Christopher is a knowledgeable individual. He explained the workings of both oxygen concentrators. I am a retired Respiratory Therapist and am familiar with the home concentrators and related equipment. My wife was not feeling well today so Christopher helped me move the equipment to the back deck and left, as requested, so I could hookup her equipment and get her on O2. We were surprised to get a new portable concentrator and happy that we never have to deal with E cylinders again.

The toggle handle on one of our tanks broke and we reported it and got a response was the next day. Talking with the tech who delivered two larger tanks it was determined the regulator was not functioning properly and that was replaced and I now get 5 hours use out of the small tank which was a great improvement. When my Father in law needed a hospital bed we used Promise Medical. We received the bed within a week and it was very good equipment. Other places that we called told us that we would be put on a waiting list and no telling how long it would take. If we had any questions or concerns they returned our phone calls the same day. We were very happy with their service and the staff was very helpful.

Chris is the one who came again this time and sat down to show me how to do everything I needed to know on the new machine. Initially, this seemed like a good company to work with. The guy who delivered the CPAP to me gave me a good introduction and seemed genuinely interested in my well-being. But after that, nothing. They would not return my calls or follow through in any way. There are plenty of other companies that want your business. Get your prescription from your doctor and take it to them instead.

I attempted to contact Daniel as he advised in a text. However after three attempts and leaving a message that was never responded to, I finally got a hold of him. He stated he did not usually return calls...he stated he turned his calls over to the girls.When the Bipap arrived it turned out they didnt have the mask. These are the reasons for the low rating.However, the lady that delivered the machine was very helpful and accommodating.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are shady and do not even bother to contact clients when there are concerns.There were issues with my insurance paying and i received a call from my mother that someone was at my home to pick up the equipment. No telephone call or contact to let me know they were going to pick up the item. When i called them, i was told that it had all been ironed out with the insurance company You have nothing to worry about, is what their representative told me.Three or so months later I noticed a charge of close to $600 on my credit card without any prior information from their office. I called the local office and their representative was rude and lacked professionalism. This was the best contact I had from their company. She patched me through to the voicemail of the alleged supervisor, Brandon Garcia, and all of these months later, I am still waiting for his returned call.To call their consumer practices pathetic, I feel is a compliment. i have told two customer services representatives to come pick up their equipment; however, no call or contact of any kind...BE WARNED

This company should not be allowed to be in the medical field. Once they get your $ they will not talk or care about you. They dont pick up the phone and will NEVER call you back. Stay away!

Got my SNAP testing done in June. Waited forever for them to approve everything and call me it was October. I had an appt at 9am and waited 45mins before finally leaving and never seeing the person that was supposed to set me up with a machine. Office staff were nice but I keep getting told just a few more minutes. Called back and Brandon apologized for mishap and was really helpful so in short redeemed themselves. Gave them a redeeming score.

NO STARS HereIt has been since 8/21/2018 since I placed a CPAP order it is now 9/21/2018 ( one month). I called 8/29/2018 to get a status on the order. I spoke to a Kristina Franklin she said we were not sure what you needed. They had both my cell and home phone numbers but did not call to get information. They then told me they call me by the next Friday which would 9/7/2018. I have call twice since then but have received and left voice mail messages and there has been no response. I want to move forward on this issue..

I dont recommend Ox aereocare they have terrible costumer service my mother and father have been trying to get a 10 liter machine for about a month now and all they do is hang up on us.
