I dont know if its because of the recent closing of a lot of IHC pharmacies and this one getting a lot of new prescriptions because of it, but we have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy recently. My daughter is now going on almost a week without one of her medications because the pharmacy has been so slow. The breaking point here is that we just found out that now that its finally ready we still dont have it because they put the prescription in the wrong place so it didnt get mailed out. Now we have to drive down and get it because were tired of waiting. We would have just gotten the prescription filled somewhere else but it can only be filled at certain pharmacies. We will definitely be looking for a different one. I do not recommend this pharmacy if you have a choice in the matter.

This pharmacy is amazing and provides service above and beyond what other pharmacies do! When we had a prescription filled here for my son, they stated they had to call the doctor because the dose was too high for his weight/age. The fact that they were watching for that is above and beyond what many other pharmacies do. We had to wait a little longer for the doctor to call back and fix it, but I felt much better knowing my son wasnt just another prescription to push through for profit. They were actually providing care to make sure he was safe. Everyone was kind and courteous to me and the others they were helping. I got no hint of arrogance, rudeness, sighing, or that I was bothering anyone. Just people doing their best to care for my son.

I have been filling my childrens medications as well as my personal prescriptions at this pharmacy for over five years now. The pharmacy staff is amazing and will always go above and beyond to make sure my family is well taken care of. They continually ensure I am receiving the best and most affordable care each time I come to the pharmacy. I would highly recommend this pharmacy!

I love the staff here. They are always pleasant and great to deal with! Have been coming here for 3 years and they always steer me in the right direction!

I have a prescription for a non-narcotic, non-habit forming sleep aid. Ive had it filled here about 7 times. Every time I do they whine about how they try to chose to not stock this medicine, and that they may have to substitute this generic for an identical generic. On days with no wait, theyll tell me 15 minutes, then not fill it. So when I come back 4 or 5 hours later. I wait another 15 to 30 minutes. Theyve done this nearly every time. Add to that they sneer and disgusted sigh constantly.

I use this pharmacy out of convenience of location, but I have never had so many poor experiences at a pharmacy. From absurd wait times to not having or being able to order my medication and even providing me with the wrong items in my prescription. They also consistently unnecessarily order me the more expensive versions of my medication even when I request them to order the other available option.

We recently had a newborn with heart complications & spent a month in SLC while he was being cared for. I had to receive some of my medications from my doctor to the pharmacy & had questions about what it would interfere with (as far as breast milk) & the pharmacy staff went above & beyond helping me out, finding the answers & even calling me with additional information after wed left.They were professional, courteous & a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed with the entire operation at PCH, especially the pharmacy !

They are nothing special, their mail order is always late too I notice.

The only reason this pharmacy and staff are in business is that they have a government granted monopoly on selling prescription drugs. Their service is probably one of the worst in the state. Their staff is arrogant and rude at times.
