I went in for some chronic tendinitis. The doctor said they could set up an MRI if I wanted. That was the first clue. So Im like yes, lets do that. I told the doctor that I saw another doctor that was of little help and he replied that some specialists dont want to treat you if they cant operate on you. So I leave thinking I would get a call from an imaging facility to set an appointment. Four weeks later, no appointment. Called twice to see what was going on and they said they sent it in and that it was on the imaging company now, not their problem. So yeah, unless you need surgery, this ortho clinic does not care about you.

Know the people there and trust them

Dr Patrick Simon is a outstanding Specialist. His staff is courteous, very respectful and go that extra mile for you. I had a massive rotator cuff injury and here I am after surgery almost fully recovered after 3 months of therapy. The therapists Denisa Lopez and Monique Dixon are a pleasure to work with and do not push you further than what you can stand and do expect more than provide. My recovery may not be the same for everyone, but if I ever have to experience it again for any reason, Patrick Simon and staff would be the way I would go. Special thanks to everyone.

I waited well over an hour to see the doctor but it was worth the wait. I was impressed by Dr. Fox and the time he took with me. I felt like he was paying attention and had read my chart and the forms I filled out.

Worst experience ever. I have had hip and knee pain for a year. The nurse or whatever she was told me we usually only do one joint at a time. She was super rude and acted like I was wasting her time. When she left the room I walked out. I immediately went to TSAOG. Stay away from NE Orthopedics!

Staff seems happy to be there and is very helpful. Its difficult to put a good spin on hand surgery, but my experience with Dr. Otto and her team was very positive.

The Doctors and Nurses at this office are an amazing team of health care providers. Your well being is their main priority.

First let me say, I’m sure Dr. Chance deserves a 5 star rating for his work to repair my medial meniscus. However it appeared to me the administration staff at the Village Driver clinic was incompetent when it came to informing me what to do with the pre-surgery screening documents they presented to me. Since I’m a veteran they fail to inform me who to contact at SAMMC to do my pre-admission triage. I called Dr. Chance’s assistant on numerous occasions to get information regarding who to talk too and where to go at SAMMC to get the information. I have to give credit to a nice lady that came outside in the cold weather to help me. After seeing I was frustrated she came outside and stopped me before I left, brought me back into her office, contacted Dr. Chance’s assistance and made sure I knew what I needed to do. She was a professional.Months after the surgery stopped by the Village Drive clinic where I had my initial examination to pick up my medical records. I’m informed by the front office staff I need to go to the Topperwine clinic to pick up my records. After asking the apparent question, why I need to go to another clinic to pick up my records, I asked to have my records brought to where I had been initially seen prior to surgery. A staff member made a phone call and ask for my records to be delivered to Village Dr. and then told me to stop by and pick them up in a couple days. After waiting for almost two weeks, I stopped by the clinic to find my records are still not there.For some folks this may not seem like much, but me I feel if you can’t get the small things right, how can you be entrusted to get life saving measures correct. Doctors, medical professionals and their staff make good money to get these things right. There is no excuse when it comes to the neglect of patient’s health and patient’s privacy.

Dr Simon was 30 minutes late ,😡 the worst ? People taking off mask in waiting room to do makeup and not covering their noses 😡😡😡😡
