You have a responsibility to not sell nicotine products and vaping paraphernalia. You should be ashamed of yourself and the decision to sell these products calls into question your ability to guide anyone towards better health with supplements...you clearly have no problems with recommending something harmful if you can make a profit. I will not shop here again.

I bought two boxes of sweetener. The next day - as I was transferring the product to a storage box - I noticdd the expiry date of one of the boxes was 11/2019.Yes, they exchanged the sweetener for an unexpired product, but it seems that the workers are the ones who have the primary responsibility of making sure their products are fresh. Or at least not expired.Especially if their products are being used for medicinal purposes.So be sure to check the expiration dates on anything you purchase from this place.

The staff are very well trained, this store is the local “learning center/training store” and the manager really knows a great bit about all of their products. Efficient, friendly and ultra-competent staff. Always a pleasure to shop here.

I have been going to CostPlus for a number of years now. Always, always great customer service that has gone above and beyond consistently. I have referred all my friends, family and even strangers to CostPlus. On several occasions they have even shipped product to family and friends and they received it speedy quick. I love that I can buy my essential oils, too, and that they have their own version of Thieves, which is really keeping my parents on a very healthy note. One time I was in a pinch for some product and called them near closing and the employee waited for me at the door and got me in and out, in about 2 mins. They have made life so much easier and I am very grateful to this conscientious, professional, and caring company and all their staff at all their locations!!

When ever I would call or visit the store customer service is awesome. Today is a different story. I placed n order on a new product but it was never placed. The minute i started to complain about it the salesperson began to accuse me of yelling at him n said there is nothing he could do for me. Long story short he just hung up on me. Now they are giving me the run around to speak to the manager. I dont know about you but this is not good customer service. I didnt even get n apology. I wont be going there again.

This hole-in-the-wall is a gem! We were referred to your earlier this month and have already made five visits. Edel Berry syrup, magnesium spray, Osteo Wellness, and more. I almost forgot the best thing about it is that every employee we have encountered has been very knowledgeable. Sometimes I like to test people just to see what they know... Obviously I only asked two questions that I know the answer to lol. Anyway the most important thing is that the prices are much cheaper than that of Whole Foods, H-E-B and other stores around this area that sell the same products. So, if youre into homeopathic Wellness, youre searching the right place.

Went there on 10/27 and zspoke to justin about memory enhancement supplements. Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly. The other guy i spoke withat first was very nice and made me a pre workout drink right when i told him that was going to the gym in a bit. Sorry guy! I forgot your name, but he was really nice. I was treated like family once i stepped foot in cost plus. Justin also didnt try to push the exepense supplements and was really honest about starting me off with the basic supplements and see where it goes from there. i will be coming back for more supplements in the near future
