Husband daughter and I went in for our exams. We were in and out in about an HR. Staff and optometrist were kind and professional. We got our glasses at target optical. Very glad we didGlasses are affordable and trendy. I highly recommend ❤️

Id ignore the bad reviews. Ive been here several times. Dr. Hale and the staff were awesome the whole process was smooth.

Barry is awesome! Super cool and nice over the phone. My frame broke and I ordered a new one since they discontinued them. Barry switched the lenses over for me within 2 minutes or less! Thank you Barry.

Okay in regards to the optical yes customer service was mediocre at best. Theyre a little rough around the edges but be forward and direct. Regarding the Optometrist next door, it is important to know they are NOT affiliated. That said, I had my Insurance contact both facilities in advance to confirm coverage. This message didnt make it to the Optometrist which was frustrating. The FIVE STARS are specifically for Dr. Judith A Driscoll. She is a filling Optometrist at this location and was absolutely AMAZING! I have never had such a thorough exam. She was friendly, patient, and full of information. It was such a positive experience I wouldnt be opposed to getting my eyes checked 4 times a year by her. She also served so kudos! I cannot recommend her enough. If youre planning on an eye exam ask for her by name! Youll thank me.

Called to ask a question regarding Exam fees, and the receptionist was extremely rude and immature in her response. Her sarcastic response when I asked her if they did vision exams on sight was that they are an Optical Center and she laughed at the question and said that only Optometrist offices do exams. I asked if there were other locations that had both services and she laughed again at me and passive aggressively that they are an optical center not an optometrist office. I told her that I do not work in her field, and that she shouldnt be laughing or act amused at the question. She said there is no such thing a combined Optical and Optometrist office. I know this is false information, because the last place I went to Texas State Optical is both and Optometrist and Optical center. Target should re-evaluate who they have answering their phone lines that they have the correct knowledge, and customer service skills.

Great selection of all the name brand glasses and sunglasses. Shane was very helpful and friendly. Also great deal of 40% off the second pair, that combined with my insurance I saved over 50%.

Do not use this eye doctor. Had to have them change my Rx 3 different times and its still not exactly the way it needs to be and they will not release my Rx so that i can get contacts. The Optical center inside of Target was wonderful they were helpful and patient while trying to pick out a pair of frames.

Very awesome customer service. A young lady helped me, she was very knowledgeable, explained things clearly and helped me through my entire purchase. I will definitely go back!

Over the past few years I have purchased four pair of glasses and multiple boxes of contacts from Target. A pair of polarized lenses developed internal cracking not caused by misuse. This was something I have never seen before.Target reviewed the situation but would not replace the lens without charging for the replacement.Disappointed consumer.

1 staff member working at a time, hardly ever answer when you call, cant tell you if frames are in stock or on backorder, still waiting when receipt says should be ready by 1/30/19. Terrible service. Only went for the coupon for free frames.
