My son was diagnosed with PPMS in January 2020. We wanted a second opinion and was told the MS clinic would be the best. We met with Dr. West in February 2020. He gave us hope. He reviewed the MRI, asked questions did a thorough exam and thought from everything he saw my son had RRMS. My son started Ocrevus shortly after his exam with Dr. West.When we met with Dr. West he reviewed the MRI. He kept saying the pictures weren’t great. Fast forward to now.My son had an MRI last month. The report was alarming to say the least. The medical terminology was way above our heads but it sounded dreadful! My son has called the clinic numerous times to get a comparison of his first MRI to this current MRI. Apparently the clinic does not keep an original MRI imaging to compare. I physically handed the disc to the Medical Assistant, and Dr. West reviewed it. He didn’t think the imaging was very good quality.We are 12 days past his current MRI and still have heard nothing. I did put in a call today and was promised this would be expedited.I’m very disappointed at the lack of communication. MS is such an unpredictable disease. It appears to be attacking my son aggressively, but we can’t seem to get an answer. This clinic has made my son run around like a chicken with his head cut off to get the first MRI to compare to the current MRI. He followed the instructions…and here we wait.Instructions…go to the clinic where your first MRI was done…take it to the hospital…have the hospital send it to us and we’ll call you. Sounds exhausting to me and I don’t have MS!My hope is that we get some answers. It would be nice to know if Ocrevus is his best option or maybe there is a different option for him.

Dr west was a waste of time and money. He strung me along, misdiagnosed me, wrote prescriptions while guessing what might work not even truly knowing what was causing my balance issues. Finally an ear nose and throat dr found an inner ear issue and sent me to physical therapy. Dr west went as far as to apathetically raise his voice at me saying “no one dies of dizziness!” He Treated me as if I was just a whiny nuisance and so what if I felt dizzy ????I felt my quality of life was impacted but he didn’t care. He just wrote out Valium and other meds that have side effects of dizziness then sent me out the door. Office is a cash cow and patients mean very little to this place. Empathy is missing with this doctor

I cannot speak about the other doctors, but Dr. West was horrible. I made special arrangements to leave work early and arrived on time, with all the paperwork filled out. I was left waiting for almost an hour while, he walked about chatting with the staff at the desk. I got to hear all about where his wife was from, where one of the staff members recently went on vacation and on and on. Additionally, the waiting room was very hot. Considering the specialty of the clinic, you would think they would be sensitive to the temperature. Finally, when they put me in the exam room, Dr. West came in, talking a mile a minute, telling me he had another patient waiting. I could tell he had not read any of the information I had put on the 9 page patient information sheet, because he asked me everything again and never really listened. I wont be going back!

The doctors here are great at what they do. Extremely professional, superbly knowledgeable, and with a compassionate bedside manner. I have been a patient here and kmow I am in very good hands.

I’ve been a patient for 11 years, and hope to be for many more. Rocky Mtn MS Clinic has a friendly, professional staff, expert doctors and practitioners. They are constantly improving their in-house infusion center to ensure the comfort of their patients. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We’ve been trying to make an appointment with this office today but they won’t see us until we have an official diagnosis for MS. That was the entire reason we were referred to you. Very unhelpful. Look elsewhere. Not impressed.👎🏼
