Nice enough fellas at the counter Fast and easy cylinder exchange. Always have the gas I need. Can’t say the same about my gas.

Good for gas only. Counter guys are pretty amicable, horrible for consumables, better off looking for fillers etc online or at another supply store. As I said, good for getting full gas bottles.

I was having a few issues at Praxair with either, customer service and quality. I decided to try going Airgas. It was further away and that was the only reason I had been hesitating. I understand, not every customer service experience can be perfect. However, Ive now gone to Airgas three times. The professionalism and quality is better every time.

Great helpful guys and honest. My husband attends welding school and the guys at Airgas have been awesome with helping us get all the materials my husbands needed. Attendants are extremely helpful and even recommended Hose and Rubber, 3 min drive, for the Adirondack parts i needed. I purchased a 29# CO2 cylinder for my soda steam.

There should be 6 stars- or MORE!! the people here are more than kind, they are more than helpful too. it is not the kind of kindness where the help is bucking for nice letters, this is a genuine kindness. either they all love their jobs, or there is a collection of excellent people - it might be both, but I sure love to visit AIRGAS STORE. they have great welding supplies too!

Ive been to two Airgas stores this week this one is awesome... shelves are stocked and price are marked clearly on the shelf. Be careful when purchasing... a package of multiple eaches are priced at EA. So 10 for a $1.00 is really $10.00. There are 2 prices on everything.. account holders and everyone else. Its,like going to Smiths... if you have,a card its cheap. The employees are very helpful and honest. I asked his opinion on a welder...instead of feeding me a line, he told me what is sold most and which are best suited for home use. Ill shop here in the future.

Great supplier for industrial companies.Occasionally they make mistakes, but theyre better than many of their competitors. I would also caution that you have to watch your invoices carefully to make sure they match the price you are quoted.

Hazmat fee for non hazardous materials get real. Buy online if you need any welding supplies generally no taxes and free shipping. Unlike these Radnor is the greatest preachers. Deserve 0 stars.

Dont go here unless youre an industrial customer. Got the cold shoulder initially, then was told it would cost an exorbitant amount of money to dispose of an expired cylinder (was later quoted $7 up the road).They do not do hydrostatic testing on 2.5 lb cylinders and didnt offer to help move my heavier 20 lb cylinder to and from my vehicle.Ive had better service at Wal Mart.

Invoice came to me incorrect three times in a row. Four different emails sent to try to get them corrected. multiple phone calls made- finally it was resolved. The next month I had another incorrect invoice with all the totals added to our new charges. :( Finally talked to another lady who sorted it all out. Nervous about next months statement though. Awesome delivery guy.

I went in to get two bottles of Co2 refilled. They had them exchanged and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will use these guys again for sure.

Place was excellent they had a lot of welding PPE on hand. The staff was friendly and even came to ask me what they could help me find. When they saw I had gotten some of the wrong items for my welding class they helped me get the correct ones.
