This is a pretty good location theyre always clean And helpful plus theres a security guard on the lot at all timesMy reason for 4 stars is Is lack of new merchandise restock

Very organized and all the clothes is color coordinated making it a smooth shopping experience. Ive been to many thrift stores and this has to be one of the most organized, even though a bit small.

This place is nice for people on a budget friendly clean amazing pricess i will be returning and recomending

I used to be a regular but there prices have drastically increased and some items are priced higher than retail price! How does that even make sense??They used to have set prices based on garment categories now Im assuming they think they are pricing accordingly based on brands. Never coming here again.

The lady at the donation was very rude. Uncooperative when I tried to donate items.

Great thrift store ! For teenagers who want cool clothes I’ve found band tees and merch for a lot of artists like Odd Future and Babymetal here before, for only two dollars! Real nice cashiers too, nice clothes for a good price

This is a nice and friendly store. Very clean and organized. However, their prices are way too high! You cant go in here expecting to find a great deal.

Not a good place to shop, perhaps looking for sometimes vintage clothing, but they dont change product often, not good customer services, cashiers has most of the times attitude

This store is not as typically large as other Goodwills that Ive been to in my travels! However, they have used their small space very well. The store is organized and clean and employees are helpful.Ill be back!

When I got there 11am monday morning said werent taking donations as truck with pallets not arrived. Said I should always phone first . Since when? Made special trip to donate. Wasted time and gas. Will never donate to them again

We dropped off a huge bag of clothes and some hard items. The lady at the intake was very friendly and helpful.

I felt very uncomfortable that store like my car was getting pilferage out in the parking lot while I was inside and while I was inside spending over $200 they wouldnt even give me a hanger to hang one shirt on that I like the most I know the rules of the rules I would recommend going to the warehouse which is only a few blocks away and getting double my value its on 3rd and Waterman Avenue in San Bernardino

Cashier lady is nice.some cute finds.relativly close to my home.and most importantly they allow children unlike the outlet.wich is extremely important for a mom with 3 kids who has no one to watch them at any given time of day.

A nice alternative to the Borders/Barnes & Noble. Theyve got a great selection of books and I like the quirky little gift section there. I do a lot of shopping here for holidays and birthdays.

I gave it 3 because the lady that helped me with my purchase was really nice I didnt find anything I was so surprised I guess its as said hit or miss.I only looked at the clothes so not able to say to much about anything else to be fair its a hit or miss this place gave me a very low vibe and I wasnt happy with the clothes at all and the mens area was so so I just got some incense holders and a cute candle thats all I liked that day not sure Ill go back though maybe you might find something I hope so try it you never know got to go have a sweet day people.

The lady at the front counter was the meanest person Ive encountered I dont plan to shop at that Goodwill ever. I did drop donations. I have health issues and mention this and she told me a long stories. So my shopping experience was a 1. Over all clean nice.

Good location and a variety of goods. Its pretty big for a Goodwill. There is also a donation center and a job search center here. They have daily sales and mark items down constantly. I go here to buy my White Elephant gifts and any other gag gifts I can buy my friends.

This location is always bright and clean. We were looking to buy old blankets for the doghouse, but we visited two thrift shops and found none. We ended up getting some new fleece throws offered at the Goodwill for a good price; the dogs now have a luxurious soft lining for their houses.

A great place to learn what the smart people of the world are reading. And they always have milk bones behind the information desk for book-loving dogs.

I came here tonight and I have to say some people are really entitled and just plain mean . These girls are some of the nicest young ladies and yet I have witnessed other customers being plain mean to them . They have a job to do and yet some people want to make it hard on them . I don’t know the brown girls name I think it’s Kelly but young lady you handle your self very well tonight with the lady screaming in your face . That was not very polite at all how she treated you . Also miss I saw the situation with your son , the Hispanic gentleman was cleaning the bathrooms and that young lady ask you to give her one minute and said I guess we will go outside then. Shame on you coming on here lying. I told them I was going to give them a good review because people like you try and Tarnish their representation. Shame on you

I love the place and the prices could be more fair, the men working here are so rude and the heavy set latino keep your eyes in your head and not at my wife , learn to do your job.

In a good location. Variety of items and also the lil time I spent there they were receiving plenty of items and donations 2 fill store up. Also staff was friendly and helpful.

Not happy with new emailed receipt. Dropped off items, told receipt sent. Did not receive. Called next day and told to call back later. Called back later and told to come by and pick up paper receipt. Spent another hour after drop off getting receipt. Ridiculous. I want paper receipt first time and have told they will be doing away with them. Will not go back

We like to support the Goodwill. They have a good variety of household and clothing. Youll never know what youll find in there.

First of all I love the goodwill very much but my experiences have been less than pleasant.. For example tonight I was being helped at register by the most uninterested person helping me she was nice but very rude with her customer service skills I was actually wishing both of the women behind counter a good night and said it louder so they could hear me over their insulting comments about the customers... I was offended by the way they were not paying attention to what (me) the customer she was still helping was saying to them. I think the people behind the counter were not very professional or curious... Sharpening the skills needed would perhaps help business... Not cool at all!! I do believe her name was Caroline m. Ive never had a bad experience here. The employees are nice and the store is organized. Its one of the bigger goodwills Ive been to and Its not in a bad area. I go here whenever I can.

Its been refreshing going to the San Bernardino Goodwill since they cleaned house and got rid of the staff that werent friendly.
