Really nice updated grocery store with ice cream cones and a Starbucks. They have great sales and friendly staff.

The pharmacy team is top notch, Cal has trained them all so well. They are helpful, knowledgeable, kind and always go above and beyond to get things rights. They treat you like a human being when now a days a lot of pharmacies can be judgmental and careless. Thank you for all that you do for me and my dad!!

I love shopping at smiths. Ill pay a tiny bit extra for some items for the much better experience shopping at smiths rather than Walmart or target. Staff is great, selection is great, prices are mostly comparable to Walmart or anywhere else, many time cheaper, plus you can gain and use your points for getting a better price on gas purchase. It can add up and save you quite a bit when filling your gas tank if you choose to take advantage of that option. Ive also purchased and had great success with plants Ive purchased from smiths like watermelon plants, cucumber plants, pepper plants, ect..

First time I have seen Starbuck at freshmaket. I think they are trying to trendy up sugarhouse. This store was clean and staff super friendly. Found items I need easily. Bathroom was clean. It was very quiet and not crowd.

I think Im just a little too picky! I was looking for one thing and they didnt have it.

The store is fine...the management and corporate do not care about their customers. They have cameras in the parking lot but will not help in finding vandals nor will they take responsibility for car damage in their parking lot. Instead of taking care of this problem they would rather losea long-time customer who has spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store.

I was impressed with the care taken in presentation and freshness of the cut fruit case as I entered the store, also the order and selection offered on the clearance section was amazing I ended up adding about 18 items to my other shopping. Will be returning very soon.

Fresh market is a grocery store. I have shopped at this fresh market probably fifty times, since I live in a nearby neighborhood. In this review, I will tell you about my experiences at Fresh Market and how it compares to other grocery stores in the area. Note: this Fresh Market is affiliated with Associated Food Stores, and it is not to be confused with the store chain in Poland, operated by Zabka Polska, nor is it to be mistaken for “The Fresh Market,” a North Carolina-based chain of grocery stores, founded by Raymond and Beverly Berry in 1982. I’m not sure but I think this Fresh Market is the best of the three Fresh Markets.I went to buy baby formula once at this Fresh Market and the clerk told me they keep all of the baby formula behind the customer service desk, which I found strange. They said it was because there had been theft of the baby formula, and I was like, huh? Who would do that? Pretty sure they could find other ways to guard the baby formula, but I was able to purchase it anyway, so it wasn’t that big of an inconvenience.The array of products available at Fresh Market could be improved. They do not have a bulk foods section, which I find irritating, since I often need to buy just a small quantity of this or that. I feel this especially after having shopped at somewhere like Winco, which has the greatest bulk food section of anywhere! I mean, you can even get like small quantities of wild rice there! How cool! Also, the produce area of this Fresh Market is not impressive. A few of the fruits/vegetables look good, but for the most part, the quality is not great. I wonder if this is because of the location of the store—it’s kind of in the middle of a neighborhood, and the store does not seem really busy very much.Like I said, I’ve been there like 50 times, and I’ve never had to wait in line to pay, like there’s always a self checkout or a clerk open. I much prefer Smith’s or Winco, although the downside of those stores is that they rarely have open checkout stands, but this can be viewed as a positive, in that they are much busier because more people like the stores, and shop there more often, which allows the store to stock a wider variety of goods, and keep more employees on, which in the end makes a much better store. Great place to go shopping during the pandemic. They use the Skip app which allows you to scan products and checkout with your phone. They also have a self checkout option.Good selection on regular brands, but their organic products are very limited and over priced. Its not my favorite store, but its one of the better options when youre in the foothill area.

One of 2 grocery stores I go to. I am home bound. Rarely leave the house. Last time I left my house was in March or April for a Covid19 testing. With being disabled I normally rode in grocery carts. This time they were both not charged. My daughter went back to the car to get my wheelchair. She pushed me and I pushed the grocery cart. After that getting groceries went to cashier who turned out to be verbally rude.

Dirty, poor selection, high prices. Has a pharmacy. Easy to get propane refills.

I came to deliver a Doordash order from maceys Holliday. I asked the store employees where was customer service and they were really rude not even looked at me to the face. I feel so sad people who works with customer are zero kind in this store

Came here to cash a check at Well Fargo, the gentleman who helped was great. Then I decided to grab some items for tonights dinner. I was impressed with the quality of food and the display. After that I grabbed a coffee at the Starbucks.. Pumpkin is in yall!!All around great store

This is my local store. They have a great selection of groceries -specifically, they have tons of flours (most from Bobs Red Mill). Theyve also got some hard-to-find baking supplies, plus, of course, all the normal items youd expect from a grocery store.

Other than the normal stores I go to, this is the one supermarket I like the most. BBQ on the weekends, bargains on a daily, always have the best clearance, and mostly the staff is awesome and knowledgeable and at times conversational. A good experience if you go to this store.

They have decent lunch specials, very affordable although the food quality is lower tier to match those prices. I love buying avocados and bread here when their on sale. The staff is typically friendly and helpful, although Ive had a few run ins when their not. Thats okay we all have rough days though.

This store was okay but items on shelves are not organized very well. I was looking for packing tape. It was in three different places, not sure why. Also very limited selections in pet isle compared to other grocery stores. (No, I wasnt packing up my pet!) Staff was pleasant.

On April 5th at 545pm I visited the 21st location to grab a few items. When I arrived a self checkout, I began to process my transaction when your employee Phelicia walked over to me to inform me that my reusable bag was not welcome. I said I didn’t know and she allowed me to finish my transaction. When it was complete, I asked where to find that policy and when did it start so I could understand. She immediately launched in to my bag came from my home and is full of germs. She further stated that she preferred that I and all other customers should stay home Because we are full of germs. She said she could die and that this job was not worth it. She continued to say she didn’t have a choice to be at work today. I was so taken aback by her agression and statement that the store wished no customers came in period. Her reaction drew the attention of two other employees (a younger male with glasses, and a gentleman with dreads). They both apologized and the gentleman with dreads said it’s just her personality and I shouldn’t take it any other way. I am appalled that they allow such an rude and unhappy employee to interact with the customers.

Great grocery store. Conveniently located. Big enough to carry great variety of products and small enough to get in and out without walking a million miles.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The produce is always incredibly lousy, and expensive. They also have different prices on some items than the items ring up as (make sure to pay attention). The absolute worst part is the complete lack of basic human decency and kindness given to its patrons. Look no further than this establishment for why there is waste, and need in a civilized society such as the united states. I wished to purchase a half gallon of milk which expired in less than 12 hours. I asked if they could sell it at a discount because I drink a ton of milk (and who wants expired milk?) As there were dozens of other half gallons with much later expiration dates. Got a blatant no. So they would rather throw it away than make money on it and see it used. How wasteful and cheap. I cannot support such an establishment, and neither should you.

Best location in SLC. Very convenient and competitive pricing. This store is always clean and the staff are nice and knowledgeable as to the whereabouts of the items. Love the Starbucks inside and 100% best pharmacy in Utah. I get all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy. Kind and compassionate pharmacist. Very empathetic with a genuine intent to help you! Again like I said, best A fresh in SLC!

Fresh Market has the best selection of fruits and vegetables east of State Street in Salt lake City. Their selection of everything else is limited because of their relatively smaller size, but the produce department is top notch.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. The manager Miya is so bitter and angry always walking around with a scowl on her face if you ask her anything she’ll act so perturbed and inconvenienced. As a whole the staff act like they’re in a force labor camp. The selection is not great. The prices are similar if not more than harmons but the quality and cleanliness is way below. I do like their checkout stands and being able to use Apple Pay. Also there’s always parking which is nice.

I buy my produce here during the winter months. Doesnt beat home grown, but it does the job quite well. I am satisfied. End of review.

Best pharmacy in the valley! I drive all the way from Sandy to use their services. Cal is the best and always takes care of me. Well worth the drive.

We love this store for certain specific things. They have vac-u-pacd lamb chops & Lamb steak/leg cross-cuts that are from the USA, not NZ or elsewhere. Flavor & tenderness are fantastic - - and the size is perfect for me and spouse. No leftovers. Beats Costco hands down. They also carry the best German bratwurst around - collossimos - not sure of spelling. Costco used to carry it, but hasnt for a long time. It compares with the German & Austrian wurst that we loved over there (course ground). Prices and sizes are just right. Not too much!

More people should come here for the proper prices and good people.

Fresh market is a great grocery/pharmacy. The deli salsa is the best around. Blessings to the pharmacy and staff who seem to be able to solve any problem.

Like the others in this chain, theyre letting the place fall apart and nobody does anything about it. Its like, New Reams. Clean, but crumbling. They push you into buying their Western Family product by charging ridiculously inflated prices on anything name brand. Check the date on everything you touch. I even bought expired soda there before. I dont even know thats possible since it has a shelf life of over a year. Im blown away that the other reviews are as high as they are, considering the fact that if I ever mention this place publicly, people grimace and mention they stay as far away as possible. I do gotta say though, I love all their employees and havent ever had a single issue with any of them.

They have lots of items you wouldnt expect. They also have clearance sections for meats and bakery items for those on a tighter budget. Friendly, helpful folks working there, too!

Clean store, deli us delicious, and employees are kind. I wish they wouldnt move products around so much and would keep the same ones in stock, though. But all in all, a pleasure to shop here.

Still the same old Fresh Market just with a face-lift. Poor quality produce and a laughable bakery. I would rather have the old run down store with some quality produce at a reasonable price than the face lifted name change. People we vote with our money. I only shop here if its an emergency and I implore you to join me at any other grocer in the area!

Very Poor customer service. Came in at 11 p.m. No CHeckers noone offered to help me. Self service processing took a long time. Asked me to insert my card then swipe my card then insert my card. Finally one of the employees stopped chatting with friends and came over to say to me You gotta pick a card type. Wish you had checkers until 11:30 if not close. I am tired when I come in and do not feel like dealing with Automation. Want to be checked out by a human and get on my way. I know you do not care about customer comments.

This store is generally more expensive than the Smiths I usually shop at. The produce was mostly old, limp, and/or moldy (which has been my experience at every Fresh Market). The person working in the produce section was curt and unhelpful, but the cashier was very nice.

High prices stoe just ok

This place has the basics but there is nothing that makes this grocery store worth going to unless you live close to it. The customer loyalty program has been broken on their POS machines for months which blows my mind. Not sure if it is just incompetence, indifference, or they are consciously refusing to fix it so they can make more money by not offering the savings to repeat customers. Either way, its very frustrating for the people who shop here.

This place is okay for a go to but its extremely overpriced.

The location is great for people to say live in the area, plus visitors heading to Park City its the best last stop store before reaching Park City. Staff is helpful, friendly, and the the store has an overall relaxed atmosphere.
