I was unable to even have a session. The communication between staff is not there and when a mistake is made between staff in scheduling they throw each other under the bus. I had to wait a week to get a call back just to try to set up an appt. Then over another week passes and still no call back to confirm appt or gather my information, even after leaving a message and being given the extension. Super disorganized. Would not recommend, super frustrating process just to schedule.
Horrible! Just horrible customer service! How do they get appointments set up? I’ve been calling for over a week now at different times and it goes straight to voice mail and the couple of times that I was able to get through they hang up quickly. This is the tioga drive location that I’m trying to get in touch with. Don’t know about the other locations.
