Dr. Slattery and his staff are great as well as the office staff. However your website sucks. I haven’t been able to pay online for months. Whenever I click pay bill nothing ever loads. I get a blank page. Maybe offer an automated phone system to allow payments as well?

Dr. Sharma is the very best when it comes to being personable. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, and what his plan is and why. One of the best caring doctors I’ve seen in a very long time.

I had my Covid test 3 days prior as instructed and then I isolated as directed until my surgery. Once at theThe anesthesiologist hounded me about a Covid vaccine. He ended up telling me I apparently don’t care about the better good of mankind.If I had not prepaid, fasted, arranged for a ride home, had my Covid test and isolated, I would have left because I did not feel safe in this mans care while under anesthesia. This was very unprofessional.I did get a chance to talk to Dr Diaz at my follow up appointment and he assured me he would address the problem.

ENT center for Utah has been taking care of me for a decade for random ailments. Phenomenal Doctors. Great communication. Great service. Perfect diagnosis and prognosis. Every physician I have worked with here epitomizes what I imagine a good physician to be.

This is a lovely facility tucked in the downtown area of old North Temple. The service even in the pandemic, was wonderful. The doctors and medical assistance are the best!

The wait time can be long but I try to be understanding of the volume of patients vs the number of ENTs is pretty large. I don’t mind a longer wait when the doctor takes their time and that’s what I’ve found. Thorough and very friendly from the first face at the desk greeting me to the last face scheduling an appointment.

It was my first time in. I felt as if Dr. Larsen was very thorough and addresses my issues with informative narrative. Examine did not feel rushed snd staffc3as friendly and helpful.

Waste of time and money. My initial appointment started off with them setting me up with one of the worst reviewed doctors online Ive ever seen. 1-2 star doctor. I cancelled. My symptoms got worse so I had them set me up with another doctor. I went spent $1000 out of pocket. ENT appointment with doctor that prescribed me drugs that Ive already been taking, CT scan, and allergy test. I was thinking they would find something with the CT scan, and they didnt communicate anything informative of what they saw on the CT other than an assistant just saying, it looked fine. Did they really take a look? You pay all this money to flip on a machine, and you cant tell me something about what you noticed? You fork out all this money, it would be nice to a little observant on something rather pushing you through their assembly line. Allergy test, I got a paper with numbers that dont indicate anything, nothing informative other than trying to sell me some toothpaste for $70 a month over the course of 3 years. These guys arent real doctors. Theyre just a protocol to make money off of you. Youd be better off self-diagnosing yourself.UPDATE 05/03/2021: I log into their patient portal and they dont have any documentation of my visitation. No records or anything. I smell a lawsuit coming.

I had thyroid cancer 3 years ago. Dr. Sharma is my doc. He is an excellent doctor. He spends the time with you and explains everything in detail, where you can clearly understand whats going on. Hes awesome!!

I really feel like the doctor didn’t care at all. The other staff was fairly nice, but I felt so rushed and I didn’t even get all my questions answered, he seemed annoyed that I even had questions or wanted to know the next step. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I just felt like they took my money. For my issue, I had been put on many other medications that didn’t work, and he insisted I just try another medication and be on my way. I took the medication as directed and it didn’t make a difference at all. He hardly even looked at me, I barely got an exam. I don’t feel comfortable attending my next appointment, I had to cancel. I will be searching for a new doctor, one that’s a bit more caring.

Staff is very friendly and the office was clean and nice. I did not have a great experience with the doctor I saw however. I saw Dr. Miller and, maybe he was just having an off day but he was very condescending and brushed off all my questions like they were a waste of time and I was bothering him. My mom was with me and she noticed it as well. I would definitely come back to the facility, but would probably request a different doctor.

I had an Incas replacement done by Dr. Slattery. He is amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, went over all details explaining in terms I understood, answered all my questions - very thorough. The result of the surgery was fantastic! I had a connective hearing loss (the inner ear was mechanically connected to my bone structure) which resulted in me hearing sounds predominately in my left ear - very confusing, disorienting and the loss was much greater than the audio nerve loss in my right ear. After the surgery, my hearing is almost perfectly balanced, and I no-longer have the connective hearing loss. I am extremely happy with the result and glad I had the surgery. I would highly recommend ENT Center of Utah. I went to the Draper office, they are all wonderful! Thank you!!

Had a great appointment. They get you in quick and the assistant and doc kept me informed the whole way. They did an exam and procedure in under an hour. Loved Dr. Eftekari, both knowledgeable and personable.

Seen Dr. Steven Taylor. Dr. Taylor is a great doctor he is very attentive, sat down with use and answer all of our questions.My daughter was having a lot of sinus infections and sick all the time and missing a lot of school. Dr. Taylor suggested that we take out her andnoids to help with the infection Because antibiotics or not helping. Dr. Tayler and all of the Ear Nose and throat surgery center team was great and i love the one on one care. It makes you feel special. It is very Comforting and reassuring to use and my daughter because it is her 1st surgery.

Dr. Jepsen was able to diagnose my deviated septum quickly and recommend a number of solutions.We decided to go with a surgical remedy and I am now quickly recovering from by procedure (had it yesterday and it went very smoothly).

Great doctors! I had Doctor Sharma for my thyroidectomy and he did an incredible job of recognizing what what wrong and doing an incredible job on my surgery. Only downside is the amount of time it can take from check in to seeing him but the wait is worth it in my eyes for an understanding doctor. If you need help with your thyroid, I would highly recommend him!

I had Dr. Michael Jensen. He was cool. I came here from Colorado and my insurance has me choose from the top rated surgeons in the nation. He had good reviews aside from my insurance views. Reviews showed he had a lot of experience. I think for not knowing me as a client he did really well with explaining things to me pre op, op and post op. This is to include what I should feel, what would go in my nose, how the surgery would go, how my nose looks to how it would be fixed. Overall I was impressed because I had little questions in the end. Which for me...is also impressive. He has a good Assistant who helps with some of the visits who is very good at communication with me via phone and email. She also helped me with my paperwork for my HR Department to put my fmla leave in for the surgery. They have made pretty good contact with me about setting up the visit and also with my healing. Not to mention that my healing has not taken long. Obviously still going but it was explained as such. For a severely diviated septum... Its beyond my words of a successful operation. I didnt know I was even breathing wrong lol. The front desk people are also just so great. They all greeted me and they printed out covid test results for me that I needed.We did the surgery at Salt Lake Regional and the nurses there too were awesome. I think everything was very calming. I dont think I overstressed at all and that was what I was worried about.

Billing Issues ONLY! I stopped going to them in March 2020 and I am still getting bills. I recently paid approximately $160.00 and was told that this was the final amount due but not 60 days later I get a bill for $30.00 and told that this is from the account and that it was in the pending insurance area of their accounting, so now I have to send another check and hope that this is the end of the billing with them. I doubt it but lets see.

The office is clean and comfortable, and they have implemented several safety measure to protect patients and staff from COVID. My visit was quick and Doctor Jepsen was able to quickly recommend treatment and was patient and thorough when answering my questions.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 2 years and doing really well with them. Then this last June, on top of COVID19, I experienced a sudden increase in my tinnitus and a significant decrease in my hearing in my right ear.After several tests and attempts to make things better which didn’t change the situation, I was referred to Dr. Eric Slattery. He listened to my story, looked at test results and began ruling things out as to what could have happened.We ultimately came to the conclusion that I needed a cochlear implant and Dr. Slattery is one of the best at performing this operation. He made sure I was informed about all of the pros and cons and that I knew what expect before and after the operation.I would recommend him to anyone who is considering a cochlear implant or struggling with their hearing. He will take great care of you.

I have been going to the ENT center for a few years and usually had good experiences, but I had surgery done at the surgery center and that was a different story. They changed my surgery date 6 days before surgery which wasnt a huge deal, but THE DAY OF my surgery they called me 4 hours before and asked me if I could come in early, I told them I couldnt and they basically said that if I could not come in 2 hours early for my surgery then they would have to reschedule. I had already scheduled work off and taken a covid test, so I had a friend take me at the last minute. I get there early, then end up waiting for 2 AND A HALF HOURS for my surgery because the doctor ended up running late on his other surgery. So happy I had to rush and panic to get there just to wait for hours to actually get my surgery.The nurses were all very kind and tried to make me as comfortable as possible which I appreciated, but being threatened to come in early just to sit there for nearly 3 hours made the experience so unenjoyable and scary.Then to add insult to injury they double billed me $705 and it was a HUGE pain to get refunded.Over all the surgery went well and recovery was not as bad as I expected. But whoever is in charge of scheduling and billing really ruined the entire experience for me.

I will never see Dr Miller again. I have another Dr in the office to see me now. I had nose surgery last Monday. My cast came off Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning to see what I needed to do. Monday night now and still no call from Dr Miller or nurse. I was able to get a hold of another assistant in the office and she scheduled me with another ENT Dr. He was very difficult in the initial meeting as well, which should have told me to go to another ENT then. I have not had a Dr experience so un professional ever.

I have been a patient at the ENT Center of Utah for a year and a half. I initially saw Dr Jeppson and he referred me to Dr Slattery. Because of Dr. Slatterys quick diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disease my hearing was saved and possibly my life. He was also helpful in getting me into see a rheumatologist quickly to continue my care. Everyone in the office has always been professional, helpful and kind. My experiences have been very positive.

I had such an unfortunate experience with Dr. Miller. He had he not read any of my medical history, nor did he didn’t wanna hear about it. My appointment was at 3:30 and he was out of the room by 3:34. He shrugged and told me to take to Advil for an issue that I drove two hours to come see him about. Because I hadn’t thought to take an over the counter med before making an appointment....If he had a motto it would be “I don’t care because I’m billing your insurance anyway.” If you want a doctor that is dismissive of women and their health concerns this is the guy for you!

Dr. Eftekhari is fantastic - highly skilled and very personable. I also really appreciate the fact that the business office let me know how much it would cost up front because I am cash pay. Hospitals and medical offices are sometimes opaque and not helpful at all in this regard. Thanks for a great experience.

Dr. Slattery is a great doctor. I was diagnosed with menieres disease in 2011. Since then I have had 15 + episodes that last 6 hours or more of violent spinning. I was told by my previous ENT that the pressure in my ear was good and I would have to learn to handle the dizzy spells. I then went to a chiropractor trying to get help. That did nothing. My daughter found Dr. Slattery on a web search and through him (and a correct diagnoses of vestibular migraines) my life has returned to normal. I am so grateful to Dr. Slattery and his entire office. I cannot thank him enough!

Every single person there was so incredibly kind and offered to help. Even just walking past. Ive never been to a clinic where everyone there genuinely cared and showed it. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a fantastic ENT. On top of this I had an emergency and they were able to get me in on that day.

First of all, I want to say that this isnt a review of the doctors or the nursing staff. I had surgery and they did a fantastic job, I feel better than I have in over a year. My review is in regards to the knowledge of the administrative staff in terms of billing and insurance.We were required to prepay, which we did to the tune of around $4,000. This was supposed to approximately cover our total out of pocket cost. None the less, a few weeks later additional bills started rolling from the surgeon, anesthesiologist, etc. It turns out the surgery center decided to keep our money and not pay the doctors as they were supposed to, claiming that we in fact owed them even more money. Luckily my wife has a decade of medical billing experience that we fell back on. It took us nearly a month of arguing until they admitted their mistake and refunded us $3600 so that we could pay the doctors ourselves.Id highly encourage the ENT Center to provide more and better training to their administrative staff on insurance and insurance billing. If you are a patron, Id encourage you to make sure that you arent being overcharged and taken advantage of financially by the ENT surgery center. Definitely dont prepay. Make them bill you like any other medical service would.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment to have my ears cleaned. They made me wait over an hour and when the doctor finally came in he didn’t do anything about it then they keep charging me money every week over things I’ve paid. Horrible business feels like a scam

BEST ENT! I recently had my deviated septum fixed that another doctor didn’t fix correctly. Dr. Bennett is absolutely amazing! He is very thorough, kind & did a great job on my surgery. I recommended my sister to Dr. Bennett and she had her rhinoplasty done by him as well. She loves her results and we both agree that he’s the best doctor! Very glad we went to him and I’ve already recommended a few people to him. Go to him if you want the best of the best!

Great experience! No one ever wants to have surgery or fix their deviated septum (especially when you hear other people’s stories!) Dr. Tagge did a great job though & it really wasn’t as bad as I had feared! He doesn’t pack all this stuff up your nose (which was part of the horror stories I’d heard before!) and the surgical center was awesome & so convenient. The stints came out the next day. The recovery went well & I can breathe so much better! I’d do it again for the results I got. They also properly diagnosed my allergies which I’d never had done before. I just used Claritin everyday.

This place should get zero stars I scheduled a appointment because I have really bad sleep apnea and I have really bad breathing problems I cant get a full breath of air I know many people say they cant wear a mask because of astma problems but unfortunately I really do have severe breathing issues hence the reason I came here for help When I wear a mask I cannot breath its 10 times worse and this establishment would not serve me if I was not wearing a mask I am actually really upset that they refused service to me when the whole reason Im here is because I have breathing problems i run 2 bussinesses here in Utah I think they need to look at my reviews 5.0 everywhere and take pointers from my businesses to see how to run businesses here in Utah this place is very rude and a joke I will gladly will take my business elsewhere.

This place was fantastic. I had sudden loss of hearing and was mis-diagnosed by Instacare. I knew something wasnt right and found out I had an emergency medical situation. I called ENT Center of UT, explained my situation and they got me in same day and began treatment. This was critical because waiting would have made the issue worse. Dr. Butler helped me and he was great. He told me what was wrong and answered all my questions. Im very thankful for him, the staff and overall work and expertise.

I am very impressed with the ENT Center of Utah! The staff is always on top of things and the atmosphere is very clean and friendly. The doctors and assistants are very personable and happy to answer questions and provide information.

They dont seem very organized or their patient load is too high. Dont return phone calls in a timely manner. They forget to call in prescriptions. After receiving your lab results, it takes them a long time to go over it.

This is a great place for ear, nose and throat concerns. Ive been to a few if the doctors and each has been informed of my sinus and allergy issues that they dont contradict approach to service. They are good at fitting urgent care needs in when you call. They dont just through antibiotics at the symptoms but look for the underlying cause. I recommend them without reservation.

Dr. Diaz was wonderful. Such a kind and caring person. I never felt rushed during my appointments and he always made sure all of my questions were answered. My surgery went well and I have recovered very quickly. All of the staff was wonderful as well. I have already recommended him to my mother who has her biopsy with him on Monday and I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a great doctor.

I think Dr. Bennett is an excellent doctor. I had a pretty complicated surgery, and it went very, very smoothly and the results were great. Their surgery center is really comfortable and private, and the doctors and nurses did everything very well. Given how unpleasant surgery can be, they made the whole process far easier and more comfortable than I could have anticipated, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone I know.

How disappointing. After reading the positive reviews, I went in to have a consult for a lingual frenuloplasty, aka tongue tie release, aka frenectomy. The doctor was asking me irrelevant questions and did not even know what a posterior tongue tie was. He stated hed never heard of it in 12 years of practice; I feel like Id not brag about any lack of knowledge to a patient who knew their own condition.He brushed off every symptom I told him I had, stated frenectomies were usually done on infants, which I know because my own son had one, but that is irrelevant to MY issue as an adult. He suggested a sleep study (even though tongue ties and poor tongue posture are direct contributors of sleep apnea???) and seemed really befuddled when I ended the session due to his lack of knowledge or ability to help me.The reason Im giving two stars is because the receptionist/waiting area, medical assistant, and facility were otherwise pleasant and would have been a top choice for treatment, and because the doctor refunded my copay, as well he should have.

Dr Tagge and his surgical team were wonderful and did an amazing job removing our children’s’ tonsils. However, when one of our children possibly needed an IV For dehydration, I called the surgery center to ask about it. I left a message and it took 24 hours for them to return my call and tell me to take her to the ER. I also called 3 times to ask for a doctors note to excuse absences for my high schooler and was never called back. No note, no service. It felt like, Once they had my payment they didn’t need to deal with us anymore. Very disappointing.
