I would like to thank Dr Katzman and his staff they did a outstanding job I was not sure what to expect but the results are amazing the multifocal lenses have me seeing with 20 20 vision again could not have chose a better Doctor !!!!! I would highly recommend him

While Dr. Katzman may not have the best bedside manner, as a doctor he is absolutely competent, and I would trust him with anything regarding my eye health. I had a minor surgery performed a few weeks ago, although it was uncomfortable for me, he recognized it and did everything he could to make me as comfortable as he possibly could. Also, I absolutely love his front desk/assistant/wife, Sue, she is so sweet and wonderful to work with. I would recommend Dr. Katzman in a heartbeat to anyone and will continue to give him as much of my business as I possibly can.

Amazing is all I can say! I love my result. My eyesight has improved immensely since the removal of my cataracts. I definitely advise going to him!

Dr. Katzman help me over 12 years ago to overcome the damage to my eyes from growing up on the beaches of Ventura, California and never wearing sunglasses. I went to Dr Katzman about 15 years ago! My lasik is still doing wonders for my vision today. Still 20/20 and I just heard from him today, as he is always attentive to my referrals and appreciated me reaching out! I love a Dr that calls you back! Get ready for 5 star experience with this wonderful eye surgeon!

Amazing doctor! I was nervous about getting Lasik for the first time. Dr Katzman advised me to go with PRK, and I must say I could not have gone with a better choice! After the first day it was a little blurry, but every day it became better. I would definitely advise people to go to him.

I was referred to Dr. Katzman by my Optometrist Brad Fellows. Dr. Fellows had referred several members of his own family to Dr. Katzman for surgery, including his wife and parents. A personal reference by another Doctor is the best reference you can get, in my opinion. I have been going to opthamologists since I was a child, and I was very impressed by Dr. Katzman. My case was a very complicated one, but he was able to remove the cataracts and correct my vision to 20/20 in my right eye, and reading in my left. I have used monovision contacts for 20 years, and was thrilled to find out Dr. Katzman could give me the monovision too! (No reading glasses needed!) He and his staff are very well-organized, competent and professional, and I have already referred them to two friends.

My wife came back from her appointment and told me a story I could not believe. Dr. Katzman essentially tried to use the best fit contacts she ever had to attempt to EXTORT the product her business offers from her like some kind of I scratched your back, now you scratch mine deal. Shes not a manager or decision maker of any kind and legitimately could not do anything the doctor wanted. He delayed writing her prescription for a substantial amount of time as some sort of petty retaliation (you wont be surprised to learn she really needed to leave that day to run other errands and get other medical testing before work--she ended up having no time for her other appointment). This is an arrogant, petulant, childish doctor who Im sure wont be inconvenienced at all when he never sees another dime of our money. Had I been with her, there would be ABSOLUTELY no way I would have paid him. Dont waste your money. Go see somebody else.

Billed insurance 390.00 dollars when suppose to be a free consultation, I am not trusting this person to work on my eyes. Go at your own risk! The office stuck in the 90s equipment shoved in hallways not a state of the art for a cataract surgeon. I say this again trust your eyes somewhere else!!!!Ron orr

Im going to start off by saying that I dont like giving bad reviews.But I just let others know that its not a pleasant experience to get treated the way we where.With out knowing hes so rude and offensive that you will be treated sub human when you think a doctor would be minimally polite I shocked we referred to this Doctor,we have chosen to do self pay at another doctor vs have insurance cover visit,Yes hes that rude!
