Unfortunate events led my family to spend several days here. All the nurses were amazing in watching over my brother.They were so nice and caring not only to him but to our family.Thank you so much to the nurses in Urgent Care! Your hospitality doesn’t go unnoticed.

I have trigeminal neuralgia and it is very painful , I also have major depression and heart issues and after days of severe headaches I went to this ER because my cardiologist is through this hospital. The first nurse to enter the room said in a loud voice “ok let me tell you what we think of people who come in here covering there eyes saying they are in pain ... I got to tell you I fell into a deep depression after that that I’m still not over , to her it was probably forgotten that same day but for me it did real damage I called her supervisor to complain about it and she said you’re the only one who is saying it. What’s bad is I have to continue to go there even though it’s Shannon now they kept the same staff so not sure how things will turn out but as far as I’m concerned I’ll never forgive them it’s strictly Business I still think about it every day and I get angry

Albeit they got me in immediately, the staff was cold and rude. They acted like I was a burden for coming in. I had a neck injury and couldn’t turn my head so the doctor stood to the far right and far left of me so I couldn’t look at him when he talked. The nurse took his sweet time getting my shots, then when he finally did come in, he placed them in the middle of my butt cheeks instead of the sides of the glute. This caused more pain than necessary as well as bruising. I was extremely put off by everyone’s attitudes that I came in contact with (with the exception of the X-Ray tech) and will not be returning to this hospital again.

Get me in quick, took care of me and got be back on the way.
