I have been dealing with them harassing me for months now because they failed to bill my insurance provider during the proper time frame. I have called my insurance provider and they say that they neither received a bill or contact from this company. They are trying to bill me over a year later with no warning. They are completely unprofessional in their business practices. Their product was fine but they are completely incompetent at billing and business and will proceed to harass you for months with emails that are sent from sketchy unsecured accounts and with post cards that are handwritten with no indication they are a professional business.

2 years I gave to this company and they let me go for agreeing with the Dr. Office as a coordinator it was my job to help each patient to get their supplies but nope!! New Managers came in never ran a pipeline and said do not tell the Dr. Why we cant approve the patients but gave me the worker no reasons why??? And they wonder why everyone is leaving Medicare team one by on Do Not Get A Job here you will be disappointed only if the CEO could see how mangers n supervisors dont do nothing!!

This is the worst company ever diabetes is a life and death disorder and they keep screwing up and sending my orders to the wrong dr and then putting a hold on my supplies it’s been more than 2 weeks and I still can’t get what I need so I’m going to stop using the pump and CGM because Byram is such a horrible run business you absolutely don’t want to use this company and they won’t bill your insurance the right way and you will get billed

I worked in the pharmacy at Byram Health Care. I loved my time here. This company tries to provide the best service to our customers. There can be confusion between the different departments for the customers. Overall, this is a great place to work! I would recommend to anyone looking for a pharmacy job.

I have had nothing but problems since I started ordering my sons diabetes supplies here. Was getting supplies no problem through online ordering said I had no balance and then when I tried to order again it said I had a balance which I paid about a week and half went by and I still hadn’t received my orders called them they said your account has been locked and you have a bill in collections. I never got one bill not in the mail nothing it just kept saying I had no balance so now they won’t send me supplies until I paid more even though I was never notified I owed anything. I will be looking into switching to a new diabetes supplier

It has been months of trying to get my daughters supplies filled. At first, the online ordering process was very easy and orders were delivered promptly. Then, for some reason, online orders that I made were cancelled by Byram. No one tried to contact me to let me know what was going on. When I tried contacting them, it took several weeks to get someone that could help me. Then, once I thought everything was taken care of, my order was cancelled again!

My doctor put in an electronic order for supplies over a month ago, and I still havent received anything. I had to call a while ago to see what happened 🤷🏼‍♀️, and they had no legitimate explanation, said they would re-process the order. Then, a few days ago, I got a call from someone saying they needed to verify some information but I was in an airport bathroom and asked the caller if she could give me a minute to, well, get out of the bathroom 😂. Instead, she asked me to call her back. Two minutes later, I did, and no answer. Left a voicemail. Here we are, three days later, and I still havent gotten a response despite calling back and leaving voicemails.So, I decided to call Byram today and ask why the insurance verifier lady hasnt called me back, and what she was calling about. Turns out, she was calling because they had the wrong phone number for my doctor. So I SEARCHED ON GOOGLE FOR HIS OFFICE, found his correct number, and gave it to them. Why couldnt they do that themselves?Its frustrating to feel like they dont care whether you get the supplies you need or not. We shouldnt be having to fight for them to pay attention to us.Im also disappointed that the person from Byram did not acknowledge the fault of the company for my not receiving my supplies a month after my doctor made the order. She told me that he needed to send in some charts in order for them to send me the supplies, making it my doctors fault. I dont understand why 1. he would need to send my charts to my insurance, what does he have to prove? That I really am diabetic and need my supplies??? And 2. Why Byram just sat there and waited until I called. My doctor is extremely responsive, and this is by no means his fault.This has been a horrible company to work with and if I actually want to, you know, LIVE, Im probably going to have to find another supplier.

Awful customer service representative Ann Marie. Scoffed at my request to fill insulin pods. My provider left the state and I was explaining to her I have scheduled an appointment with another provider but it was months out. Ann Marie was the worst customer service I have received at Byram. Requested a manager and she would not transfer me to a manager. Tried to call back just a busy signal. Company needs to improve customer service.

This place is so difficult to order through!! A couple weeks ago I called to order and a lady told me my supplies is “on the way”... two weeks later I still didn’t get my supplies so I called And another lady said I now need a prescription! It would have been nice if the First Lady would have told me that because now I’m still waiting on supplies and I’m almost out. I had my Dr send them a new prescription and byrum gave me the wrong fax number so had to call my Dr back again to send it to right right one. I’m extremely angry. horrible horrible service.

Worst place if you need medical equipment. It is literally easier to pass an act in Congress now. I placed the order in February. I got a call in June from the doctor and said he just got a prescription request from them. Ive been living on older diabetic supplies I had stock piled since I was diagnosed almost 30 years ago. Im going to have to buy supplies over the counter and skip insurance since United healthcare is only taken by this Circus of a business.

I am switching to a different supply company. I agree that I would give -10 stars if I could. Worked with them for over a year and have received supplies regularly. Now I have a special circumstance and needed an early supply order before I left on a cross country RV trip, which my insurance said would be no problem.Me and my insurance had over 20 calls to Byram and couldnt find anyone to take responsibility or ownership in getting my supplies shipped out to me. I started the process on Monday. It is now Tuesday of the next week, and the order still has not shipped out. Every customer service rep/supervisor I have spoken to has pushed me off on someone else or told me to go somewhere else or given false promises and information. Supervisors have promised a ship date, then when I dont get the supplies I find there is another obstacle they have not made me aware of or reached out to resolve.I will 100% be switching and ordering from another company. Dont believe that their standard reply they have used to every single one of these negative reviews from their social media rep saying, contact Byram to protect your medical insurance to resolve the issue. You will waste your time and get nowhere.Save yourself the heartache. Order somewhere else.

After nearly 10 yrs with this company and no unpaid invoices they’ve taken to sending my bills to a collection agency while waiting for Medicare to pay. No bills received from them directly, no calls or inquiries, just straight to collections??? Huh?? I’ve never ever come across a company that operates so poorly and inefficiently. While my supply rep is absolutely amazing, she never lets me down, the company as a whole is poorly managed and the billing debt is the absolute worst! They say I have no outstanding bills with them or collections but yet I’m getting bills from collections. This company lost whatever credentials they once had in the business world. Go elsewhere if you can!!! Meanwhile my battles continue. 😡Also, read the replies to all reviews, it’s an automated pre-scripted response. There’s nobody who cares at the other end of this!!If something doesn’t change quickly I’m going elsewhere!

Unfortunately hours of operation are extremely limited and hold times during hours open can easily exceed 2 hours. It makes it really difficult to have any issues addressed and there are often a lot of issues.Most recently, Byram reversed and re-billed a claim through my health insurance from 7 months ago that I had already paid. I don’t have details on what adjustments were made to this claim, but it increased my financial responsibility compared to the initial claim or to other claims. I was not provided with sufficient detail about the adjustment to know whether the claim was billed incorrectly initially or whether the recent adjustment to the claim is inaccurate. Even if the error was not charging me correctly initially, I would not have purchased through Byram at the adjusted cost. It would have been nice to know at the time so I could consider options like return of items. I would not have ordered from them again since now I am at risk of those claims being altered as well. At minimum, my payment for the initial claim was not refunded or applied toward the new claim. I don’t think there is ill intent, but medical and billing records are not being handled with care.Update: I reached out to Byram and was able to correct the issue of charging me twice. As expected there was a substantial hold time. The issue of rebilling a claim for an item shipped months ago was, also as expected, not able to be addressed. From digging deeper I have learned that they had originally billed for the wrong number of units showing a frustrating lack of care. I also learned that they are using HCPCS codes that are not typical for the items that are being shipped to me. Suppliers like Cardinal Health indicate that these items should be processed under a different billing code. My insurance company indicates that the correct billing code would result in lower reimbursement for Byram which may be why the codes are being adjusted.

This is the slowest company I have ever dealt with. They have no regard for the fact that they are dealing with peoples medical needs. I have been waiting months for them to get me my insulin pump. I can understand that there is sometimes hiccups with insurance and doctors, but they wont call you and tell you. You must call and harass them!I was told I needed sixty days worth of Blood Sugar records, besides the records my doctor already supplied, to complete the insurance requirements. But I only found that out after months when a Tandem representative called me to ask why I have not yet received my pump. I didnt have those records due to loosing a tester, so they said they would see if the insurance would make an exception, and call me back.. NO CALL.Now, I am being told that my order is in the records request phase again, for records my doctor already supplied. HOW ARE THESE CLOWNS STILL IN BUSINESS?

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews on this company BEFORE I ever started trying to be their customer! Six weeks of promises, excuses, and lies... calls & emails not returned, and NO follow-up. I am so frustrated and angry that I am in tears. I have never been treated with such high DISregard -- and they need to take the term healthcare out of their name. They do not care about my health, or apparently (from reading reviews), anyone elses. I completely agree with those who have posted before me: save yourself the TIME, ENERGY, & FRUSTRATION and ask your doctor to prescribe your medical supplies from another vendor! Also note: If reviews from their own employees (who are glad to have a job) were not included here with customer reviews, the rating wouldnt be as high as 1.6 -- it would be 1. Customers are not important to this company.

I would give this company a minus 10 if I could. I have never worked with a medical supply company that is incompetent. It has been weeks trying to get insulin pump supplies for the first time. We recently moved here from Nevada, where we had a great company. At this point he is without supplies and using a insulin pen, and struggling to keep his blood sugars down. Every time I call there is something new that they require. They have lost faxes from the doctor, then magically found them. I even had his insurance call them because they haven’t received any requests, but of course they have no record of that. If you can use another supply company, do it, this company is terrible!!!

There are plenty of reputable diabetes supply places in Salt Lake City. If they call you, tell them to take you off their call list, and block their number.

I was hesitant to start working here when I was offered a position in April of 2019 after seeing the online reviews but I have been pleasantly surprised.There has been a lot of positive improvements and changes made in the 18 months I’ve been with the company. Please go to anyone but byrum for your medical supplies. They overcharged us by sneakily taking out our automatic payments twice. I sent them my credit card statement for the three months they did this to me and they said they only found one extra payment to apply. Called them 3 times. Then I called my bank to dispute it and byrum magically found the other 2 payments. What a scam....I am getting these supplies to live...what a horrible thing to do to people.

Horrible company to work for.I was in training, I stood up and fainted. No one got up to help me, even though I was in a training room with 8 other people.I was immediately pulled into an office by the department VP and manager (customer service department) and asked if I truly wanted to work there... because I fainted. I was sent home. I drove myself home, only to realize that was incredibly neglectful on their behalf, and they should have called for medical assistance. You would think a company that works in healthcare would call 911 for an employee, but no, I was sent out to drive. I quit after that.Fast forward, I have been trying for 4 days to get my last two paystubs. No one responds to email or phone calls.I dont recommend working for them, I have never been treated like that.

They are great till you have to talk to a person. They drag their feet and if you dont get the right department they have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHATIS GOING ON. I can not get ahold of the person working on my ppw for a CGM. I have been going the rounds with them for a week. They say they need new documents from my doctor, sent it to the wrong office and when I call with the correct fax they will not send it! Once you get your account set up, only bother with them online. Their website is really nice. Their customer service SUCKS! And it always has. This isnt the first time and wont be the last.

Been with Byram for over 10 years. The ONLY reason I’m still using them is it because insurance won’t pay for another company.The auto- refill option is a joke. If you’re on an insulin pump, plan on having syringes and long-lasting insulin on a constant back up. Even when you call to check on the refill, there will inevitably be an issue, and your order will be late (even when they upgrade you to “expedited shipping”).Pretty sure insurance companies are the only reason this place is still in business.

I cant even give them one star. We were a Medicare customer who was transitioning from DEXCOM to Byram,. The process is a joke. Our physician had to re-send notes/prescriptions several times before we were told they only accepted that information via FAX. They dont accept electronic records!!! This is 2020. We couldnt speak to or even send a message to anyone who had any kind of ability to help us. Its been 6 weeks since we started this process and still no order has been submited. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE ON MEDICARE!!! I wouldnt choose it no matter which insurance I have. The customer service is worse than abysmal.

Before calling, I read some of Byrams online reviews. Most were very negative, so I was a little worried about how my conversation would go. The phone was answered immediately by Travis, who Im sure from the sound of his voice, was smiling. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and proficient. He figured out my somewhat complex order quickly. I needed supplies overnighted and he was able to find a way to dismiss the fees that would have normally been charged. I was amazed that he even cared! He kept saying he had my back and I believed him. I only hope I can get Travis if I ever need to speak to someone at Byram again. Thank you, Travis, for doing such a stellar job! It was a pleasure speaking with you.

Not impressed! I recently changed insurance companies and the recommended Byram for my diabetic supplies since my previous supplier was no longer in network. Each time I tried to access their website or call in it was like they never heard of me before and I had to start all over. I called my healthcare provider and she said that Byram is the worst company she has had to work with. She recommended another vendor. I called the vendor and got my order within a week. Then two weeks later I got an email from Byram indicating they had shipped my order. I never place the order with them. I had tried to, but no one would ever call me back. Now I am stuck with product I dont want and dont to pay for.

I received a call from a collections agency claiming that I owed Byram close to $1000. I called Byram directly and they said they had sent me several letters to an address in a state I have never lived in. The billing representative was demeaning and told me they had been in contact several times with me; however, this is first I have heard about it because they have been sending sending letters to the wrong address. Then she hung up on me when I called her on her rudeness and asked for a supervisor. This company is terrible and needs to be dismantled. Demand that your state healthcare office and medical facilities are barred from using them. Now Im guessing that I will get a collections on my record due to their mix up and I have no recourse for having them correct it. If you have a complaint with Byram. File a claim with the division of consumer protection in your state and the state attorney generals office.

I honestly dont know how this company is still in business. They were so horrible to work with and they are SO slow to get the type 1 diabetes supplies to you. When you need supplies, you need them quickly and it would often take over 2 weeks to arrive. We recently switched to JQ Medical and they deliver the very next day! I will never use Byram Health Care again.

Zero is the score.....I’m tired of calling and getting these operators that are on speaker phones. No effort is put forward to make you feel like a person. It sounds like they are calling from a daycare. I can hear kids in the background.My last order was going to be shipped to my residence the next day. When I called back it would be 3-5 business days. 7 days later not there.As well they don’t keep track of you. You are treated like a paycheck. You are not important to them. Your care is not important to them.Byram is the most frustrating diabetic supply company I have had to deal with in 20 years.My order was scheduled for delivery today. Byram’s preferred delivery service said it won’t be delivered today. I called byram back and spoke to the most uncaring person. It is still within our 3-5 days. If you can count it is not. Even a little effort would change my feelings. They make me want to swear. I do not recommend byram’s services to anyone.

Every time I call to reorder supplies I go through this process: I wait for about 20-30 minutes on hold, and then someone picks up (because I can hear keyboard typing and general rustles), and then hangs up. This happens no matter the day, no matter the time. What a way to satisfy your customers.Additionally, I had 3 separate supply reorders not make it to my address, because the address was invalid in their system, so the packages would just bounce back to them (even though I get packages from every other company at my address just fine). This is annoying, but not a big deal. The problem is, it took me ages to contact Byram, and WHEN I finally got through, I was told that I couldnt get my supply reorders. So I lost about 3 months of pump supplies and had to resort to using old supplies and insulin pens, etc. till I got a new monthly order. But yeah just forget about the 3 other orders I should have received. Again dreadful customer service, but whats new? Obviously theres a pattern judging from the dozens of reviews before me. Has Byram reached out to anyone theyve treated this way? Doubtful.

Best medical supply company Ive ever worked with, all but one person working there is the most polite easily worked with person around. Theyre actually humans that care about you and will talk about the weather or weekend plans if something is taking a while instead of just putting you on hold with boring hold music. If there was a zero that is what I would rate this company. Find out if your insurance will cover from a different company, save yourself some time and anguish. I won’t go into detail of what happened with them because there are too many stories. What I will say is that my daughter has sat on hold for over an hour several times. I am on hold right now trying to get our last order sent to us and then we are going with another company. The only reason I’m on hold with them now is because we paid for this order which was supposed to be sent two weeks ago. I am outraged at their customer service and my next call is the the Better Business Bureau. Not only has my daughter been on hold multiple times of 45 min to an hour, but she has shed so many tears over frustration of dealing then this company, it’s hard enough to be diabetic but to put these customers through this and to hold their diabetic supplies from them is insane. Hopefully, this company is not the only choice you have. If it is, good luck. Hopefully, you have better luck than we did. Oh and by the way I am still on hold. It’s been 20 minutes so far.

I moved out of state but was on automatic reorder. When you sign up for automatic reorder, youre told that youll get a call before they send anything... they didnt call. So a big box of supplies was delivered to my old workplace, and when I called Byram I was told that someone would call me back but I probably wouldnt be able to return things, etc. A week later I hadnt been called, so I called them back. This time, the customer service rep cancelled my automatic refills, emailed me a return label for the supplies, and told me hed close my account as soon as things were returned and I was credited for the order. It was so easy! I wish all of their representatives were as good, but at least one of them knew how to help me.

This company has the worst customer service agent Tim Overise was extremely rude and unable to help process payment. After three days of continuous calling and being placed on hold. He then hung up on me after my attempt to pay our bill because he did not want to manually enter the credits card number. My son depends on their medical services for his type one diabetes. I have only had one bad experience with Byram. They sent me some pump supplies, when I had canceled the order. It took some patience, but it was resolved in a matter of two weeks. I have everything I order from the medical side set up on auto refill and have never gotten an order delivered wrong. Their pharmacy department is awesome! They are always quick to answer my call and ensure that I am getting the right supplies in a timely manner.

In general, Ive been reasonably happy with their service for insulin pump supplies. That said, when it came time to purchase a new insulin pump, Ive had a horrible experience. The worst experience in my 30 years of being a T1 diabetic.Their pump technicians never returned my telephone calls. I received no paperwork regarding what my insurance companies would and would not pay for. I had to chase someone down to discuss insurance info on the phone, while insisting that a live person at a store connect me directly to them. Additionally, they said that there was a rebate offer for my old pump, which would have made my out of pocket cost (supposedly) $0.00, but they never connected me with who I needed to talk to. When I called them to follow up on this, I gave them a specific range of time where they could call me and definitely get me. They neither called during that time, nor after. I had to call the next day and leave a message. To date, theres been no resolution.Byram, your customer service is a shambles. Get people who know the products they are selling (your front desk lady is fine). Hire people who will answer the phone, return calls, and and respond to questions. If you want me to continue using your services, start providing some service.

I was on the phone for over 25 minutes just to find out how much a prescription not covered by insurance would be. They persisted that they need an account set up to find out how much a drug costs. It took them so long and they couldnt even sell me what I needed without me buying a complementary product I already had.I experienced poor customer service, and a longer than necessary waiting time over a simple question. I wish there was a less than “1” star option. They are literally the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Customer service is incompetent- take detailed notes with names, dates and times you called, with details of what they said, because I guarantee they will not do your order correctly and you will need to fight with them about it to get your supplies, or to pay a bill, or to check the status of an order, or to ask a question... etc etc. so bad. I agree that the customer service is horrible. I have been trying to call Elizabeth for weeks. She left me a threatening message that she wasnt going to call me again. I had been returning her calls and leaving messages that were never answered. I ALWAYS got voicemail. If she doesnt answer her phone when I return her calls its not my fault! I have spent numerous days and hours on the computer trying to find a different number I could call to get help. Hard to find when I couldnt understand the name of the company because her voice mail is a very poor recording. When I learned (from my local Doctor) who they are and they were calling me about a Diabetic device that she (my doctor) had sent them a prescription for months ago.I was just diagnosed with cancer and this tool would help me tremendously. I even told Elizabeth in a voicemail exactly that and asked if she didnt want to return my call could she please have ANYONE call me so I can get this tool to help control the diabetes during my cancer treatment. The last two weeks I have called almost everyday and left courteous messages asking nicely to please return my call. Still no response! I guess its not meant to be. Luckily they are not the only company who carries a similar device.

At some point you will have problems with orders. The company has failing procedures and systems. Most of the time you have 15-35 minute waits before you will talk to a real person. At that point you will find they cannot help, you end up calling several times to get resolution. If you get a resolution, it will take months to get it processed. My doctors office requested I go through another supplier, they were tied of dealing with them over the years. I ask who should I go with, they said Anyone else, we do not have problems with other suppliers.

I have had a great experience with this company so far. I have had orders that were done well. When there was an error, things were corrected quickly. I am not sure why I saw so many bad reviews, so I was nervous about trying this company, but I am glad I did. I think it is much better than several other larger companies I have used.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! They never send us itemized invoices so I dont know what has been ordered, what has been paid for, when it was paid for or any of that. Then, last year they tried telling me I owed them $300+ and I had already paid it. But because they didnt have it in their records, I had to go through my bank and have them send proof that we sent payment for that order. Then, when that issue was figured out, and we put our account on a payment plan, we later found out that things still werent getting paid for because when we reordered, they started a new account for the orders instead of linking it to the already existing account so it could be paid for monthly. Then, on top of that, I have called several times, been put on hold for 15-20 minutes and then when someone finally answers, we get disconnected and they never call back. I dont have time or patience for this company. They should be sued! I cant call them and ask for an itemized printout of our payment history because they dont keep that kind of information. WHO DOESNT KEEP TRACK OF THEIR CUSTOMERS PAYMENTS? then I called today with a number that was on a packing supply list and got connected with a hospital. The number on their list wasnt even their right number. They had been printing out statements with the wrong number on it. And the lady who answered my call from the hospital said she was terribly sorry, but she has been getting all kinds of calls for Byram Healthcare and its the wrong number. And she doesnt have the correct number to give me. My advice is find a different company! Im in the process of finding one myself right now. This company is well on its way to going out of business. They have the worst management ever!

I was let go a few months ago from this company and as a past employee I advise anyone with medical issues to avoid this place. The newer management is disconnected, cold, careless and encourage the staff to brush off/hurry patients. Everything in the office is based on favoritism. The only positive reviews on here are from management themselves. People suffering with diabetes are not just notches on the wall so you can meet your numbers. This place got rid of all the past old good employees fast and set a very negative atmosphere that still remains.

This company might be the worst-run company in North America. I used them for diabetic supplies for many years. I switched to another company recently because of the never-ending mistakes, rude customer service representatives, inability to contact anyone at the company to get assistance, and the constant harassment from them about bills I have already paid. Today I found that they have sent me to collections despite my insurance company having paid my bill in full months ago. Their internal communication within their company is nonexistent, leading to unending frustrations with ordering supplies and resolving insurance payments.You are risking your sanity and well-being doing business with this atrocious company.

I cant believe I used Byram for as long as I did. Every time I tried to order something it went wrong, and something different every time. Sent the wrong item or quantity, didnt send the item, didnt charge it through the insurance,.... The customer support was terrible with long on hold times. No one knows how their own systems work or how to get medical supplies in a timely manner, which medical supplies need to be timely. After putting up with the horrendous service from them for 6 years, I will never go back.

This was my favorite place to call for supplies and when I got my pump I was able to get updates within the hour. I now get treated like a number and no one knows whats going on. I am giving them a 5, because there are so many bad reviews which are uncalled for. I have been using Byram Healthcare for many years. They are dealing with insurance companies and are usually the messengers of bad news. Their wait times can be considerable, because they have to have a bunch of their employees working with insurances rather than customer service. I appreciate the effort that Byram Healthcare delivers my diabetic supplies in a timely matter especially with their auto-refill system. They have even helped me with submitting claims that my insurance company was not helping me with. Thanks so much Byram Helathcare!

If I could give this company no stars I would. They are extremely hard to get a hold of on the phone and their website is limited as to what you can do with your account. Once you have an invoice there is no way to reprint the invoice for your Flex Pay documentation. I called in January to stop the auto ship because our insurance and provider changed, but they just sent us another resupply of the Dexcom G4/G5 Sensors. Now I have a balance over $1000 for supplies that I no longer need. I let them know this but the customer service agents dont listen. It takes several phone calls, which take at least an hour or more on hold to talk to someone, to get them complete the actions I cant do on their website. Its frustrating as well, that while you are on hold they tell you that they are open on Saturdays and that you can get full service on their website. Bull**** Im so glad that I no longer have to deal with these people. If you can avoid getting your supplies from them, I would say do.

Worst customer service ever! For years we allowed this company to overbill us and then reimburse us over and over and over. The automatic refills were nice and helped make up for the horrific accounting. I had finally had enough and moved all my supplies to JQ medical. I called and cancelled all upcoming orders from Byram. And guess what showed up on my door- another box of supplies from a pump I no longer use. I called and they said they would send a return label by mail and email. I have not received either one. I tried calling after waiting a week and now it looks like they don’t even have an office here in Salt Lake anymore. Horrible. Stay away!

0 stars would be the best rating!!The prescription for diabetic parts was sent in late October. The pump was sent to the Dr with the name of the Dr as the patient the pump was for. We received some items, but they were note the right ones to go with the pump.Our Dr tried multiple times to contact & get the right items sent. No answer. So I called & pushed my way through to get the information. Byram called the Dr office, (who my wife had just talked to) and said no one is their. Come to find out Byram said they had not received the fax with the prescription. If that is so then WHY did my wife receive pump parts. Now the parts we are needing have been delayed 3 times with no on explaining why. We will not be back.

Whitney is one of the technicians and she is a horrible person. She was extremely rude to me in my frustration. She raised her voice to me and told me that I could not speak with a supervisor. She was horrible.You are also on hold for 30-40 minutes and my issues have still not been resolved. I dont know what to do or who to go through to get my diabetes supplies.If I had any where else to go I would. Please if you have any ideas of where to go instead let me know!

Byram Health Care is concerned only with the bottom line of making sure they are profiting heartily at the expense of people who have to manage expensive diseases, such as diabetes. I have never worked with a company who has been so unwilling to solve issues of financial matters in an equitable manner. They have terrible systems in place that will not allow for remediation of their internal mistakes. I am so disappointed that the local company that used to service my durable medical supplies sold out to this greedy conglomerate. It is unfortunate that companies like this exist. I have been a customer of Byrams Ever since they switched over from Diabetes Specialty Center. This is perhaps one of the most unorganized companies out there. People are always super nice, yet NOTHING ever gets done. Automatic bill pay is a joke, as is automatic supply delivery and refill. Pharmacy is also a nightmare to work with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking for a company to fill your orders, I would suggest making your own supplies and insulin before you invest time and money into this company. TERRIBLE!

Poor customer service (doesnt respond to emails, alters verbal communication records), lack of ability to follow clear concise shipping instructions (frequently incorrectly delivers), chaos of a billing department (received a January bill, for the first time, in July), dishonest double-charging (charged us twice for the same supplies and claimed that they send us additional that we must have lost when they couldnt have per the prescription details).... need I say more? All in all, contact your Insurance to see if there is anyone else you can get your supplies from. Your health is important, dont leave it in the hands of an incompetent and dishonest company.

When I tried to call about a shipment notice that I got from FedEx, from this company, they were very RUDE, told me that I had approved a shipment of medical supplies. I never approved medical supplies. They really didnt care that they were shipping the product to possible the wrong person, they just told me that I had to accept the package. I contacted FedEx and explained the situation and they refused the package and are returning it to Byram Healthcare.

Byram is the worst company ever. Avoid with all costs. Even if you make consistent monthly payments for the amount determined by them send you to collections. When you call they promise it’s corrected to only have to deal with it alllll over in a month. Anytime you ask for a manager you get told “hold on...ok I just spoke with my manager and they aren’t available”. How is it possible they talk to them yet they aren’t available. They are the biggest headache and obviously by all the reviews are going to be losing a lot of money from a lot of people.

Byram is the most, unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Everytime time I call I can easily plan on being on hold for a minimum of a half hour. They send me bills which after I call a few times they then say oh sorry we billed that wrong. You would think that a company dealing with live saving medical supplies would be better at answering their phones and questions about why youre getting a huge bill all of sudden when you have never gotten one ever before.

I have been trying to get an insulin pump for six weeks now. Nobody ever calls me back, let’s me know what is going on, or anything else. I just found out last week that they needed a C peptide test and nobody even let me know. I used to get my supplies there when it was Diabetes Specialty and never had any problems. Ever since Byrum took over, getting my supplies that I can’t live without has been nothing but a drawn out debacle. One shouldn’t have to spend their lives on hold just trying to get the basics done. I feel sorry for the employees and I don’t feel it is they who are at fault. It is just the death rattle of a broken and corrupted healthcare system that places profit above people.

He kept calling and asking and they had no patience with an old man who cant hear. Person in charge was very rude and no one cared about my family. The worst customer service ever. I have only had 2 orders with Byram, the first order they left out one very important item. When I called they shipped overnight the item but also in the package was someone elses order that was also supposed to be shipped overnight. The second order was ordered on the 1st. I had to change some items as the I found some of the ones from the first order did work for me. Apparently they needed a new RX and my Dr. did not send it in a timely manner. But they did not make me aware of this, so I could have intervene to expedite. On the 8th they finally shipped my order. When I placed my order I informed them I had 5 days of supplies left, a courtesy call about the delay would have been nice so I could have paid to have my supplies shipped overnight. I now have to wait 4-5 days for delivery, with out any ostomy supplies! Their response: get them from my ostomy nurse. Not acceptable. I am now changing suppliers that will care about their customers. Terrible customer service, run do not use.

I emailed asking for pricing for my diabetic supplies, they gave me a number to call to go over it, yet they REFUSE to give me a price before ordering it. I worked with this company previously, and now Im remembering why I left them. They told me they cannot give me a price until they bill the insurance, but then they send you the supplies and you get the bill a month later!! I was so furious to see a bill for over $400!!! They will do everything in their power to avoid taking care of your requests. There are thousands of other DME providers out there. Whatever you do, dont do business with these hacks.
