Terrible. Dr. Benson at Genesis Christian Counseling himself seems to himself have major issues.

Best counseling/therapy experience ever and Darlene has always been very pleasant and professional with me.

Called to inquire about available counseling times and the person that answered that phone was extremely rude. People dont call counseling office just to call. You never know the place that people are in. With that being said you work for a counseling office and to talk to people the way she did me is no ok. Please invest your money elsewhere where you will treated with dignity.

Wish that the receptionist was a little more friendly when I called, hope you find someone who wants to help, especially with people struggling with mental Illness.

I agree with the review below me. I called yesterday and Darlene answered and was very rude. I didn’t think much of it because hey, people have bad days. I called again today and Darlene answered again and was even worse. She makes me not even want to come in. Not welcoming at all.
