If I was able to give a ZERO I would.. But,, Seems like if you only have insurance you will have the best care... My boyfriend went in and basically the doctor told him he wasnt going to help him with his bronchitis, but gives him a hand out on how to control the cough... 3rd time this has happen.. this place is really bad...

This the worst place ever!! I brought my 25 year old son into this place having chest pains and problems breathing and the security guard calls and lets the medical personnel know in the back. Has him sit in the waiting room and just wait. Been sitting hear 20 minutes so far. Wondering if I should call the ambulance myself. I want to know where these fools learned how to take care of patients and prioritize them.

Nurse Portia and Tech Troy are outstanding and the rest of staff were amazing I give 5 stars. Staff is very friendly and I can’t forget the amazing Doctors Thanks again for the Hospitality and Care for me as a patient

Great overall, this Methodist standalone ER is part of the Methodist healthcare system.Clean site with pristine bathrooms.Easy in and out traffic with separate entrances for POV and ambulances.

These Staff here, makes all the difference! Everyone is kind, caring and compassionate. Your needs and welfare arr placed first! The entire Facility is very clean.
