate personality.Thank you.

I came in to this facility as a worker comp claim after I fell at work . It has been 4 months so my review should be fairly accurate.I have really mixed feeling of this place.1. The staff is mostly helpful and friendly2. the doctors including PT and Chiro are all friendly but it is a really busy place and the amount of traffic is heavy so the quality is not as good3. The quality of the doctor is mixed as well and sometime I feel they are only more an urgent care not really a place you came for resolution like for my case the pain management4. The appointment at the front office is impossible as they encourage people to walk in. The wait with appointment is usually 30 to 45 minutes.I was really frustrated because I am in pain and it does not help to wait.However, I learn this is in general the urgent care/ER mentality that if you are almost dead to call 911 then you have to wait for long time to be seen.If I have a choice, I would not come here if you are looking for a better personal service. However, for worker comp case, it is really not a choice and I really did not want to go too far to see a doctor neither. After been in pain for 4 months, I learn you can request for different doctors and facilities with your very inefficient worker comp claim adjuster. (they really did not want you to know assuming you are going to be ok in a very short time???)I am sure this place is very profitable with the amount of people coming.I would suggest the center has more doctors , chiro, pt ,etc.My chrio went on Paternity leave at the last minute and I am stuck with no chiro service . In the mean time, I am still trying to get better and not thrill about this facility just drop me. I was told to go to Sunnyvale site but no one is answing the call there after I try for 1 hour????So Concentra corporate office , if you are reading, what is wrong with your service for a patient is is in so much pain?????? NOTHING!Where is your corporate customer service call center?

Not professional at all, rude receptionist. Never took actual vital signs, but wrote down a set which were completely false. Nice PA everything else was awful.

Well, the office staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable! This office visit was for a simple DOT physical. I arrived and there were only 4 people in the office before me, mind you, I was there for a 20 minute physical, and for some unknown reason, this took more than / hours from the time I arrived until the time I left! It is what it is, I got my physical done! But was a little frustrated! In their defense I must add that a guy, that I believe was a manager of head staff member was very apologetic which I appreciated!

Arrived at 1:05 p on a Wednesday, still waiting to get called after 3 hour wait. To be clear, its not very busy either. And, they dont even have the supplies needed to complete a standard fit test for a medical mask (N-95). I had to leave and go find a medical supply store to buy my own. I normally dont care to any write negative reviews for anyone but this one was hard to bypass. SSN, DOB, Name, Employment was printed on my Xray CD. Identity theft is a big issue in medical field and this shows they dont care about keeping my information secured and makes me to wonder what else are they ignorant about. Never visit this clinic again.

Absolutely the worst physical therapy office ever. This is in regards to the doctor and the scheduling process.Calling the therapy office leads to voicemail time and time again with no call back, ever. If you are lucky to get ahold of someone, it takes ten minutes on hold just for them to pull up your chart. When going in, you have the option of scheduling upcoming appointments, unfortunately, that does not work. Three appointments I thought were on the books are not. And, no answer or response from the therapy department.As for the doctors themselves, I am sure that there are some PTs that are better than the ones I saw but unfortunately I was seen by someone who does not know how to adjust for pain. Every time he had me do an exercise that hurt, I would speak up and he would just have me do less reps or switch to a different exercise (which I recognize is okay) that also hurt (not okay). Often, I would leave PT being more in pain than coming in and for nearly three days after. On top of all that, I had no hope. The Dr never gave me an action plan, a typical recovery time, no homework. I would have to literally stop the Dr from walking away from me so that I could ask him what I should be doing at home and his response was also the same unclear answer of do some squats.Absolutely, the worse Dr experience ever. Switching PTs finally (workers comp makes it slow).

When I got there I was told it might be a 2 hour wait, so I patiently waited & within 30 minutes I was called in by an extremely welcoming, nice young lady named Ronique. She was so informative & accomodating I felt like I had known her for a very long time. I was most amazed that Ronique was so thorough verbally due to the fact that she’s a young lady & most young people today are not talkative & informative at all. She’s definitely a roll model for other employees

If I can give this 0 stars I would! Staff here is super rude and unprofessional. I got there and they dont even greet you they just throw the clipboard with the paper for you to fill out and sign. They dont explain at least one bit what they are doing . HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

The doctor is very rude. The only good thing about this place is the xray technician. He was so nice and was the only one that seemed concerned. I didnt pay a 50 copay for a doctor with attitude to tell me my foot wasnt broken which it is! Im in a boot that I got from my primary care doctor a week after visiting this place. Unprofessional and annoying. Ugh never going there again.
