All the staff are knowledgeable, if a product is not at their location, they will right there and then set up to have brought to your location of pick up.

Ive been to this store twice now in the last 6 weeks! My first impression was that this was a great little store! Mostly I was impressed with the level of attention the staff was giving to customers. I had to wait a bit since everyone had people they were working with but I observed that they were so helpful and informative offering suggestions and options. I was immediately asked if there was anything I needed help with and when I asked my questions about various products Araceli was very helpful and thoughtful in her recommendations. I could go on to say more but the main thing is to let people know what a great store this is. All of the people I observed were very friendly and very helpful. With so many health products on the market its nice to know there is a place right here locally that you can go to, ask questions, and get friendly recommendations. No high pressure or disinterested employees. Friendly, Intelligent, Helpful, Great Selection and Affordable!

An excellent source for all your sports, nutrition and homeopathic needs. This store sets the standard that all other national vitamin store chains should follow. Staff is very knowledgeable in the most cutting edge supplements on the market. Should you not find what you are looking for, they will contact all their other stores to transfer the product or hold it for you. On the rare occasion they dont have what I need, they will order it and hold it for me. No other supplement shop has given me the nutritional education and literature sources like Cost Plus. I give this store my highest recommendation.

Love this place. They always let me try the product before buying it. They are very informative in the items they are selling and the different between items. I been to a few different nutrition store, but this place is my favorite. Will continue purchasing from this store. I havent had any bad incidents anytime I come here. Great products at great prices but...interestingly I told my colleague, a physician of neurology and psychiatry of 45 years about Cost Plus and about some supplements he might be able to find there that he was interested in. As he walked in and inquired about this particular product and its benefits..mr bro science shakes his head and responds rudely with says who? as he was inquired about having it in stock and about its interesting effects on some people. As I waited for my colleagues response, he surprisingly spared him the feeling of letting know customer service and knowledge of the products he sells may not be his fortay (to be put kindly). Heads up fella, you never know who you may be talking to and there can always be someone smarter than you in the room. Unfortunately, this professional wont be recommending Cost Plus to people who may have questions related to mental health and the benefits of any of the supplements sold there and will likely pass that along to others as well.4 stars for great products though.

My blood work numbers were a little off and I started getting a low grade fever since taking my usual over 40 multi that I had been taking for years. The company has been bought out by Nestle and perhaps the formula changed. Safety is often compromised with changes like this and I wanted to change and find a new multi. I was at this location on October 9th around 1 pm and I was speaking to a Hispanic gentleman. I was telling him my situation and it appeared due to my story regarding past reactions with herbs that it is getting harder to find a multi that would suite me. He literally stated out loud well you should eat more veggies. To the person living in a different time, it would certainly be offensive. I didnt take offense to it Because he is in the customer service industry and is not a doctor or naturopath. He does not know your medical history. Just make sure you meet RDA requirements in regards to your diet then come back to their store for supplementation. Customer service could improve as well.
