This place is the best. They helped my 87 year old Ma who is more scared 😱 of the dentist than me... Dont put me too far back, Dont touch me like that, etc., I could not sleep for years! No one would help me help her because:1) She is not easy;& 2) Needed clearances. They were upfront & straight forward...& had the patience of mini Gods! Dentures are like cars & every time another tooth comes out_ guess what? You need another ...My 87 year old parent is sleeping 😴 more which means I get to sleep some, too! Since I hold her back she says maybe as she feels better she can go run round again. Who knows?! Went to 7 dentists & only this one help me help her. I am so very thankful!

By far the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I left my first appointment feeling confident in my treatment plan and in the staff that will help me see it through the treatment. The hygienists were so gentle during the deep cleaning sessions.

Where to begin. Dr. Kassim, INGY (Asst) and Katie (hygienist) were fantastic. Truly amazing work and at a cost that wasnt outrageous. I highly recommend for everyone. I had 3 teeth extracted and 6 crowns put on. I havent smiled in many years. I only wish I could have given them 10 stars. I love my new teeth. I saw Dr. Kassim/Sabrina and they were perfect. They were professional, very nice and went above and beyond for me to be comfortable. I had some crowns put on and although I was in a lot of pain towards the end at one point I found myself feeling like I was going to fall asleep so you know I was comfortable. They took really good care of me and I truly appreciate that.

I don’t really do reviews, but this place is amazing. Initially, I was have a tooth ache that kept me up on night until about 5am. I got online and looked for a dentist near home. I scheduled an appointment for 7am and they got me in and treated me the same day for a wisdom extraction. My follow up appointments are always so inviting as soon as I walk in. 7 to 7 is great with scheduling appointments. They don’t over schedule and have you waiting hours in the lobby. They usually get me to the back and working in around 5-10 mins. The staff is very polite and even remembered I was having a baby! They were almost like family with asking how my home life was going. LOVE THIS PLACE!

What an amazing experience!! The staff are kind, funny, and attentive. It was a judgment free place. They accommodated my daughters through any fears or anxieties. I had back to back appointments for the three of us and they didnt skip a beat. We all left feeling relieved that we found a dental office that we can be excited to go back to!

After completing a treatment care program requiring multiple visits, I felt it to be a good time to give my review. The facility is well maintained, adhering to all medical safety requirements. The receptionist is kind, welcoming and professional. The dental assistants and hygienist are well trained, calming and thorough. They keep you informed of your progress and stay on task. My previous visit was with Jessie, hygienist and Danny, assistant. Both provided excellent care behind our enjoyable conversations. Dr. Lowery was excellent. Her dental plan for me was well explained, and completed without any complications. Her kindness matched her professional dental skills. I plan to stay with this team of professionals. I’m retired, previous surgical director of operations at the South Texas Institute of Eye Surgery. My standards and expectations are high when it comes to healthcare facilities. I have no hesitation recommending the 7to7 facility, Bulverde Rd. location.

As someone who is definitely NOT fond of going to the dentist, the staff at 7 to 7 at Bulverde Rd. have been a game changer. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, they take the time to get to know you and make sure you are cared for and comfortable. Definitely will recommend to anyone I know.

The hour long wait after arrival to talk with a dentist is consistent with each of my visits. The dark haired female dentist (Dr. Kassim) has an apparent opportunity with communication. Very strongly opinionated with her dental expertise, her inability to seek to understand a patient’s concern is most prevalent. If anyone’s personal experience differs from her educational studies, she quickly redirects to justify her narrative. I left this 7 to 7 office disappointed again. The unprofessionalism of this Dentist should be addressed. I am happy to provide any additional feedback for upper management.

I needed an emergency appointment for tooth pain and I was easily able to schedule on online for 7 am the next day. Everyone was so kind and treated me patience and compassion as anything dental related terrifies me. I am so glad I chose to come here today!

I’m the first person to put off routine appointments like going to the dentist but the atmosphere they create reminds me every time why I feel like getting this appointment done is not even a chore. They’re caring beyond belief, they take the time to educate and get to you as a patient, and every team member I’ve encountered is there own brand of welcoming. Even in the scariness of the pandemic, they’ve found a way to make this intimate moment feel safe. Their coordination between Mr.Pat and the managing dentist Dr Lowery is evident and if you get a chance to have your cleaning done by Joel then you’re in extremely capable hands. Truly every team member on the team and over the phone has a pleasant and helpful demeanor. Thank you guys for always going above and beyond with the thousand questions I save up every six months!!

I saw their Billboard, was in severe pain in tooth and whole side of face 24/7 for over a week, had lost my job, house and no dental insurance. They were so kind, so compassionate, they helped me in ways you cant imagine! They went above and beyond their job titles to help me in my time of suffering. Dr. Murray and Ashley did an awesome job. Very knowledgeable in explaining the best way of going about my dental plan that was never mentioned at my previous dentist. After several years of not going to the dentist due to severe anxiety I can finally say I found the right place! I am usually very anxious when attending any kind of healthcare visits but the staff here made sure I was comfortable at all times. My hygienist was humorous and helped ease my anxiety!! Ask for Melanie as your hygienist!! Softest and most enjoyable cleaning I’ve ever had and my teeth felt and looked great afterwards!!

Like many people I am not a fan of going to the dentist but when your teeth hurt, you make an exception. Ultimately I had 2 teeth pulled and this office was AMAZING! My 30 year old gold crown fell off last night. I called this morning at 7 am and they got me in at 8 am. My dentist Rachel Lowery and her assistant Maura were great and super efficient. The local anesthesia numbed me up well for the procedure. I will follow up with them in one week. Dr Lowery has received her covid vaccine shots and now feels like a SUPERWOMAN !!! Thanks to everyone at the office for helping me today !!! I went in for my post op check today . X-ray by Lucia was good and Dr. lowery says I am on schedule with the healing process.

So, Im going to preface this by saying I havent been to a dentist since I was a toddler and your parents are required to take you to the dentist. Not because I, we didnt want to. We were just poor. So needless to say, I was terrified coming into this. BUT, honestly, the entire staff was so helpful and kind. They answered my millions of questions and took the time to explain every thing they were doing. The broke everything down and paused for questions after each step. They helped me set up a plan for my dental care going forward and eased all of my fears. I was comfortable and laughing way too much by the end. Last year I have a root canal and it wasnt the greatest, I guess it was not enough anesthesia, they keep adding more to finish the treatment.Last week on Friday 5 January 2021, I got working on another root canal and this time it was awesome, I didnt feel the injections for the anesthesia and also got enough to not feel anything it all!!Thanks to Lowery & Ashley!!

Ive said it once and Ill say it again...the staff here is AMAZING! my temporary crown fell out so I walked in and Dr. Lowery made time to get me all fixed up and then some. Maura was assisting and shes so great...super nice and talkative and very comforting! I have had the worst luck with dentists to the point where Id have major anxiety before each appointment and needed someone to go to appointments with me just to keep me calm. Not anymore! Since Ive seeing Dr. Lowery and her staff who have assisted during my appointments...Ive been so much more comfortable going in to the dentist. I no longer have that anxiety and I no longer need anyone to go with me because I know the staff at 7 to 7 is going to take great care of me!Update:Feels weird smiling and showing my teeth after years of perfecting the closed mouth smile but these last couple of weeks my dentist ( Dr. Sara Kassim) has put in some work to give me this beautiful smile so I intend on using it!! Ive seen 3 of the drs at this location and I never in my life imagined not dreading going to dentist but the staff and drs here make everything so comfortable my dental anxiety has subsided drastically! My family has all been seen at 7to 7 Dental. Myself, I had a crown done and it was done correctly with very little fanfare. It was great. They take time to make sure that the procedure is done correctly. It was placed and all done. 100%. The Doc I saw was Dr. Murray. Aubree and Ashley were the Dental Assistants and they were both very friendly, understanding and patient. Dr. Murray found an abnormality with my husband that was very serious and the former dentist we had for 10 years never caught. She may have saved his life (no joke). My sone has had several fillings and not one complaint. Seriously, y’all. If you need a Dentist, this is the place. Clean and dependable. They put up with me and I am not a easy patient. I will continue to go there with my family in tow.

First off, this location was so easy to find! I came in and the sweet girl at the front desk knew who I was although it was my first time visiting! The check-in process was so easy! They had me fill out one or two forms and the processing was quick! I was called back for my appointment about 10 past my actual time which was GREAT compared to my last dentist office in which they forgot me in the lobby and I waited for an hour. Ashley took my x-rays and roomed me which took about 5 minutes and she was so sweet the entire time! I was very anxious about what they were going to say and EVERYONE that talked to me made sure I was informed about pricing, my immediate problems, and my minor problems. They treated me like a family member. They made sure to ask me if I was okay, if I needed anything, or if I needed a break from the procedure. I have had high anxiety when going to the dentist and this time I didnt have NEARLY as much anxiety when doing a procedure. I really enjoyed this experience with this clinic. Thank you so much to Dr. Kassim and Ashley for making it such a pleasant experience. I will be coming back for all my future dentistry needs! 😃😃😃

Walked in with a hint of yellow on my teeth and a small chipped tooth, walked out with legit seriously white flawless teeth. I wish I took a before and after. This is the nicest dentistry I have ever seen!!! There are even TV’s on the ceiling to watch while you’re laying down. Dr. Murray wasn’t like other dentist, where you wait for what seems like hours waiting for the dentist to show up. She came in, told me what situation I had going on and fixed it right away. Her and Genave were extremely nice. Probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered. It’s a no brainer to come here.

Ashley and Dr Murray were great. I hate getting my cavities filled because of the drills. Ashley made sure to keep me occupied while waiting for Dr Murray to finish another patient. They both made sure I was comfortable and it was a painless process.

I went to this new office location at 17122 Bulverde Rd for a dental cleaning and check up and it was amazing. The staff was very professional and very courteous. Ashley at the front desk was really nice and did a great job taking X-RAYS and making sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Jennifer did a amazing job cleaning my teeth and she was very thorough. Jennifer is a very qualified dental hygienist and I highly recommend going to her. She has been in the industry a long time and will inform you of everything that is going on. The dentist Dr. Murray was very professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me understand what was going on and what needs to be done on my next visit. The office is brand new along with state of the art equipment. It is very clean which is the first thing I look at when I go to a dentist office. I would highly recommend going to this dentist office. You will not be disappointed. Today I had my teeth cleaned at 7/7 Dental On Bulverde and it was an experience to tell about. Well to begin with you a get a great big welcome from The Specialist Nick who is fantastic. Next comes the hygienist who is unbelievably amazing he is gentle and very caring with your teeth and gums great cleaning loved you Joel!!! Last but not least is my favorite dentist Dr. Murray she is the best Thks to her I’m doing great now wasn’t for about 2 weeks but she got it all under control Great big Thanks to her!!!! Don’t come here! They have better dentist at uthsc and it is cheaper! They took 4 hours to do a simple tooth extraction! It only took a first year resident to do it in an hour and a half for me

My first appointment was today at 7 am. I was a little annoyed at first because I was asked to fill out paperwork with my insurance information. When I originally set up my appointment online through their website, I received an email from a source called Local Med confirming my appointment and prompted me to fill out a medical form along with my insurance information in order to save time from having to do it the day of my appointment. I thought that was great. But when the receptionist handed me a clipboard to fill out the same information I submitted online I advised her I had already filled out all the information. She told me that they don’t get that information and she’s not sure where that email comes from for us to do that. I’m just wondering who received my information.Other than that little annoyance, the staff was great! I was seen by 3 different people, the X-ray technician, the hygienist and the dentist. They were all great in explaining what they were going to do and the course of action needed to improve my teeth. The costs were very reasonable and they were very helpful in answering all my questions. Very happy that I found this place!

Just had my 6 month check up at the Bulverde location! My appointment was at 10am and I was in the chair by 10:03; talk about efficient. Everyone in the office was so sweet and talked me through my whole exam. I also got Zoom whitening and was shocked by the results! My teeth look so white and Ive gotten tons of compliments! Highly recommend!

Great experience! Probably the most FUN dental appointment Ive ever had. Nick, Jennifer and Dr. Patten are professional, gentle and personable. Very nice office with an ultra-cool Xray machine! and monitors in the ceiling. And convenient location. Thanks to you all and the other staff too.

I really enjoy this place. The staff is wonderful and honest! They’re very informative and really just have a desire to help their patients. Honestly, a week ago I went to Monarch Dental and they were claiming I needed to get a deep cleaning and I had to pay $750. I knew this was a scam because I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and I brush/floss constantly.I came to 7to7 and they said I had healthy teeth and only needed a regular cleaning. They were extremely nice and I just felt like i had to tell everyone! I completely recommend this place. Awesome staff and great service! Thanks to our hygienist Joel and the front desk receptionist :)

This is the first time I have ever loved a dentist office. Both professional and friendly, the team here really make you feel at ease. Nick and Jennifer did awesome with my cleaning and Pat was great at helping me out with a treatment plan. Dr. Murray and staff are excellent and I will definitely be a long time patient here!

I took my 3 year old son here for a check up/cleaning. We were pretty nervous about his visit but they treated him with such good care! They explained everything they were doing and made him feel super comfortable. Im glad we chose to come here and we will definitely continue to!

I wish it was possible to give more than 5 stars! The level of care and respect you recieve here is so far beyond 5 stars. Staff is friendly and actually takes time to explain everything to you. They over different solutions and are flexible with setting your appointment at times and dates that fits your schedule. I would recommend them to everyone. If you have a dentist that your not satisfied with, give these people a call. They are wonderful!

I’ve been going to 7 to 7 for years but this is my first time at the Bulverde Office and I was VERY pleased. Beautiful office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Joel, the hygienist was very informative and gentle. I really had a great experience and look forward to the next appointment.

The staff at 7to7 Dental are absolutely phenomenal! It was my first time to their business and came in for a cleaning and yearly check up. Everyone from the receptionist, to the X-ray tech, dental hygienist and Dentist are top notch and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. Very nice place to go. The people are very nice to me and to each other. I have not been to a dentist for a long time so I went to this place 3 minutes away from my house. I love the hours it has. I just had some teeth worked on and I will be back for the rest soon.

I had a great experience at 7 to 7 Dental & Orthodontics at the Bulverde Rd. location. The office was very welcoming and got me in no time on Sunday afternoon. Assistant Tummy was very nice and explained to me every step she was doing along the way. At one appointment I was able to address all my needs at no time. I got the cleaning done by Joel. He is very nice and will educate you on dental hygiene routine that will help you to keep your teeth and gums healthy. He also informed me that every patient at the clinic can get whitening for life. I had some restorations that need to be replaced as they were done 10 years ago, and were starting to break down. Dr. Williams repaired my restoration and now they match my tooth color and I even cannot see them. I am very happy with them. I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure and have no pain after procedures were done. I will be returning to the clinic to get my routine check-up by Dr. Williams and teeth cleaning by Joel.

Best customer service ever, came from a really bad experience, and the way the explain treatment in an easy way to understand, I can tell everyone works as a TEAM! Paola answered all my questions & was very compassionate after hearing our bad experiences,and Jennifer helped my husband feel at ease after going to several places in San Antonio and filling almost TEN pages of paperwork! Today we signed in and 2 min after they were doing x-rays. Please stay away from Jefferson Dental!! love 7to7 and not settling for less.

I absolutely love 7 to 7 dental and orthodontics!!!! The people like Eric at the front desk and the hygienists Nick and Jennifer were so friendly and funny! The dentist was great too!!! I highly recommend coming here if youre nervous about going to the dentist like me!!!

Came to 7 to 7 Dental AFTER I was given only one option by another Dental group which was the most expensive one - Crown & Root Canal... for $1500+. The competitor just up the street said it would have taken 2-3 visits & 3-4 weeks. I left then & there & wont go back.I called 7 to 7 Dental from the parking lot of the other place - they agreed to see me immediately. When I got there I explained that I had a tooth that cracked & the situation with the other Dentist.Simply put, 7 to 7 was amazing! From the Front Office Team to the Dental Team - Dr. Parra & Ashley - they treated me so well & they all did everything right. Didnt have to have the crown & root canal, either! Found my Dental Team! Highly recommend them!
