I really had a great experience here. This dental office provides quality customer service. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was nervous about being criticized for the current state of my teeth because it had been a while since I had seen a dentist. However, I did not feel judged but I felt taken care of today. Spoke to Sonia, the operations manager, about an issue my dad (late 60s) has had for several months. She made us an appointment to come in the very next day and provided all of the information we needed regarding what the insurance covered and what we needed to do to prepare for the appointment. At the appointment we saw Dr Jackson who was incredibly helpful and compassionate. Dr Jackson immediately referred my dad to an oral surgeon based on the seriousness of his situation, and Sonia made an emergency appointment with the surgeon on our behalf. She even provided us all the paperwork, and jotted down what everything would cost. The entire process was seamless. They have saved us so much stress during an uncomfortable and painful situation. Cant thank this office enough for their kindness and professionalism.

I was looking for a great dentist since moving to the area and Im happy to say that I found him! Dr. Taka is a wonderful dentist. He was very professional and caring, he made me feel completely at ease during my dental visits. Ive never had anyone explain oral health and my dental needs they way he did and assured me I could get my smile back to what I wanted. I felt like all of my work was done with great care and everything was made in-house and same-day so I didnt have to deal with temporary crowns which was a huge plus for me.I highly recommend this office and will be referring my family and friends to Dr. Taka! I also found out that this office has been under new management recently and I can already tell theyre doing a great job!

This is the best dentist Ive ever been to. I loved the technology with all the x-rays, photos inside my mouth, and the computer screens in front of the dental chairs. Ive never seen so clearly what my teeth look like, and things were explained so simply because I could see what the dentist was talking about. I loved being able to clearly see on the screen what my insurance covered and how much my treatment would cost, depending on what different things I chose to get done. My husband had some dental work needed, and I was so impressed when they asked him what movie he wanted to watch during his treatment! All the staff were friendly and explained things so well. Ive never been so impressed with a healthcare facility!Theyre also open late, so I can show up to a 6pm appointment after work.

I came to Hub Plaza Dental because I just got dental insurance and the dentist I had before wouldnt accept the insurance. I was scared to go to a new dentist as I have problems getting numb. I was pleased with every step of the way. The staff are friendly, they explained how everything worked and was quick to get me an appointment for a root canal. I told the dr. that I get very nervous because of past bad experiences and he assured me things would be fine. As a precaution and piece of my mind, he prescribed me something to settle my nerves. I found Everyone that works there to be kind and understanding to my needs. The place is kept extremely clean which is also a concern of mine. I will go back and will recommend my family and friends to go there. And I really like the fact that they give donations to different charities. This is a class act dentist office. ...

This dentist Nina gave me the wrong diagnosis. She was going to pull my tooth because she said there was no way to save due to decay. I didn’t trust her because of previous bad experience of re-do’s from her and dentist in that office. I went and got a second and 3rd opinion. My tooth has been saved, no decay found and no more pain. If you want bad diagnosis, pay lots of money, get your teeth jacked up in the process, have redo’s, have all of your teeth removed for implants, this is the dentist for you. My recommendation, Run for your life and your teeth. However, they do a good teeth cleaning. 😀 and the front office staff are nice.

I usually hate going to the dentist ,,,, however this office made me feel welcomed and at home ! They didn’t try to add unnecessary procedures and kept it real with me ! I had a great experience and look forward to coming back 💯. I was scarred when I read some of these google reviews but after realizing they have a entire new management team and staff I am completely confident on referring and returning :).

Sitting in the chair as I type. I had a good experience the first time I came, a couple years back. But the second and third time I’ve been here, it’s been a horrible experience! The wait is crazy long! I never have my work finished because the doctor is too busy. All they care about is making the money. The receptionist was amazing! But the doctor and his assistants were another story. I arrived at 9:15am because I had a filing come out, so it was an emergency. It is now 5:54pm and the doctor said he will stop by in about 10 minutes. Terrible service!!!! Who knows what time I’ll be out of here. Ugh, if you plan on coming, make sure you have the whole day because they’ll make you wait long periods of time. This will be the last time I come here. Frustrating.

THIS PLACE IS A BIG SCAM JUST LIKE GOING TO A SLEEZY USED CAR LOT, THEY HAVE THE HIGH PRESSURE CLOSERS AND ALL. I TRIED TO TAKE CARE OF MY DENTAL NEEDS AND ALL THEY WERE INTERESTED IN DOING WAS TO GET THE MAX OUT OF MY INSURANCE AND CHARGE ME WAY TOO MUCH CO PAY. DO NOT GO TO THEM. I love this place!I personally dont like seeing the dentist but this place is something else. When I first arrived I though it was too good to be true. I said maybe they are being super nice and then will try to do all this extra stuff and bill me a fortune. I was wrong!!!! They do what is needed and I can tell they are not there for the money.Since the moment I arrived I was greeted by Ashley and Maria, they are so nice, so helpful and so fast at what they do I only waited a few minutes after checking in. Once inside, I saw Dr Nina who is the sweetest, most respectful and professional Desntist I have ever met. She always has a smile on her face and treats you like family. She is truly amazing and really knows what she is doing. Amber did my cleaning, I saw her twice and both times she was really friendly and fast; not to mention that she did a great job. Michael took my x-rays.For the first time in history I was able to get x-rays of my teeth without gagging! Supper professional. He constantly kept checking on me when as I waited for the dentist to come in the room; he offered me water and even a blanket if I was cold! At that moment I was like am I really at a dental office? Rey shaundda and veronique assisted amber on my first visit. They were supper friendly and professional, they made me feel very comfortable. I can see these guys really love what they do, and I appreciate it very much !!! Cant wait for my next visit

Every time we go to western dental we wait over an hour in the lobby and then another hour waiting in the back . Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Margin was made way to high it was almost even with bone, went to a oral surgeon to have wisdoms removed and thats where found out how shotty her work was and had to gum surgery to get to the margin, ended up going to another dentist to have margin fixed after surgery do not recommend her unless you like having to redo your dental work

Friendly dentists and staff. Ive always been a cash patient and could negotiate prices with them. They dont try to push unnecessary procedures or products onto you.

Idk what these other people are talking about. i went to see dr dang and dr awad today and my visit was spectacular. the receptionist, ruth, was very nice when i walked in, greeted me with a smile (im super big on customer care). both drs had me in their consult room to find out what my wants and needs were, and then i had my xrays taken by the assistant. of course i needed work done (who doesnt nowadays, right?) and thanks to my insurance, my copay was very affordable thanks to ruth and nick! my crown was done in a day, and everything feels wonderful! thank you staff at hub plaza dental group! see you in 6 months!
