I moved from the east coast to CA and refinance my vehicle through Arrowhead CU.It has been over a year and they do not have a pink slip for my vehicle.Why should I be abligated to continue to pay when Im paying for something that Im not able to drive? I paid the vehicle registration and fees to be able to drive my vehicle. Theres no title on file Im not able to get tags.What if I pay off the loan and I dont get a pink slip? Im meeting my end of the bargain why is the bank not meeting theirs? This is not on the contract.Will report to BBB, and seeking legal advice from a lawyer to get compensation.Update: Arrowhead CU worked with me and was able to get everything fixed and compensated $2,500. Very rewarding!

ACU is an amazing credit union to bank with! 3 months ago I was declined for an auto loan however they gave me direction on the items on my credit report to work on. 3 months later I was approved for a loan and now I’m riding around in my dream car. ACU will give you the best interest rates and there are a lot of perks for being a member such as a 90 day to pay option when you finance a car, an interest rate reduction when you set up automatic payments or purchase through Enterprise car sales. Plus they are reputable with many quality dealerships to make your car buying process simple.

NOT FOR THE YOUNGER GENERATION, unless you like to be on hold forever and have a bank thats NOT available 24/7 like other banks. Ive called multiple times at different times of the day and they have me on hold for 15+ minutes EACH TIME. Also, their chat online feature never works.I gave them 3 stars because of their benefits and reliability.

Been a member since 2001. Applied years ago for a small personal loan and was declined. Again applied for a small personal loan as of lately and was declined.. It is sad that even if you are a faithful member even with decent credit you are turned away. Very sad. Im ashamed to call this my bank. Really thinking about moving away to a different bank that may actually want to have my business.

Ive been a member of the acu sb branch for a little while..Its truly disheartening to be looked upon as a crook to cash a large check because of my zip code. I believe your employees should attend an art of caring course

I have been a customer of Arrowhead CU for many years (20+) and also have a Credit Union account elsewhere. Ive used their shared branching services throughout all my years with both CUs. I went in to use the shared branching services (San Bernardino Branch) to be told they are no longer providing this service. When I asked the receptionist at the information desk if she could direct me to a local credit union that does, I was told you will need to contact your credit union for that information. I cant provide you with that information. I guess Arrowhead CU is now becoming too commercialized to provide great customer service as they have done for so many years. Profits over community oriented banking. May have to evaluate my future business partnership with Arrowhead CU. 🤔

I ♡ You my bank. Never had a problem and beside every time I go in their always welcome us/me and so polite. And even if theres big lines they try there best to manage to hurry up. Even the tellers so nice, never rude or giving their attitude. I wouldnt change my bank for anything even though I didnt qualified for a loan lol May god bless you all 😊

A staff member here made me feel very uncomfortable earlier today. I was attempting to withdraw my funds through Co-op that the Pacific Marine Credit Union issued me after my separation from the US Marine Corps. Admittedly, the source of the confusion was with me, as I believed that a check stub the PMCU issued me was necessary to access my funds, when all I needed was my account number, SSN, and ID. However, the woman the teller brought to explain the nature of the check stub made it (very) clear through her facial expressions, tone, and choice of words that she had a low opinion of either my intelligence or honor. Maybe she wasnt feeling well, I understand. But regardless, her conduct was unprofessional and I feel that treatment wasnt earned.

I was with this bank years ago. I never had any problems until I went to deposit a check. I gave the teller my account number, and she accused me of stealing MY account number. Apparently, it was a closed account under another persons name. The teller was rude and she was giving me an attitude. I closed my account on the spot. this is an unorganized bank.

This is one of the main locations for ACU and for the most part the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The main issue is that it is not in the best neighboring area as its near Seccombe Park and the Courthouse which hold several homeless people. Ive always been aware of this and tried to get in and out as fast as possible, just to be sure I am not harassed. They have safe deposit boxes at this location as well which many ACU locations do not have. Overall, its a good experience with helpful staff, just dont linger too much in the area after youve taken care of your business.

My parents have banked here and grandparents and now me we all love this bank they are nice welcoming to people of all color I have had problems at other banks and this one is by far the best

Ive been here going on almost 3 months and so far its really cool except wats up with the rule u have to leave $25 in your account at all times? I dislike that rule please change at least make it $5 or $10.
